Chapter 8

Damn it! Spat Randhir not in rage, not in fury but in pure concern, why did it have to be this way it's all my fault...all my god dam fault i shouldn't have let her come at the first place...its about 1 in the morning with absolutely no light rays in the dense forests of Ranchi the whole dream team has gone haywire searching for one single person...yet again i passed another road and there was absolutely no sign of her...

That idiot couldn't she have at least spoken to about it!! Darn! i...i..dint know (said a Vardhan feeling defeated) *every minute that passed by was eating Vardhan from within, if godforbid anything goes wrong today he would never be able to forgive himself.* This forest was not the biggest in the world but it definitely was one of the most dense forests, and that was scaring the shit out of Vardhan, he was on his foot for 45 min's already yet there was no sign of her...in years for the first time Vardhan actually "prayed" for someone's well being!

Parth: ek kaam karte hain lets split, we may find her faster (said a parth who himself was trying to cover up his panic attack)

Kostugi: hmmm, ur right, lets do something Parth i'll take Vidhushi along with me...

Jiggy: are! Kostugi mujhe ithni raat ko kahan akele chodh ke jaa rahi hoo main bhi atta hoon na...

With that the rest of the dream team split in the "two roads that diverged in the yellow woods"

Considering how this journey had began no one, i don't think even SHE' expected things to reach such a "point" where right now not just the dream team but even their mentors stand!!!

*pretty much unknown from the fact, that this was not all' or only' that the Ranchi trip had in store for them*🥱😕

Sayukta's POV

Here we all stood in one of the busiest railway station in the whole India... awaiting our train which would be here any minute...and here it was!!! ...confirmed Sayukta from the choo-ing sound of the train. And quite immediately the whole dream team gathered in front of the entrance of the train, where the list was put up as to where they have to sit...

(Sayukta wasn't surprised to see the most unlikely people having to sit together)

Vardhan: Okay guys,

1. Randhir & Vidhushi same compartment (i.e., E7)

2. Parth & Kashish same compartment (I.e., E12)

3. Sahil & Kostugi same compartment (i.e., E4)

4. Sayukta & jiggy same compartment (i.e., C10)

5. And i'll be on the fifth alone all clear (i.e., E1)

Vidhushi: i don't mind (after all having Randhir with me will help me with the task iss liye acha hi hai, that Randhir mere saath hai, rather than any other looser)

Jiggy: are! Yeh kya mera seat Sayukta ke saath no offense Sayukta, par main Kostugi ke saath bait-na chahtha tha

Sayukta: (to which Sayukta replied with a smile )abh main kyun bura maan-ne lagi bhala, i understand ke tumhe Kostugi ke saath baith-na hai... par abh Vardhan sir ne bola hai tho maan-na hi padegi na...

Kostugi: besides Sayun tumahara poora khayal rakhegi don't worry (said kostu in pure mockery seeing jiggy's dull face.)

Randhir: woh khudh ka khyayal rakh le wohi badi baath hai (whispered Randhir having overheard Kostugi's statement)...aur by the way iss ghade ka seat Mithun ke saath kyun hai... i'll hv 2 go, talk to her! Thought Randhir)

Kashish: wht on earth is Vardhan up to?? I can't believe he has booked A/C first class seats for the dream team... i'm pretty sure he won't let them have things so easy !!

(Thought a Kashish who was suspicious of Vardhan)

Breaking Kashish's trail of thoughts Randhir interrupted her, by grabbing her wrist and pulling her towards a corner... this did not go un-noticed by two very obvious people :P ...

Randhir: what on earth is this??? (asked a Randhir pointing at his ticket)

Kashish: kya mathlab...what r u talking about? (asked a genuinely confused Kashish)

Randhir: mathlab mera seat why is it with Vidhushi...am i not supposed to be sitting with u...

Kashish: (now Kashish was getting what Randhir was talking about) and she with a smirk replied...no! ur not supposed' 2 be sitting with me you 'chose' to sit with me :P

Randhir: wha...but u promised...

Kashish: yes i did and i will fulfil it provided Parth allows you to sit in E12

Randhir: r u suggesting i take permission from Parth! (his blood boiling) "permission from Parth" MY FOOT!!

Kashish: okay fine don't sit wth me then :P

Randhir: Mithun!!! Not fair!! (Pouted Randhir)

Kashish: the seat is Parth's not mine, so either u get his permission or don't sit with me...

Randhir: but...

Kashish: THAT's FINAL!!!

Kashish started walking towards the train and said...

Kashish: oh and be nice!

Uh!! Screamed Randhir in frustration!!!

Someone else who was witnessing all this was really having fun...THIS IS REALLY INTERESTING thought the person...who smiled evily!

Here Randhir was walking as if he dint want a seat bt Parth's hand in marriage :P ... i cant believe Mithun is actually making me do all this, (Mithun!! Cursed Randhir in his mind)

Just then Randhir spotted his target, he was busy keeping all his bags under his berth, okay Randhir it's a piece of cake u can do it , i mean when you can do quantum- physics & inverse trigonometry, this is no biggie!! Right ? thought a Randhir who looked unsure himself...

Randhir: uh.mmm... made Randhir a sound as if clearing his throught

Parth: Randhir tum...yahan??

Randhir: um...woh...actually i was thinking ke...tumne apna assignment khatham karliya ?

Parth: Randhir tum kya bole jaa rahe ho, kaisa assignment... remember we got exempted from all assignment for the coming 2 weeks...

Randhir: ya ya i remember...

Parth: tho?

Randhir: tho... i was thinking ke, i'll have u'r seat...(burlted out Randhir all in a go)

Parth: huh? (*confused*)

Suddenly Randhir's phone beeped it was a message from Kashish... and it read "BE NICE! Will ya"

Randhir: (Dam! How does she always get to know) Parth... i was thinking would you mind if i hv ur seat...

