Arnav rushed there to hold his Di and ensure she is supported but the moment he touched her hand, Anjali slapped him hard on his cheeks too.

Anjali: Dur rahiye humse Chotte. Aap aur Shyam iss layak hi nahi hai ki aap humse yeah Khushi se koi rishta rakh sake. (Stay away from me Chotte. You and SHyam dont deserve to have any kind of relationship with me or Khushi. )

The entire family was shocked with that slap. This was the first time Anjali had raised her hand on Arnav. Even Khushi felt very bad but she knew what he got was the fruits of his own deeds. She was sobbing beside Anjali.

Arnav: Di ek baar meri baat toh sun lo. (Di listen to me once)

Anjali: Kya sunn lo Chotte ? How you planned to force an innocent girl into marriage so that you can teach her brother a lesson? Or should I listen how you tortuted this girl from day 1 and stole all her happiness ? I cannot believe this. My Brother was never that cruel. When did he change himself so much?

Arnav was in tears.

Anjali: The two most important people of my life have hurted me the most today.

Nani: Anjali bitiya calm down. You should not stress so much. Your health is not good bitiya.

Anjali: My Health. Yes. Thats what made Chotte do all this things. He thought his Di will keep losing her mental balance and he will have to lose her one day, hai naa?

Arnav: Nahi Di.

Anjali: Dont you speak a word Chotte .

She screamed aloud and then was completely in tears.

Anjali: Why Chotte? I would have been better mentally unfit than seeing this day, at least I would not have so much of repentance for making an innocent girl suffer because of me. Why did you do this? Why ??

She started crying bitterly and in no time felt unconscious. Arnav was the first one to reach her and pick in his arms. The family was very scared for Anjali. They immediately called the Dr .

The family gathered as the Dr finished checking Anjali who was a bit conscious now.

Dr: Anjali didnt I ask you to take enough rest.? I dont understand how can you be so careless. You would have affected your baby's life Anjali.

Anjali was quiet having no expressions on her face but the family was shocked to hear that comment from the Dr.

Arnav: Baby ? What do you mean Dr?

Dr: Didnt she tell you all that she is 2 months pregnant?

The family froze and so did Shyam who was standing at a corner alone waiting for this drama of his wife to get over. He had no expected Anjali to know the facts about him so soon. But now that she has known it, he just hoped like always she doesnt drag it. He knew she loved him very much and only this love will make her accept him again. But Shyam was very shocked to know that his wife Anjali was pregnant. He cannot forget that they had some initimate moments from the time he had returned but he never knew the result would be out so soon. Though he was not happy to take the responsibility of a father anytime soon but he got a bonus point of confirmation that after this, Anjali can never leave him. So this was the gift she wanted to give him tonight on his birthday? The news of her pregnancy . This had to be his best gift at the moment. He had no doubt in that.

Khushi was happy for Anjali but at the same time upset too because of what happened today. She hugged Anjali and the Dr left asking the family to take good care of her as this is her First trimester and there can be chances of miscarriage. Before everyone could ask Anjali or sympathize for her she asked everyone to leave her alone.

Arnav was the first one to leave and then even Shyam. The family followed. Khushi too got up but Anjali caught her hand and made her sit again

Anjali: Dont go Khushi. I need to talk to you .

Almost an hour passed and Anjali asked Khushi everything what was going on between her and Arnav from their marriage day. Though Khushi never detailed much and definately hided the fact that once Arnav had tried forcing her for consummating their marriage, she told the rest.

Anjali was very hurt and so was Khushi in discussing all this.

Khushi: Bhabhi, you should just concentrate on yourself now. You are going to be a mother soon.

Anjali: I know Khushi. Wish this was not true. How can I expect to share this baby with that man who never thought once before ditching me . He cheated me and family and took my house, my property, everything 8 years back and even now he had the audacity to return back to me? I know Chotte took a wrong step but what Shyam did is unacceptable. I can never forgive him Khushi. Never.

Khushi: I know. And I am with you in every decision you make Bhabhi. I wont even question you even if you take a harsh step ahead to sort things out.

Anjali was relieved. She hugged Khushi and both the ladies cried their heart out sharing each others pain.

Arnav's condition was very sensitive. One side he had his Di and her pregnancy issue to resolve. He had no idea what decision she will make and will it be good for her or not. The other side he had Khushi, his wife, for whom he had started having some feelings from past few days. He wanted to settle down their marriage now and wished to give a chance only if she agrees.

Just exactly the same time, he saw Khushi getting Anjali to the Living room before the family. She was still weak but didnt take Arnav's support though he offered her.

Anjali: I have decided something,

Shyam was smiling . He knew what she decided. To give him another chance. He was just waiting for her to speak out. Arnav's heart was beating aloud in fear and hoped what she decided was fair enough.

Anjali: Hum Shyam ko Divorce dena chahte hai.

