... all that she did in past didn't matter right now atleast... all he wanted to live in these moments... live his collage life back... The same way with his friends... n his love

With some more chitting-chatting... Pulling eachothers legs n not forget Sandhir ke chote chote eye-lock they ended their small get-together-in-living-room... and went to their respective rooms as well decided to go for shopping the following evening

Sanyu n Kaustu were sharing a room... while Randhir n Jiggy in another... N Yoyo Parth adjusted together... While Vidhushi Sahil remained in their individual respective rooms

Sanyukta was standing in her room by the window... Looking outside... enjoying the beautiful view of of Bhopal

She was alone in the room... As Kaustuki was in Vidhushi's room for quite sometime

She heard a knock on door... she turned around only to find her collage bestie Parth standing their with his ever-so-calm-smile

S-Parth... hey... ander aao' she said in a soft voice approaching him

P-neeche sabke saamne dhang se baat nahi ker paya na...toh yaha aa gaya...umm... kuch poochna tha tumse' he said with smile but till the last line... his voice became hesitant... He slowly sat on her bed

S-yahi poochna hai na ki mai aur Randhir saath mai kaise aaye' she smiled sadly settling infront of her

P-hmm... yahi poochna tha... toh bataao'

S-long story' she said avoiding the topic

P-I have a lot of time' he winked

She smiled at him

S-kuch battane layak nahi hai... Kuch 2-3 mahino pehele ek nyi company ke saath ek project ke liye tie up kerne ke liye meeting fix ki thi... Uss meeting mai mai Randhir se 4 saal baad phir mili... I signed the contract... humlog tabse Mumbai mai hi hai... millna hota reheat hai... That's it' she gave a sad smile yet again

P-And broken bonds are tying again ... old wounds are healing... Isn't it??'

S-yeah! I think... But I don't want this to happen... mai nahi chahati ki Randhir dobara mere paas aaye' she blinked her tears quickly which appeared at the corner of her eyes

P-Sanyukta mai aaj bhi nahi samajhpaya ki tumne Randhir se alag hone ka faisla kyu kiya... mai bas itna janta hu ki tum Randhir se bahut pyaar kerti ho... Aur yeh jo decision tumne liya hai... Voh aapne se zyada uske acche ke liye liya hai' he patted her hand softly...assuring her

S-thank u for supporting n trusting me Parth'

P-Sanyu...if possible... try to mend everything between u two *after a pause* accha abh mai chalta hu... ager Randhir ne mujhe tumhaare room mai dekh liya toh aur naraz ho jayega' he said and chuckled trying to lighten up her mood... but it saddened her more

S-meri vajha se tum logo ki friendship bhi toot gayi... Im sorry' she said in a breaking voice

P-Phir santy ho gayi... u were my first friend in FITE... N I biggest support... Aur vaise bhi meri aur Randhir ki dosti ka reason bhi toh tumhi thi... Yeah I was sad that I lost a friend like Randhir... But im happy ki I was atleast able to support u'

S-u know what... U r a friend everyone will want to have... n im lucky to have u' she gave a wide smile

P-finally... Madam ne smile toh kiya... Abh mai aapne room mai jar aha hu... Im really tired... N I know I must be tired too' with that he rushed out of the room

While she kept sitting their... And the tears she had been controlling since long finally made its way out

But also she was feeling better after having this small chat with Parth

Later that evening... As decided they all went for shopping and had a gala time together... They had their dinner in a restaurant... Returned back home and straight away went to bed all tired

The next day also went away with the gang of lost buddies chitting chatting... doing masti... Teasing the would-be-couple... In short enjoying their togetherness to the fullest

----The Next evening----

The Engagement was next day... Vidhushi n Sahil's bungalow was till now buzzing with noises... The decorators n workers were all around the main hall n garden... Busy in decorating the place like a bride itself

This gang of friends was running all around the villa instructing the workers... While the would-be-bride-n-groom were strictly forbidden from working n were forced to stay in rooms n take rest

In the hall

S-aree bhaiya thora aur upar... ha... nahi nahi!!... itna bhi nahi... Ha...ha... bas...ha bas... Perfect!... vah pe pin ker dijiye... Ha...done' she smiled as the worker perfectly arranged the curtain on her instruction

S-accha suniye...yeh jo red light hai na... isko yaha upper laga dijiye... aur yeh blue wali dusre corner mai lagna... theek hai??'