Phone again beeped*

Kashish : More effort required :P

She was really enjoying this wasn't she ...

Randhir: i...mean can...may i hv your seat pleaseee!!! (this time Randhir bit his teeth)

Parth: yeah sure! (said a completely freaked out Parth after having heard the word please' from Randhir Singh Shekhawath, to say Parth was shocked would be an understatement)

With that a Parth who still had not recovered from the shock took all of his belongings to move to Randhir's compartment!!!

Seeing a smug Randhir stand in front of her compartment a smirking Kashish asked...

Kashish: it wasn't that bad now was it!!!!

(Said a Kashish, Now giggling like a baby)

(Look @ her she is actually giggling after having made me do all this i can't believe it!!!)

Randhir caught hold of Kashish's wrist and twisted it placing her wrist behind her back, he pushed her wrist inwards...

Randhir: r u giggling... weren't u the one to put in this position the first place... (said a Randhir smirking himself)

Kashish: ouch! Ouch! Acha baba sorry, sorry ok...meri galathi

Randhir: (with hs head held high) That's Better!!

*both of them now broke into fits of laughter*

Unknown from the fact that somebody else was witnessing all this...

( wont tell ya guys who witnessed this either :p )

* scene2*

it must barely be half past midnight but every body seemed to be asleep in the train thought a randhir who was half asleep on his way to the washroom...

just before entering the washroom randhir heard the sound of the train moving and wind..for any ordinary time it would not be something unusual as hearing the the fast moving wind is quite normal when ur on a train, but wouldn't the same noise coming so loudly be abnormal if it were half past midninght in da direct route train..

randhir: which idiot has opened the train doors so late in the night!! with that an annoyed randhir proceeded towards the train gates coz he knew whoever opened it was a hurdle in the whole compartment's sleep

but as randhir advanced towards the gate of the train he could hear noises...

(randhir: is that two peop... Great they r having a chat in the middle of the night spoiling others sleep...oh so its a girl and a guy, do they like have to take forward their love story spoiling others sleep IDIOTS!!! thought randhir)

Tum...tum...ya..yahan kya...said the girl rather shoched than surprised

...and this voice randhir could recognise even when he was asleep

Randhir: Sayukta!!! (what is she... before he could complete what he witnessed schocked him further)

sayukta: Samir...tum yahan kya kar rahe ho...thay too so late in the...i mean agar...

(W*F!! is this chomu doing here?! thought randhir sharing the same anxiety as sayukta... only difference being, he stood aside witnessing all this)

samir: what do u mean by main yahan kya raha hoon!! are bhai mangetar hoon tumhara...said sameer holding sayukta's hand...

(only if sombody could measure randhir's fury it was higher than the boiling point of water...he simply hated The way samir held sayukta...as if she were that chomu's personal property, only if somebody could kill by looks then (by the way randhir was staring with such rage @samir that even ashes would't remain of him!!!)

seeing sayukta pull her hand back samir continued but this time with a little firmly...

samir: meri hone wali biwi ho...abh kya tum se milne ke liye mujhe permission leni padegi

(HAAN!!!! leni padegi thought randhir with no heights to his fury)

sayukta: not at all looking convinced of samir's intention replied...par samir...

samir: par-var ko maro goli...tum yeh batao hw is ur trip going...

before sayukta could open her mouth to reply she could feel samir's hand crawling on her arm now his hand placed in her higher back...

sayukta: samir tum...(said sayukta trying to push samirs hand off) koi dekh lega ( said a sayukta feeling very very uncomfortable)

samir: kaun de khe ga...aur voh bhi aadi raath ko...sab gode bech ke soo rahe honge.

(all of sayukta's efforts going in vain...samir was only coming closer to her)

that was it!! randhir was not gonna take this shit anymore, but...

...he..he couldn't move, it was as if he was paralysed or his foot was stuck to the ground...it was as if his conscience asked him what right he had to go stop samir...more appropriately what right he had over 'SaYuKtA'?!

samir: pata hai i missed u sooo much

sayukta: (trying to get his hand of sayukta's hip) samir kya kar rahe ho...koi aa..

samir:hmmm

said samir tracing his fingers from Sayukta's cheek to her chin...now fiddling with the strand of hair that escaped her lazily tied up pony tail..

(randhir's rage at its height)

sayukta: papa!!

samir:kya..(still not completely letting go of her) kahan hai uncle? :o

sayukta: (a little relived that he had distanced himself from her) i mean papa, kya sochenge...all this is not righ...

samir : offo! kitna bolthi ho tum?!

( said sameer pulling sayukta close to him by her hip)

sayukta: sameer yeh tum (said sayukta sensing samir's nasty finger on her jaw line)

...and before sayukta could say anything more she felt samir's lips devouring her's...

randhir: * screamed * SAYUKTA!!!!!!

i know...i know that i've left u guys on a cliff hanger but c'mon whats the fun if, an update after sooo long is not exiting :p

Yippie guys, my exams are finally over and i promise i'll be updating very often from now. And i might as well update the next chapter within an hour :) but until then i didn't want 2 keep u waiting.

So guys hw was the update? Did u like it?!

Why do u think the following things happened :

1. The whole dream team searching like a mad person for "somebody". (yeah, i get it;) someone might be lost, even then why the desperation?!

2. The "Sam-yukta" kiss!!!!

(do not kill me for this one 😲 u...*gulp*...u see this was important for the story to advance *cheeky ish-smile* 😃*puppy face*)

And finally samyuktha i'm sorry L🤢 i knw i used ur name, but i swear that was the first thing that came to my mind for...u know...samir and Sayukta 🤣

(By the way, what do u think randhir will do? 😕(kill samir maybe!) 👏
