Precap: Everybody comes to know about Zoyas mom now. Zoya says to Asad she will not make any accusation on Rashid until he is proved of murder. DNA reports come and the body turns to be zoyas mother. Asads insurance claim rejected and the gudiya factory case reopened again. Gazia comes to know about this and now to save themselves they murder the inspector who is investigating the case. The first hearing of the case scheduled. Courtroom drama. Zeenat in the meantime delivers pre maturely two months. Anwar too returns back to India.

When Zoya and Asad came home, Zoya seeing her Appi runs into her arms. She asks Asad with her eyes whats the matter. Asad asks Appi to take Zoya inside with her and that she needs her. Soon everybody was with Zoya in her room. Zoya says to Zeenat no matter they hid everything from her and now that she has got to know about her ammis truth. Zeenat was surprised and then Zoya told how they went to pscyhatarist and today about her ammis skeleton found in the doll factory. Zeenat wiped her own tears and hers too and said "Meri bacchii zoya, hume galat mat samajna, hume doctor ne strictly yeh advice diya tha ki, we never make you remember your past, otherwise its not good for your mental stability and hence we did not tell you anything. Gazias residence , next morning
Gaffur was reading the newspaper and was stunned at a news. He called Razia. She came and he showed her the news and she said "Ab to pani sar ke upar se jaa raha hai, humhe hi kuch karna padega, mein dekhti hoon ji, kya kar sakti hoon, filhal tho ek hi chara hai nazar araha hai, aur bo hai, uss inspector ka qatl jo eh case handle kar raha hai" Gaffur nodded "Ab der mato karo, varna kahin uske haath hum tak pohunch jaye." Asads House
After the emotional upheaval yesterday, there was silence at the breakfast table. Everybody had a guilt ridden face when Zoya came to sit with them especially, Asad and his siblings. They couldn't digest the fact that their father had burnt the factory with Zoya and her mom in it. She were really ashamed to face her. Zoya was feeling like she was in between strangers. Dilshad was no less feeling guilty for Rashids doings. Everybody was very uncomfortable and was their gaze down and were playing with the food except for Asad. Asad was looking at zoya only because he knew she had undergone a lot of turmoil yesterday and she needed some relief now and the atmosphere was not helping at all. Dilshad said "Zoya, muje maaf kardo, muje itna tho pata hai ki Rashid ne yeh bas jaanpooch kar nahi kiya tha, Rashid ne jaane se pehle kaha tha mujse ki, vo begunah hai, aur main ab tumse kya kahoon Zoya, mein janti hoon ki jo tumne barso pehle khoya tha vo tumhe kabhi vapis nahi milega, lekin mein Rashid ki tarafdari bhi nahi kar rahi hoon." Zoya stopped her and said "Barso pehle jo hua, vo bohot bura hua, but kismet ne muje ek ammi ke badle main, do do ammi di hai, aur ek poora ghar parivaar bhi, ab yehi mera parivar hai, aur mein aap sabko chod ke kahin nahi jaoungi" Dilshad felt that relieved and she hugged and kissed zoya on her forehead. Asad said that he had received information from the inspector that the Gudiya factory case is reopened on the basis of some proofs they got. Anyway shayad court unhe sazaa sunaye, lekin uske baad bhi, 17 saal pehle jo hua, use badla tho nahi ja sakta" and she slided the chair backwards , got up and went outside the with a hurt face which was noticed by Asad. He understood that Zoya is putting up a brave face in front of everybody and even though she may have accepted him but its difficult to accept the situations and the relations and she needs more time. He thought he will speak to her.
