CHILLI JET!!!! Hahahaha!!! Omg! I was laughing like hell! So convenient na! Spice jet ka chilli jet! Sandhya how did u even come up with it?
So what u wud have done with go air? Come air??
Anyway coming to the story!!! I dont know whether u have seen movie jaane bhi do yaaron? Its a cult movie! N it has perhaps the funniest scene picturised in the history of indian cinema! A stage presentatiom of mahabharat! So there in the scend dhritarashtra, thr blind kuru king is sitting on the throne! Some chaos is goin on nobdy is telling him wats happening! N he keeps asking yeh kya ho raha hai , yeh kya ho raha hai? I feel like doin exctly the same thing reading Arnav's thgts! Yeh ho kya raha hai??
Ok let me see he was all happy n alive with khushi five years bk! Then an accident happened n he realised that he is far too alive for his own good or khushi's good n he needs to chuck happiness away from his life! Literally! Then he was happy being half dead! Then he thgt he was being too dead fr too long n now he again wants to feel alive so now he wants to bring happiness back! Quite litrally!! What is this??? Is he unstable or something? I mean one day he let goes of her n nxt day again wants her! M actually not much convinced with his this transformation! N i dont want khushi to go bk to him atleast now! I dont care whether he ripped, torn, stomped, crushed his heart or whatever, but i dont like the way he takes the decisions of khushi's life! Every single time! Manipulator kahin ka!n y is it always his need, his fears, his love, etc! If he wants to feel alive he can go to himalayas!
secondly why did khushi take so much of time to tell about her past to NK? Ideally shudnt that have been her first step? N what happened after she told NK? Did he take kindly to it or ended the relationship?
N look at this garima lady! Wen khushi was all of 18 they had no qualms about letting their daughter travel in general compartment! N now when she is all grown up then train is no longer safe!!
Anyway fine if khushi is compelled to undertake this trip then i hope she dsnt succumb to his charms!!!
Please please please i want to see arnav Grovel! Begging her to take him back! Goin thru the pain of rejection that she had to go through so many times! I know this road journey will kickstart something new! I just hope in all this khushi dsnt let Arnav off too easily!

Awesome update as usual Sandhya!!! Loved it 😊

So we got a synonym for spice jet that was clever lol!!! But the outcome was same cancelled flight 😛

The way Arnav takes control of the situation always makes a girl swoon over him all over again 😳He came, he conquered, he made the parents fall in love with him and made them wish he was the son they never had, he bugged Khushi to no end, he made her do what ever he wanted hmmm what else do you want and expect from him right??? Lol!!!! 😃

Yup a road trip would make everything perfect cannot wait to see how Arnav is going to redeem himself and mend the relationship, hmm will they stop at a dhaba 😉 Now only wish is if they could stay over night and emerge as happy as they were 4 years ago, I have a dream Sandyji, I have a dream 😛

Let the wooing begin Sandhya, I am ready for the RabbaVes and eye locks lol!!! I am sure this is going to be fun as I always love a sly Arnav and romantic one added to that is gold. Now only if Wednesday came tomorrow I would be happy without any worries in the world 😳

5 mins i was working and not in same page..!! baaddd

First thing first, I loved the name "Chilli jet" and thanks to them for cancelling the flight..

When Kushi came clear about her past to NK, I somehow feel they both broke up..will wait instead of assuming..we assumed so much about "meet the parents" thinking its about prologue..hee heee...now its 99.99 % confirmed that prologue lady is not Kushi.. mostly Garima but baby is not Payal.. I never learn..once again started guessing :-))

btw road trip to Goa in Dil Chahta Hai style on a convertible Merc..only sad thing is its not a overnight journey and there can't be any vehicle breakdown .. as much as I want them to spend time together, I don't want them to miss the Mehendi ;-)

Let's see how will Arnav win over Kushi again..looks like some things changed between Diwali and February..waiting to know what it is..and how did Arnav plan this coincidence and who helped him..

Great job Sandhya..already waiting for next update.. ;-)

Yes, Arnav and Khushi are set to spend some important time together during the road trip.. If he is driving, then that worries me.. if he has a chauffeur, then they really cannot 'talk' though.. However since you are the Maker here, I will let you deal with these lovely logistics.. :)

This chapter was about your Garima... I wonder what you have in store for us.. Is this the first of your reveals about the mother? I have my theories about the young lady and the baby, but I am content to let you lead me to that introduction. Coming back to Garima - here are some of your words that caught my attention -

While Khushi's reluctance to speak about her estrangement with her friends had terribly saddened her, Garima had done what she had to do, given her daughter's low emotional esteem at that point in time. She had stood by her daughter, stopped questioning her, helped her focus on her education and made sure to get her daughter back on her feet.

She is a mother/nurturer first and thats what you have us know here..For Garima it was about healing and propping Khushi up and letting Khushi handle her grief herself..

And here is another instance where you portray her as a lioness with her cub - that protective stance with anyone associated with her daughter ... the wary one who waits for the stranger to reveal himself... I love how you bring these sentiments out in your characters. .. right here..

Garima's eyes on the other hand stayed focussed on Arnav. While a lesser person would have squirmed under her scrutiny, Arnav Singh Raizada didn't even blink. He read wariness in the eyes of the beautiful woman dressed in a classy printed crepe sari. She exuded caution, curiosity and confidence. She had to be Khushi's mother.

May I please talk about Arnav? [Like I have a choice!] Ah ha... I see that he is no longer on the sidelines..And watching her with NK did that? I guess what is out of sight is easily out of mind.. This is what I mean here.. It is easier to believe that Arnav let Khushi 'go' when she was away from his sight. He let her "go" so that she could pursue happiness for herself which he couldn't offer her. However that "letting go" was challenged in a true sense when he was present, witnessed first hand.. what that "letting go" entailed.. Sandhya - nice.. very nicely done here.. You have such an insight into human frailties and tendencies ... :)

So.. now the dance begins.. or should I specifically say the Tango!! I read Twiggy's comment about this ambivalence between Khushi and Arnav.. and while I don't fully agree... I can see her point of view. I do see this as Arnav's second chance.. Yes, his misguided sense of duty towards his family and his guilt at having experienced joy when his family [sister and Nani] was struggling to stay alive.. led him to dump Khushi unceremoniously.. But life is about second chances isn't it? Knowing when they knock at your door, taking that risk and grabbing them and making them work.. isn't that what life is about?

brilliant update...awesome...just too good..so Chilli Jet is making sure Khushi spends more time with Arnav..nice...Arnav meeting Khushi's parents was good...and finally Arnav and Khushi are going to travel together..this will be very intriguing...I think Arnav and Khushi journey will surely be very interesting...well written update...thank you for the PM..please do continue soon...waiting for the next update eagerly...👍🏼
