Caught up on the last three chapters. I love the way the story is progressing. Arnav got to know how presumptuous he was about Khushi's role in her marriage, and while he was wrong in doing so, one does understand the base of his notion. His mother left him as a lad, exposing him to the criticism of society, for no fault of his. On the other hand, Khushi, whom he thought could be his friend , spoke ill of his status and situation behind his back, making him caustic towards her. It stayed the same way even after many years. Every time he got an opportunity, he told her she was the reason behind her failed marriage, a grave mistake that he committed . Loved the midnight conversation between the two. Much needed with a wonderful promise of help by Arnav.
Then there was this insight you gave us regarding Arnav's progress from his previous relationship. This I was looking forward to, to know where he stands as of today. He doesn't love Samara, like a man loves a woman, anymore as you clearly pointed out; however her father's jibes, his disappointment with the way life had turned out, and his hurt ego can yet bring out the worst in him. Would love to see a stage in future when he is unaffected by Samara's dad and his words.
Aman and Kinjal are debating regarding the adoption issue. It really isn't easy to adopt given that there are so many factors to consider and the fact that the mother of the baby is barely old enough herself, only complicates it further. Both Kinjal and Aman are right in their own way, would love to see how this chalks out. I might be wrong but does Kiya have a bigger role to play? Completely unrelated, at this stage Kiya reminds me of Khushi from Choices.
I never expected Khushi to propose to him and now that she has done it in a spur of a moment, I want to know his reaction. It will be interesting to see what his reaction will be when he gets to know the truth from Raheem chacha.
Loved that beautiful scene between Sarah and her Arnab, I look forward to these. On a lighter note, instead of marrying Sarah, Arnav would have to play the father of the bride. Best of luck to the groom then!!