Asads office
Asad is informed by the insurance company that his claim has been rejected. Asad was never behind the claim since day one he wanted the secret of the doll factory to be out and thats what was happening now. By the time inspector phones him and says that DNA reports have been received and the body excavated is that of zoyas mom. DNA of Zoya matches with that of the skeleton. Asad thanked him and Asad was told by the inspector that the first hearing of the case is already scheduled and they will soon receive the registered court notice for hearing. Asad somehow always wanted that his father should pay for his sins but now he was not happy to hear the case is reopened. But now the confirmation that that skeleton is of Zoyas moms he is devastated that perhaps all theses things lied hidden in the past and never came into open at all. Now everything is being tangled in a complicated mess and he has unknowingly became a part of that too. He prayed to Allah to give him strength in the worst of situations ot be faced.
Zoyas office
Zoyas mind was in turmoil. She was mechanically going through the emails and replying to them. Now that their business is also flourishing and her jiju too has become a part of this company. She pondered over the happenings over last couple of days. Her relation with Asad is something unique and day by day its getting strong with all the obstacles faced by them. But now in that house, not only Asad stays whole family of Rashid is there. Zoya took a decision now and she thought she will announce it later in the evening and she called up Asad now.
At random places
Asad and Zoya both were sitting on the cafe. Asad informed that itshas been confirmed that the skeleton is that of her mothers through DNA test. Zoya informed Asad that she cannot stay in Asads house now and she is going to shift to a temporary apartment and she needs Asads help in finding a good one. Zoya said "mein jaanti hoon ki apko yeh sunkar thoda bura lagega, par sirf hamari baat hoti tho alag tha becoz nothing matters between us. Because, muje pata nahi ki woh guilty feel kar rahe hain yah kuch aur, mein ghar ka mahoul kharab nahi karna chati aur vo ab kahi aur nahi jaa sakte tho maine socha main hi shift hojati hoon, vaise kuch dino mein jiju bhi vapis ajayenge and then they really need to settle separately. So why not now?" Asad knew that this was coming and it did not surprise him at all but he instead supported her and helped her to find an apartment too. The whole day she was rejecting apartment saying one reason or the other. Zoya said she preferred a apartment in ground floor due to Zeenats condition. Then she rejected some saying that its not airy, some due to its bad maintenance and condition. Asad was having a hard time with her. The whole day he had spent but Zoya didn't select any apartment. Finally Zoya said "Why did I give up that guesthouse, I could have stayed there now easily? It was all your fault Mr. Khan, you made me leave that house and after I shifted the contract was also over, now its already taken by somebody else. Sab apki galati hai" Asad was stunned he said "ab yeh meri galati hai? Maine kaha apko ki aap naye ghar mein shift ho? Yeh apka decision hai, mera nahi," Zoya "fine teek hai aap meri maddat nahi karna chahte toh nah sahi, lekin mera decision final hai, main apke ghar main nahi rah sakti," Asad "Zoya please let me solve this for you now, how about a guesthouse from my company?" Zoya "Mr.Khan not only I m going to stay but my appi aur jiju bhi hain? Its already months that Appi is staying at your house, it doesn't seem good, I mean I don't have any issues, you don't have any issues, but them? Please think about them, may be they are not saying it openly, they do have their own self respect and individuality and I cant allow them to forgo that for my silly reasons" Asad "Oh so you find this as silly Ms. Farookhi? Thats what even I was trying to tell you, but you never hear me" Zoya "I m still stern at my decision, and fine if I don't get any apartment I will shift to a hotel room for the time being but I will not stay at your house till everything is cleared." She turned her face to the other side. Asad by now was rubbing his temples due to Zoyas non stop ranting and finally relieved when she stopped. He said calmly "Give me one days time I will find out a excellent apartment for you as per your choice. Please Zoya can you at least do this for my sake." Zoya said "okay but only 24 hrs Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan" Asad "Apka hokum saraankon par" Zoya said vaise blood test ka result tho agaya, tho kya pata chala aapko love parameters ke bare mein?" Asad now saw that Zoya was going to her old self again and so he thought to tease her too. He calmly said " Muje yeh pata chala ki muje mohabbat ke saath zidd bhi free mein mila hai" And before Zoya whacked him he caught hold of her hands and kissed them inside the palms. Zoya was blushing.