Worker (W)-ji madam

S-accha aap yeh lights lagaiye... mai aabhi aati hu...aur jaise maine bola vaise hi lagana' saying this she rushed away leaving the worker to follow her instructions

A minute later Randhir came from garden into the hall n went to the same worker who Sanyu had given work just now

R-aree... tum log itna dheere kyu kaam ker rahe ho... Itne der mai tumse bas yeh parda laga?? Yh lights lagaao jaldi...aur yeh red light leke kyu khade ho... Yeh blue wali lagaao yaha... red yaha suite nahi karegi... Yeh red dusri side laga dena'

W-per sahib...'

R-kya sahib... Hain??' he shouted cutting him off chup-chaap lagao inhe yaha... Vaise bhi bahut kaam baaki hai abhi' and he went to otherside to check the arrangement

W-*in mind* ye lo... Madam ne toh yeh laal wali yaha lagane ko kaha tha... Aur neeli wali waha... Per yeh sahib toh unka ulta bol ke gaye... Abh mai kya karo... yeh neeli wali yahi laga deta hu*n he resumed his work

Till then Sanyu returned to check on his work

S-aree bhaiya... Yeh kya??? Maine aapko red lights lagaane ko kahatha na... aap yeh blue kyu laga rahe hai... Jaldi change kijiye isse...kitni gandi lagegi yeh blue vali yah ape... hataiye iss' she said irritated

W-per madam ji...'

S-Bhaiya... Aap lagaiye na jaldi... Kal engagement hai aur abhi bahut kaam pada hai... ajj rat tak yeh decoration khatam kerna hai... plz time pass mat kariye... jaldi...plz' and she rushed to the side where the stage for the bride n groom was being set

Randhir was passing from their... When he found theat worker again holding those red lights

R-abee oye... Ek baar mai samajh nahi aata kya?? Ya yeh laal light se pyaar ho gaya hai... phir ishi ko pakad ke khada ho gaya...' He shouted

Now the worker could not take this any more... He came down those wooden stairs and stood in front of Randhir with a poker face

W-hume madam ne kaha tha... yeh batti lagane ko'

R-kaun madma??' he asked confused

That worker scanned th whole hall... n found Sanyukta standing near the stage

W-Madam ji!!!!' he shouted calling her

She heard him calling her n walked in that direction

S-kya hua??' she looked at him n then at Randhir... Confused

W-abh aap dodo yaha khade hoke taye kerlo ki idher kaunsi batti lagegi'

S-Red'...R-blue' Sandhir said in union and then looked at eachother surprised

S-oh hello?? Red lagegi yaha pe'

R-red nahi blue'

S-nahi red'

R-blue

S-blue' she gave a naughty smile

R-red' shit' he bit his tongue

S-yes... she jumped with joy... Bahiya red lagaado'

R-no... I meant blue... U tricked me'

S-maine kya kiya' she gave her most innocent look

R-fine red' he made a face...he defiantly could have argued more... but he didn't had the heart to steal her victory smile off her face... n also she have this full smile of her very rarely... she always plasters a fake smile of her face... thinking no one will catch... but he always differentiate when she is actually smiling n she is faking

S-bhaiya khade kya ho... Jaldi lagaiye... yeh RED wali' she said emphasizing the word red' while he rolled his eyes... She rushed away giving him her victorious smile which she always gave him when she won a task back in collage

While he smiled at her antics

R-*in mind- she has changed a lot... Yet she is too similar to before* he sighed and went to other side
