Shweta I apologize for the late response and for posting twice on your thread. IF was not allowing me to unreserve my previous reserve from a few days ago. From day one your story has really made me think and take into account each and every character, every emotion, every moment, every chapter has taken us on journey in the lives of your Arnav & Khushi.
Which is the reason we feel so connected to them and I truly think as a reader we understand them.
I have gotten to know the Khushi & Arnav as individuals as well as a couple, your amazing writing takes full credit for that. All the chapters have been the foundation for this past chapter. Where everything finally came to the blowing point.
Am I upset with Arnav? Absolutely not.
He led his life with the freedom that very few people get to experience. Most people always wish they could've done this or that. He actually lived it. It was his for the taking and who are we to decide what's right or wrong?
He was just a guy who met a girl and fell in love. Was he supposed to think how this love affair would effect his future? No absolutely not, it wouldn't be falling in love otherwise. Love is not calculated or planned. It happens. And he had every right to go with the flow.
Am I hurt for Khushi? Yes, most definitely.
As a women, a wife how could I not feel her pain? How could I not hear her heart break?
She is so young and has lived a sheltered life with her parents, the complexities of love and relationships has never factored into her life, so how can the weight of loving a man as intense as Arnav Singh Raizada not have a life altering effect on her?
But Khushi is strong, stronger then we know and stronger then she may even realize at times. I know the next few chapters will be difficult for her, but I have full faith in you Shweta that you will do full justice to her emotions. She loves him, and most importantly she knows deep in her heart that she can't expect him to feel the same, but hopes for love to blossom one day.
She will not hold his past against him, but will watch and wait for him to rise beyond it and choose her as his life partner.
They may already be married but she wasn't really his choice, and now I will wait for him to finally realize that Lexie may have been his guiding light but Khushi is his home.
Absolutely magnificent!
