Avenging the dark lord's demise?? Is this one of the death eaters? I'll clobber u if it's pettigrew (cos he had given his flesh to voldemort) :(

So the imposter has found harry. But he cannot do much standing her in the headmaster office and with harry Ron hermoine and ginny all together.

"Expelliarmus!" Harry shouted and the imposter's wand flew out of his hand.

He swished his hand and his wand flew back to him within seconds as he turned outrageously to Hermione who had shouted, "Stupefy!"

Her spell was deflected and incidentally it hit Ron. Both Ginny and Hermione ran to revive him.

The imposter turned his wand at Harry again. "Avada Kedav--"

Hermione sent another stunning spell at him which was deflected but she gained his full attention and he stunned her.

Harry shouted. "Crucio!"

The imposter jumped out of the way and slid under Harry's table. "Stupefy!" Harry couldn't even tell where the curse had come from under it but he caught it in the chest. He fell as Ron stood up to face him. Ginny who had been reviving Hermione had run to Harry the moment he had been stunned.

"Accio!" The imposter had summoned all their wands to himself and they hadn't been able to stop him. Ron, Hermione and Ginny stood wandless and Harry lay stunned.

"I would rather enjoy a change in circumstance." One by one he stunned each of Ron, Hermione and Ginny. Then he turned to Harry and revived him. "It took years for my father to kill you Potter. It is not going to take me a second."

He pointed his wand at Harry's scar. "Avada Kedav---"

"Expelliarmus!"

Someone shouted from the office door which had burst open. All the wands in the imposter's hand flew into the air. He turned to face the intruder who was standing there totally out of breath in a Blue jeans and White shirt. Harry stood there quite relieved. He retrieved his own wand which had fallen nearby. He pointed it at the imposter as well. He was trapped between Harry and Tom.

Tom stood there utterly shocked. Harry Potter had been rendered wandless.

"Stupefy!" Harry cried almost certain that now this would come to an end when he felt shock stun him as he moved sideways to avoid the deflected curse.

Tom was shell shocked now. Harry's curse had deflected. What was going on?

Harry looked at Tom pleadingly trying to convey that he couldn't help anymore. He knew what had happened. The wand had changed hands when the imposter had stunned him and now Tom had disarmed the imposter. The wand didn't belong to Harry anymore. It belonged to Tom.

The imposter smirked, he swished his hand to retrieve his wand which flew back at him and spoke in less than a whisper. "Let me leave, Tom."

Tom looked at him a moment made up his mind, lowered his wand then moved aside leaving the way out open to him.

"What the hell are you doing?!" Harry shouted running to the office door blocking it. The imposter couldn't disapparate. This was his only way out.

But to Harry's shock, the imposter didn't attempt to leave through the door. He backed away, climbed on the Window sill and sat ready to jump.

"Do not ever return." Tom threatened him but didn't make any effort to stop him. The imposter jumped as Harry fired the Cruciatus Curse at him. He had seen that he had jumped out of the way previously to avoid it. He wasn't powerful enough to block the Unforgivable Curses. "Why didn't you stop him?" Harry grabbed Tom's collar and shook him as if this would knock sense into him. "You could have stopped him! You could have stunned him! You could have killed him!"

Tom broke away from Harry. "What did you want me to do, Harry?! Kill my own brother?!"

Harry who was beyond shocked to hear Tom's final words, turned away from him. He had to stop him. He could summon his broom and follow him. He ran towards the window when Tom grabbed him from behind. "Let it go Harry, it's no use." As Harry tried to push Tom off of him his eyes fell out the window and to his bewilderment he saw the supposed imposter fly out of the Hogwarts Grounds without a broom or any kind of support. The moment he was out of the grounds he disapparated in mid air.

Tom let go of Harry the moment the imposter was out of Hogwarts' boundaries. Harry who was utterly shocked ran to the window. When he turned back to Tom, he found him reinstating Hogwarts' protection. This was Harry's chance. He pulled his Phoenix wand out of his drawer.

Tom reinstated all charms and felt his remaining strength drain out of him. The curse was doing its job. He knew he wouldn't be able to stand it long. He swayed a little but he shook his head and turned to Harry.

"Are yo-_" Tom had only just begun when without warning Harry stunned him. His stunner caught him in the chest and he fell unconscious for the moment. Harry only wished it had worked, that the wand again belonged to him and as he held it, he felt its allegiance submitting itself to Harry.

He revived Ron, Hermione and Ginny. He bent over Tom last. "Enervate!" Tom didn't come to. Harry had used the Elder wand to revive Ginny, Ron and Hermione. It had worked then, why hadn't Tom come to then?

"Harry, why isn't he waking up?" Ginny asked bending over him.

"I don't know." Harry replied bending over him himself. Within moments they all realized the reason when Tom's counter curses lifted and he started bleeding again. His White shirt slowly started turning Red.

Harry pulled open his shirt. The Sectumsempra curse had been used on him. He muttered counter curses one after the other. It took him fifteen minutes but the curse was finally lifted, the wounds healed without leaving a mark behind. Harry was one of the best at the Ministry who could lift such profound curses.

They waited a few minutes but he didn't wake up. Ginny put her hand on his forehead. "Harry, he's cold. I think he's lost a lot of blood. We need to take him to the Hospital Wing."

Harry nodded.

When they reached the Hospital Wing they remembered that Seth and Malcolm had also been attacked. Harry went over to their beds to lift the curse that had been laid on them while Ron, Hermione and Ginny conveniently explained Lavender that Tom had been caught by the same, unknown, attacker who had got to Seth and Malcolm.

When they were done and leaving Hermione couldn't help it. She turned around to look at Tom and see if he was fine. "That imposter could have killed him, Harry."

Harry shook his head as Tom's words rang out in his ears. "Not an imposter, his brother."

So the imposter is tom's brother. With this a lot of things have become clear while a lot of questions have been raised. Tom should consider confiding in harry so that they can defeat his brother together.