Asads house
Asad and Zoya came to the house in the evening after their house hunting and found that there was nobody except Humera. Humera told them they tried to contact but they were not available. Zeenat was taken to hospital since she was having labour pains. And told about the hospital also. Asad and Zoya withing no time reached the hospital.
At the Hospital
Dilshad shouted, "Kahan the tun dono, mein kabse phone try kar rahi thi?" Zoya answered "vo phoppi mera phone vibrating mode pein tha", and Asad said "mine battery khatam hogaya". By that time a nurse came outside and said that Zeenat had delivered a baby boy and she is fine and since the baby is 2 months premature, he was shifted to incubator. Zoya eyes widened, "kya mein baby ko dekh sakti hoon" Zoya went with the nurse to see the baby. She pressed her nose through a glass window and saw the little boy kicking with his legs and hands. Asad came behind her and kept his hand on the glass. She turned and said "Dekhiye na kitna pyara haina, oh uske chote chote pair aur haath, awwwe, chooochweeet." Zoyas banter was really enjoyed by Asad, her animated expressions, her dimpled smile, her wide brown eyes. After a long time Asad was finding Zoya happy and in her old self again. Unknowingly he dreamt of future standing there and visualised Zoya and him with a new born kid. Zoya clickd her fingers "Mr.Khan kahan khogaye the?" Asad blurted out "Vo hamari bhi ek aisi chotisi family hogi "Zoya was jaws touched the floor "Mr. Khan hamari family tab hogi jab hamara nikha hoga, aur mein door door tak uske koi chances nazar nahi arahe hain" Asad "Jee" Zoya "Jee haan, aap aise hi rahenge tho hamra nikah hone se raha, sirf mohabbat ki baat karne se nikah nahi hota hai, uske liye baat karni padthi hai?" Dilshad came behind and said "You are right Zoya, baat tho maine kar liye, abto Anwar bhi ek do din mein ajayega, uska baad main nikah ki tarqi pakki karne wali hoon, kyun Asad, kya khayal hai? Yah phir issbar bhi tum mana karoge?" "Nahi ammi" Dilshad pulled his leg "Kya nahi, oh aacha nikha nahi karna chathe abhi,ok main postpone kar deti hoon" Asad "Nahi nikah karna chahta hoon" Dilshad laughed ,Asad blushed and Zoya giggled. Dilshad said "now even I cant wait for more to get Zoya as my bahu too." She hugged them and kissed them on their forehead. "Ab chalo zeenat se bhi milo aur Doctor ne do din mein discharge bhi diya hai" Zoya went to meet Zeenat and hugged her tightly and said "congratulations appi finally mein khala ban gayi, I m so happy now" Zeenat said "abto nikha karogi na Asad se" Zoya said "Yes"
In these two days Zoya insisted that she will stay in the hospital only in order to avoid the situation at Asad house. And even Dilshad didn't retort and she knew that zoyas happiness is important now. By this time Anwar too had arrived back in India and had joined Zoya and Zeenat at the hospital. As promised Asad had found out a beautiful mansion for them to stay and soon they shifted to the new house.
Two days later
Asad received the information that the inspector who was investigating the gudiya factory case is found dead on the railway tracks. Now he was more sure that Rashid was innocent and since he doesn't even know about the re opening of the case and is busy in his pilgrimage. Even Dilshad doesn't have any info on them. Asad concludes that somebody else is there who doesn't want this case to be reopened. Firoz was murdered earlier for the orginal recording. Asad made a phone call.
