Arnav stuck to the formula of "once bitten twice shy" against a grumpy Khushi. His tactfulness in leading Khushi to acknowledge that Anjali is her stalker is amazing. Khushi's exasparation did not deter him in patiently disclosing details against Anjali with enough evidence.
Being the observant kind which is inherent of Arnav's profession, further justifed by the evidence gathered against Anjali, my gut tells me that Khushi and him being followed woulnd't have gone unnoticed by Arnav. He is just providing bait to Anjali, so as to end the chaos in Khushi's life as soon as possible.