Today was a shocking day for the family. One by one they were recieving Shocks from Anjali. Arnav felt she would decide something like this. He was happy that she had put back all her fears and taken such a major step. He will support his Di.

Shyam: DIVORCE? How can you even think so Rani Saheba? You love me. You are carrying my child in your womb.

Anjali: Love? You still think I can love you after knowing all your truth ?I loved a Shyam which never existed in you. It was only me who had hopes from our marriage. You had forgot me the next day when you pushed me out from my own house along with CHotte 8 years back. You never loved me Shyam. It was only money you needed. You have no idea how me and chotte survived after that, Today whatever we are its because of Chotte's efforts. It was CHotte who always tried to get me out of my mental sickness . We dont need that house back and the money too. What we need is freedom from you. I need a Divorce and I will be filing it the next morning. You can leave this place before that .

Shyam was speechless. He was no less. He came forward and looked in her eyes.

Shyam: You will repent for this Anjali. One day you will

ANjali didnt see him at all. She wanted to remain firm on her decision. She can never accept Shyam because he was always having a bad motive. Shyam caught Khushi's hand

Shyam: Come Khushi. THis place doesnt belong to us anymore.

Before Arnav could stop Shyam from taking Khushi anywhere, Anjali pushed Shyam's hand from Khushi's.

Anjali: She is not going with you.

Shyam: Why? She too is forced in this marriage.

Anjali: She will decide if she wants to stick to this relationship or not. You wont do that Shyam. So what if you are her brother ? You cannot take this decision for her. And she has already told me her decision.

Arnav was very curious to know that. Khushi was still nervous and hence only Anjali responded on her behalf

Anjali: She wants to stay for some more time in this house. She needs time to decide. And I dont think anyone has a right to question her or force her. Even Chotte will not force Khushi to take any decision favouring him. Khushi will be alone deciding it.

Shyam: No way. I will not leave her alone here .She has to come with me

He once again pulled Khushi and thats when Arnav intervened. He caught Shyam's hand so tight that he winced in pain leaving Khushi

Arnav: Dont make me throw you out of this house like you did. Just get out from our sight.

Khushi was feeling bad. She knew her brother had done much wrong with this family but she still felt for him and hoped he can change some day and understand what he missed. Shyam angrily walked of. Anjali left to her room crying seeing her husband leaving the house. Khushi followed her to console her along with Nani and Arnav took a sigh of relief that Khushi was not leaving anywhere. He at least got some time to show her he needs her .

Next day

She slept with Anjali last night though Arnav was very restless to know if she was fine. When she came back next morning in their bedroom he couldnt stop asking her if his sister was okay. She gave him very crisp replies and to the point.

Khushi: She is fine . But you better dont try to talk to her now. She will not accept things so soon what you did.

Arnav gulped his pain understanding what she meant. He came towards her and she moved back.

Arnav: Khushi thank you. Thanks for not leaving this house and me.

Khushi didnt meet his eyes but she didnt hesitate to respond

Khushi: I stayed back because your Di needs me. She is shattered because of yours and bhai's deeds. She wants some support. I had to stay. But that doesnt mean you get a chance Arnav. Di's pregnancy is holding me up not your love. And Di has strictly told me to think from all angles before deciding something about our future. So please. dont try to be oversmart. Di has decided not to allow me stay in this room . I will stay with her only even if we share the same roof.

Everything was acceptable except this condition. Before she could leave he pinned her hand to her back and pulled her close to his body . His frustrated look revealed he was in no mood to accept the condition.

Arnav: Di yeh decide nahi kar sakti ki humme kya karna chahiye Khushi. (Di cannot decide what we should be done of our relationship)

Khushi:Woh aap ki behan hai. (She is your sister)

Arnav : Aur tum meri Biwi. Maanta hoon ki maine joh kiya galat kiya Khushi par ek mauka tumhe mujhe aur humaare rishte ko dena hi hoga. Afterall Pati hoon main tumhaara (And you are my wife. I know what I did was wrong from the beginning but I should get one more chance. Afterall I am your husband )

Khushi: Hum Aap ko apna pati nahi maante (I dont consider you as my husband)

Arnav: Accha? Toh ab manva lete hai (Really? Let me try making you consider it now then)

Holding her close to his body, he bent forward, straight to her lips. Her hands struggled in his grip, her eyes scanned his nearing lips, her body trembled with the fear of losing this condition as she started shutting down her eyes submitting herself. He was an inch away from her lips and his eyes glued to her face. A Smirk appeared right on his lips seeing her giving up.

Arnav: 7 Din Khushi. Sirf 7 Dinno mein main tumhe manva ke rahunga. Its a husband's promise.

She opened her eyes and pushed him back.

Khushi: Bahut Sapne dekhne lage hai aap . Aisa kuch nahi hoga

Arnav smirked again

Arnav: Will see

Khushi: Jab kuch hoga hi nahi toh aap kya dekhenge?

She left the room hurridly and there his new mission started . To Woe his wife in the next 7 days
