Why on earth he keep hurting Khushi?

He doesn't know it now but when he will, that Khushi loved him and dreamt of marrying him till Lavanya fiasco was highlighted by media. What will he do? How will he react to the fact how many times he broke her heart and hurt her, and still hurting her with his acts and words?
