Part 42:

The sun rays shone through the curtains falling directly upon the couple who is in a peaceful sleep. Kriya's head was resting on Rey's shoulder whilst his arm wrapped around her. A comforter was drapped around them. The sunlight disturbed Rey's sleep. Rubbing his eyes, he carefully woke up making sure not to disturb Kriya. He intently watched her face. There was a small smile on her lips while she was sleeping. It seemed as if she was having the peaceful of her life. He bent down and pecked her lips. This small moment was enought to wake her up. She looked at Rey who was already staring at her. The night's events replayed in her mind making her blush and turn away her eyes.

"The morning sunshine mixed with your blush is a beautiful way to begin my day. Good morning babes." Saying this he pecked her lips and covered himself with a spare sheet and proceeded to the washroom. She sat there dumbfounded. Did he really address her as babe?

For Kriya yesterday's night was magical. It was more than magical. It felt almost surreal to her. Their feelings were open yesterday. Rey bestowed love on her. His actions depicted his love for her. But she still was confused. Only his vocal feelings can clear his confusions.

After yesterday's night I'm even more sure about my feelings for Rey. I really love you Rey. I hope you love me too. After yesterday I think you love me. Pata nahi kyu I still have a slight doubt. Universe ji do you think I should confess my love? But usually a guy proposes...what do I do??? I think I should confess...I am sure that I should confess and I am going to confess...tonight! But before that I need to know whether Rey regrets yesterday's night or not?"

After having breakfast while Rey and Kriya were leaving for office Kriya tried to talk to him but words refused to come out of her mouth.

"Kriya do you want to say something?" Rey asked after observing her tries to talk to him. He got into the drivers seat whilst Kriya stepped inside the passenger seat.

"Uh...I...I wanted...to ask...you something."

"Sure, go ahead."

"Umm...Do you...doyouregretyesterday'snight??" She said in a breath.

"Woah, slow down bullet train."

"Umm, do you regret yesterday's night?" She asked slowly sounding more like a whishper. Rey stopped driving and turned towards her. He stared at her intensely for a moment before speaking.

"Kriya just remember one thing, I can never regret spending any moment with you. And the answer to your question is yesterday's night was way too special for me." Saying this he resumed driving leaving a wide grin on Kriya's face.

The rest of the day Kriya spent being restless. The smile refused to leave her face. She couldn't help but keep thinking about him. She found it difficult to believe that he actually loves her. Maybe she is wrong on the part of thinking he loves her. But on thing that she is sure about is that his feelings for her are very strong and it wouldn't cause a harm if she confessed first. She couldn't wait to get home tonight. She decided to confess her feelings tonight in front of everyone.

"Mr.Singhaniya just wait and watch. You'll be suprised tonight and I will be the one to surprise you."

"Kriya are you fine? You are smiling a lot since the morning." Rey slowly asked her at the dinning table.

"Is smiling a crime?" She retortec back making sure that no one notices them.

"No, but your smile tells me that there's something huge behind it."

"There, definitely is something big behind this smile. Something that cannot be expressed."

"And may I know what is it?"

"You will come to know in a span of few minutes."

"Okay, I'm waiting."

After the dinner when everyone was leaving for their respective rooms Kriya stopped all of them.

"Uh, mom, dad, Dadi Bua, Kaira and Rey, I want you all to stay for a moment. I have a confession to make." She said in a nervous tone.

"What is it Kriya?" Preeti asked.

"Rey this one is for you." She knelt down in front of him. Everybody got a slight hint about her confession except for Rey.

" A million stars up in the sky
one shines brighter I can't deny
A love so precious a love so true
a love that comes from me to you
The angels sing when you are near within your arms I have nothing to fear
You always know just what to say
just talking to you makes my day