One week after, Court Room
Everyone was seated. The judge came and everyone got up and took their seats when he sat. The public prosecutor said, this case is being re opened at the request of the insurance company who found out the original recording of the confession in a chip recently when they started an investigation to settle the claim applied for by Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan the owner of the factory now. "My Lord, kuch mahine pehle Mr. Asad Ahmed Khan ne apne walid Mr. Rashid Ahmed Khan par yeh case kiya tha, ki unki ammi Dilshad Ahmed Khan par qatilana hamla karavaya tha. Lekin vo case adalat par ane pehle hi, rafa dafa kiya gaya, aur uss waqt iss case ko Inspector Firoz handle kar rahe the, joki ek naami lalji inspector tha, issliye original recording ka chip milne ki baad bhi police ko hand over nahi kiya aur iss chip ke chakkar mein kuch din pehle Firoz ka bhi qatl hogaya, vo bhi gudiya factory ke hi premises mein. Lekin shayad uparwale kuch aur hi manzoor tha vo chip insurance company ke haath lag gayi. Main Mr. Gupta ko khatgare mein bulana chahta hoon. Asad said to the judge about the courier he received with the photos of Rashid burning the factory so since his mothers shooting case was abruptly closed, he though to find out the truth through an indirect method and he found that insurance claim will be the best way to get the truth out. And he applied the claim and simultaneously send the photos through e mail so that insurance company doubts the claim and starts their investigation and is plan worked. PP "Mr.Khan aap yeh case dubara khulvane ke liye yeh sab kiya, dak deni padegi apki dimag aur apki sachai ki, lekin shayad uparwale ko kuch aur hi manzoor tha, issliye Firoz vo recording vohi par chupayi insurance company kea ne se pehle. PP "My lord jaise ki iss recording ko play karne ke baad yah pata chala hai ki isme do awazein hain, ek mard ki aur ek aurat ki, jo Rashid ko yeh factory jalane ka hokum de rahe the, jahan pe pehle hi uss aurat ek doosri aurat ka qatl kiya tha, aur use chupane ke liye, iss factory ko jalane ki sazish ki gayi, mein yeh bhi kehna chaoonga ki Rashid Ahmed Khan apni doosri biwi Shirin Ahmed Khan ke saath, theerthyatra pe gaye hain, aur unka koi ata pata nahi, phir bhi mein adalat se yeh guzarish karoonga ki jo sabot mile hain unhe samne rakhte hue, Rashid Ahmed khan ko iss case se baaizzat bhari kardein. Aur asli gunehgar ko samne lane ke liye, iss case kho aage badaya jaye." Judge declared "saare sabot aur gavah ko madde nazar rakhte hue, yeh adalat iss nateeje par pounchti hain, ki Rashid Ahmed Khan ne koi jurm nahi kiya hai, unke factory ko aag lagane se pehle hi, qatl hochuka tha, yeh baath recording se sabith hoti hai, issliye sari sabot aur gavahon ko hazir nazir rakhte hue yeh adalat Mr.Rashid Ahmed Khan ko Gudiya factory mein kiye gaye qatl se baizzat bari karti hai aur yeh hokum bhi deti hain ki, Inspector Firoz aur Inspector Sharma ke qatl ko ek special crime branch ko sonp diya jaye aur tab tak sare sabot judicial custody mein rahenge, aur iss case ki agli sunvayi hogi 2 hafte ke baad." The judge declares " The cout is adjourned" Everybody was very happy now that Rashid is free of all charges and he was an innocent victim to circumstances. Even Zoya felt more relieved that Rashid is not responsible for her mothers murder. Everybody hugged themselves and planned a visit to a dargah on the way home.

Gazia still searching for Humera and Ayra's court marriage takes places. Ayan and Humera are not allowed together and totally spied upon by others. Asad gets admission for Ayan at the Academy of Performing Arts, Pune. and he leaves, leaving a sad Humera. Zeenat's Baby boy named Aftab Farooqui. Asad in the pretext of meeting Aftab, everyday visits Zoya before coming to home. Asya marriage date fixed by Dilshad and marriage preparations go on. Humera is shifted to Zoyas house in order to save her from Gazias eyes. Humera asks Zoya about her abbu photo, that how she got it. She tells about Hiba her friend and how this photo had unknowingly got into with other photos of her.May be this is fate. Humera more confused now about whether Zoyas friend Hiba could be Gazias real daughter.
