Niharika: Ok guys so shall we proceed?
Jiggy: Yes Mr Suryavanshi.
Vardhan: Good. Its good. Lets go to the conference room.
Once all of them settled in the conference room where the other Board members were already present along with Mr. Mehta(advocate). Soon they signed the deal and then Vardhan spoke up.
Vardhan: So ladies and gentlemen, with this we start our new project named Dimora Del Cielo (abode of heaven). Am sure the collaboration with ASP Constructions will be worthwhile. Welcome to our world Mr. Randhir Singh Shekwat and Mr. Jignesh Patel. Since we have entered into a Joint Venture, the necessary legal and audit compliance and other documentaiton work will be taken care by our very own auditors AS & Co represented by Mr.Ankit Agarwal and Ms. Sanyukta Agarwal.
Niharika: Ms. Agarwal I hope you will do the needful. Mr Patel, Mr Shekawat welcome to our family.
R,J,S : Yes Ms Oberoi.
Later all of them came out of the conference room and were heading outside, when a peon came up to them and asked them to go to Niharika's cabin. Following the instruction, they all reached Niharika's cabin, they knocked and entered to find Dhwani and Vidushi already seated there.
Vardhan: Yes come come. Chalo lets have lunch together.
Sanyu: Mr.Suryavanshi I guess we are still at the business premises
Vardhan: When did I say no to it. We are all going for business lunch and a press conference. I have an important announcement to make.
With this all of them left to Raddison Hotel. When they reached there, they were surprised to see Parth, Ankit and Kastuki.Ankit came forward and hugged Sanyu suddenly and murmerred something inher ears listening to which her face changed into a lot of expressions - surprise, excitement, fear and finally nervous. She was rooted to the place, hwile others had left her there. Only Parth realised that she was missing and so he came back to her to find her standing in the same position.
Parth: Sanyu? Kya hua?
Sanyu: I dunno if I would be able to handle it.
Parth: Don't worry Sanyu. Hum sab haina. Kishor uncle bhi hai tumhe guide karne ke liye. Chalo All are waiting for you only.
All of them settled in their seats, when Vardhan went up to the stage and asked Randhir, Jiggy, Ankit and Sanyukta to come up and join him as the press conference started.
Vardhan: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I have immense pleasure in sharing two important news with the public. First I would like to announce about the much awaited project named Dimora Del Cielo or DDC in short which our company is entering into. We have joined hands with the renowned Swiss company, ASP Constructions for developing an exquisite township at Navi Mumbai.
The entire hall erupted into a huge round of applause. Randhir and Jiggy bowed their heads slightly gesturing the acceptance of the appreciation.
Vardhan: The second news is that we are appointing our new CFO from today. She has been our auditor for quite a while. But now since she'll be appointed as the CFO, she is stepping down as the auditor and instead of her Mr. Ankit Agarwal will be appointed as our auditor. So I announce Ms. Sanyukta Agarwal as the CFO of O&S Industries and will be taking up the positon after a month.
Both Sanyukta and Ankit stood up and again the the crowd burst out into a round of applause.
Vardhan: I request Ms. Sanyukta Agarwal to say a few words. MS. Agarwal?
Sanyukta was rooted to her place and was not able to move. Realising this, Randhir held her palm slightly, towhich she turne towards him, he gave her an assuring nod, after which she walked up to Vardhan and took over.
Sanyukta: Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I feel honoured to be appointed as the CFO of one of the top most companies in the world. I would put in enough efforts to maintain the company's position in the market if not take it higher. Me along with the other board members will strive till our end to keep the flag of this company flying high. Thank you.
The hall which was completely silent till she finished suddenly was filled with a number of claps and series of applause. There were innumerable flashes which almost blinded her and the directors of ASP Constructions.
All of them descended the dias and gathered at the centre of the hall. All the board members congratulated Sanyu. Soon they all had lunch together. They were chatting for a while, when Ankit gave his phone to Sanyu and informed that their dad wanted to speak to her.
Sanyu: Dad!!! How are you?
Dad(Kish): Am good. Congrats princess. Am so proud of you.
Sanyu: How long did you know this dad? I know aapko yeh sab pehle se pata tha na?
Dad: Arey princess, you know we have to keep our personal and professional lives separately. Its not ethical darling. THIgs should be left as it is. When you have to know, you will be known and informed about it when its concerned about you.
Sanyu: Waise why didn't you come to the press conference and business lunch? You are at Delhi na.
Dad: Beta, I had to look into some important matters. That's why I came.
Sanyu: Oh so you didn't come to meet you daughter?
Dad: Aise kaise. Meeting you was the main reason. Par kaam bhi tha. Acha ghar kab aa rahe ho sab? Am bored. Jaldi aao na? Tum sab se milna hai.
Sanyu: Yaya we will be there soon. In like an hour or so. Till then why don't you catch some sleep. Lemme warn you, we wont let you sleep when we are home.
Dad: Yes your highness.
With this their telephonic conversation ended. Soon all of them headed back to O&S Industries to collect their belongings as they had all left in a hurry. As they were leaving, Niharika called them.
Niharika: Ms. & Mr. Shekawat, Mr. Patel, since you people are a part of DDC we are providing you with lodging facilities. You guys can shift to our guest house!
Ankit: Sorry for the interruption Ms.Oberoi, but I have a suggestion.
Vardhan: Hmmm. Go ahead!
Ankit: Well, these three can stay with us if Parth does not mind.
Vardhan: Hmmm. Yah bhi teek hai! So guys you three decide and let us know. By the way, Mr Shekawat, once you shift your belongings either to the guest house or to Mr.Kashyap's house please send us the bills. We will have to settle it.
Randhir: Thank you Ms. OBeroi. But Mr. Agarwal, I think its better we take the guest house coz I don't think would be very comfortable in staying together.
Parth: Not at all Mr. Shekawat. It would be my pleasure.
Dhwani: I think it would be better that we take the guest house. I guess its closer to your place.
Parth: Yea its in about 10 minutes in distance by drive.
Jiggy: Cool then we'll take the guest house Mr.Suryavanshi.
Vardhan: Great! I will ensure you get the necessity things. Please collect the keys at the reception while going.
Randhir: Yes. We'd do that.
Vardhan: Good, its good. Lets meet later then. Well I give you off today Ms.Kumar and Ms. Shekawat. But report tomorrow at 9:30.
Saying this he dispersed all of them. Everyone came out except Niharika. They were all at the parking lot when Sanyu spoke up
Sanyu: Why didn't you guys wanna stay with us? Are we so bad in giving you company
Dhwani: Hey nothing like that Sanyu. Its just that we didn't wanna trouble you guys.
Ankit: Well I thought since you guys are new here, it would be better if you stayed with someone who knew about the place well. Am not saying you cant manage, but...
Randhir: Chill bro! Anyway you people are close by so obviously we will come to you for any help.
Parth: Hmmm. Lets get going then!!
All of them left. On the way Ankit dropped Randhir, Jiggy and Dhwani at the hotel, while Parth had gone along with Kastu and Vidushi in his car. Soon they all reached home to find someone waiting for them.
