Third time lucky I guess. This was surely the longest deal he had to close but it was an affair of the heart so he had to use his heart instead of his dimaag. The wait was worth it and he was reminded very nicely how all his wealth cannot bring happiness to her. I think he realizes all he has lost and he precious she is to him. He will make sure to cherish her all his life. Very nice seeng his naughty side once again with the farmhouse memory.
