A/N: Sorry for being late again and not fulfilling my promise of update yesterday, but I really didn't get the time to write since I updated last.

Hope to come with another and big update tomorrow.

Now those who wants Arshi moments, I am sorry to disappoint you guys, but you already know that this was not really a mushy mushy romantic story since the beginning, hence right now whatever arshi moment you will get would be either complicated or fiery but not in That sense. 😳

But I will try to give you some good moments surely.

Part- 12

Hey, NK joined them at the entrance of AR and turned towards the entrance of the Pub which seemed closed for the day.

He checked the time and it was fare to find it close at 2 in the morning. He still didn't understand why they were here in this hour.

"What are we doing here Khushi?" NK had to ask.

Abhay walked nonchalantly when Khushi spoke,

"I have come here two months ago when I got a lead that some drug dealers are using the hotel's pub as there station for dealing in posh circle." Khushi informed walking into the corridor which led them to the pub.

The pub surely was closed, but they weren't here to have fun.

"That time I couldn't look into this matter much... Khushi couldn't complete as NK smugly commented,

"Because you found rather more interesting matter or shall I say you found certain hot beddable Raizada to look into more closely."

"Ouch Khush! Why always you arms and legs do the answering, why not use your mouth for a change?" NK whined as Khushi's elbow came in contact with his ribs after his smart comment.

"I don't like to waste my age answering rubbish." Khushi smarted.

"Ha ha!" NK mocked.

Abhay only followed them smirking all the way.

"I still don't understand why are we here? We are working on Raizada case. What that has to do with drugs? Do you think he has some connection with these dealings and his attempt to murder has something to do with this?" NK questioned confused.

"Eat almonds instead of those chips. You might get your brain working for a change in a little higher pace." Khushi smirked and NK grimaced at her, they heard Abhay chuckling.

She ignored NK's facial expression as she said, "that time I got distracted with the new case that sir handed over to us. But tonight when we almost lost hope to find some motive behind the attempt, somehow this almost forgotten information clicked in my mind."

She saw they were almost at the gate of the pub. Abhay signaled them that he was going ahead to seek entry which was not a problem as their IDs will work as their gate pass.

Khushi and NK stayed behind, so Khushi could enlighten NK about the part, which Abhay was already aware of and another reason was Khushi just didn't want to shock the people inside the pub showing her identity when most of them knew her already seeing her many a times with their owner, knowing her as his girlfriend, or that sort.

"Before calling you we went to Chandu, who had informed me about this back then. He told us that in last two months for some reason the activities are less here, but not completely off." Khushi said looking straight in NK's eyes, which had started to glow in realization.

"Because you were coming here religiously since then and Arnav too started passing more time in the pick hours for you so they were on their guards." NK mumbled what he realized.

"And still are" Khushi added.

"But, is this reason enough to go behind Arnav? Are they fool enough to take such step? And if so then why not you, the easy and harmless target?" NK wondered aloud.

"I know. I already have such long list of good wisher that if something happens to me you guys would be left wondering who and why for next few years" she chuckled not noticing the serious look NK's eyes.

"But we will make sure to give the b*tard the best hellish treatment before bury him alive with leeches crawling his body, 10 feet under the ground... NK breathed fire as his eyes flashed in fury.

Khushi stared at his face when he looked down controlling his sudden rage a rare occurrence.

Soon she shifted her eyes towards Abhay who was indicating them to move, when NK looked up back to his self.

They started walking when Khushi continued where she had left, "Well this cannot be the reason to go hunting the owner of AR, which would attract whole police department with the media if once the news comes out. But you see we now have something to follow, better than nothing." Khushi sighed.

"This may be all my imagination, but somehow I have this feeling that attacking Arnav has bigger purpose to serve along with these drug dealings."

NK looked at her frowning face before both walked in the pub.

A shadow of a man came out from the dark corner of the corridor.

Good he went to use the washroom before leaving, he thought as he took out his cell.

He saw Arnav entering through the entrance just then and smirked as a small conversation over the phone followed,

Three of them are here and very close...and I see that Raizada has also followed them here.

With them?

I don't think so, otherwise they wouldn't have left behind unguarded.

Get him before they could get a whiff of his presence in the vicinity. We won't get a better chance. There would be less people around. Trick him to come to the backdoor. I will get men to handle him from there.

Sure.

"Khushi" Abhay called aloud, when she was busy talking to the bar attendant, who was still in shock after Khsuhi had disclosed her identity to him, nonetheless answering her questions as good as he could manage.

"What?" Khushi asked almost running behind Abhay and NK towards the backdoor of the pub still confused why and where they were hurrying.

"He is here, must have come after me. Kishore informed me." NK informed.

"Who? Arnav!" Khushi guessed astonished.

"Yes, and God only knows why but he has insisted on to go alone to the back of the hotel." Abhay added as he opened the door for them.

Khushi only pursed her lips.

Does this guy not know that this could be dangerous for him? Why is he hell bent on making our job tougher?

She heard Abhay, "Not able to talk him out, Kishore called NK."

Khsuhi hmmed and three of them came out to the open only to witness something they already had feared.
