His head turned to the dargah and his eyes automatically dilated. In the feeble light entering the dargah, lying on her knees was the straight descendent of angels. Her eyes closed, hands joined in prayer and veil covering her head. She was not visible clearly yet she looked immensely beautiful. His eyes halted on the scene inhaling the scent he knew belongs to whom. Its her. Her lips trembled as she murmured her prayers. The smoke of incense sticks blocks his view and he instantly stepped forward. She murmured the last words of her prayer and covered her face with her little palms as she rubbed them on her delicate white skin. Giving a warm gaze to the God in front, she stood up with a smile and came out. His world stops and heartbeat quickens. Oh My, Beautiful!

His senses rose in alarm. He felt her scent and instantly looked in the direction. She was gazing at him too. Soft gaze. The cold wind was giving him hard time. He rubbed his hands on his arms to get some warmth. She moved forward absentmindedly while gazing at him. He didn't look cruel at all. His eyes followed her path as she disappeared in the fog. A smile crept on his lips.

Next morning. The aura is quite the same. Reyaansh didn't felt the urge to join his friends. Sitting alone, he was waiting to see her again. And she came. Alone. She stepped closer and closer but didn't reach him. Stopping almost a feet away, she kept a blanket on the ground making sure, he see that and then went away giving a small smile. A hope erupts inside him and he grabbed the blanket immediately. With a huge sparkling smile, he saw her walking away with her bicycle. His eyes halted on her back hoping that she'll turn at least once. The fog grew and she moved through it. Just about to disappear, his hopes were about to die down when she halted and the entire direction of wind changes. She turned with a small smile. And yes, he smiled back. His entire body responded to her single smile as his heartbeat quickens, breathing deepens and goosebumps invaded him. She slowly disappeared in the thick fog of Kashmir.

His stern military look suddenly soften as his eyes stopped on a particular shop. Standing in her salwar kameez, she was selecting bangles for herself while trying out the red ones at the instant. A soft giggle escaped from her mouth and even though the place was quite a buzz, he could feel the vibrancy in her voice. While he was busy in adoring her, the entire place jerked with a sudden blast. His eyes snapped to the source only to find a shop that just burnt due to the blast. The buzz suddenly became pitched high as people ran for their life. His eyes automatically reached her who now looked extremely scared and confused.

His subordinates ran to evacuate the area while his legs instantly turned towards her. Grabbing her wrist, he took her by shock and before she could react, he made her run away. Following her, she became more terrified as a series of blasts followed. She looked back at the terrifying scene and soon her grip over his hand tighten. He pulled her in a safe place for taking shelter as the haunting voice of bomb blasts continued. The tears glitter in her eyes as she looked at him. With one hand around her shoulder and other entwined with her palm, he was observing the environment. The other officers soon arrived as they helped both to come out of the area.
As they reached the safe place, she saw her sisters already waiting for her in concern. She immediately ran towards them, hugging all of them at once. He smiled. She was safe. As everyone jumped on her, for asking her whereabouts, she turned to look at him. Still standing there, his gaze was on her too. She smiled through her tears. Giving her a smile, as he moved a step towards her., he felt a voice call him from behind. One of the officers called him. He gave him a gaze and the officer started giving him the information, though his eyes went again on Tanweer who was now pulled by her sisters to go back home. She kept looking back with anticipation to meet him again as she disappeared in the fog. His eyes remain stuck to her until she completely disappeared.

Next day, having a talk with one of his officers, Reyaansh suddenly stopped in his tracks as he found her at the boundary of the camp asking for permission to enter in. She was not allowed and so the on duty officers shouted on her mercilessly asking her to go back. Without noticing that he had seen her, she turned back with a swollen sad face when suddenly she heard a call. A call of her name. And a string of emotions bypassed her. Her name sounded like a symphony. She knew this voice though she never heard it too clearly. She turned back with a small glimpse of tears. The officers instantly stood in attention giving him a salute as he passed them. She could feel her cheeks heating up and a small smile played on her lips. He stood there breathless, ready to stay there forever just to keep looking at her face. The wind suddenly drifted in direction allowing both of them to inhale each other smell.

In the midst of extremely violent war, as the two sides exchanged bullets and bombs, he fought for the first time not just for his country but for his love. He was here for his motherland but he had to win this and go back for his love. He touched her tabiz which now adored his arm and mentally promised her, "I'll come back.."

Having given up everything, she kept her prayers continued. Even if it meant fighting the whole world or fighting the entire universe or even the God of Universe, she was not the one to back down. Her Allah knew what she wanted and the divine powers are seeing both of them, from wherever they are. The love needs no bondage and the will to be with each other had to win over every other thing. Though present in two different corners of world, their prayers have to reach the God and he'll be the one uniting them once again.

Lost in her prayers, she suddenly felt the wind changing its way. As she inhaled it, all her senses rose in alarm. She could feel him. Her eyes opened after a long time only to be snapped close because of light. She slowly opened them again trying to see through the brightness and slowly it appeared. A shadow slowly coming towards her. Her hands which covered her eyes from over exposure of light slowly went down as the image became clearer. Her heartbeat quickens. It was him. She stand on her feet slowly moving towards him. Her heart broke into weeping as she saw him right in front of her smiling at her. Taking her in his embrace, he snuggled into her as their body warmth became the biggest proof of each other's presence...they were together.
