Astha has had enough of it... shlok was treating her very gently, like she was some kind of treasure... and she hated it. She was not just some bland doll to be groomed and maintained...she was a woman after all...and her bodily needs must be satisfied in one way or another...It had been almost a year after the daard saga...and still shlok didn't touch her. Astha was becoming increasingly frustrated...so frustrated that it started spilling out as anger on shlok. She didn't mean to do that but...she couldn't contain her frustration either. And days passed by like that...

It was a fine morning...

Sunlight was embracing the delightful couple through the curtained windows... astha got up and slowly opened her eyes to see the bright light surrounding her and spreading warmth. She rubbed her eyes with her hands to clear her sleepiness...And the minute it cleared... she glanced down to see her dear husband sleeping with a serene expression...she stared with admiration for a long time just to keep that moment still and fresh in her memories...

"Mmm... astha..." shlok mumbled and turned towards astha and put a hand on her.

Astha got startled a bit but it soon turned to a smile... Akdu...she thought... he couldn't even let me go in sleep ...she chuckled.

She slowly caressed his face with her hands and brushed his hair. she could never get enough of shlok...the more she stared into his face , the more she lost herself...but time would not wait for anyone, would it??? The alarm clock started ringing which brought back astha to reality... it was 6 am...and she was late...she quickly kissed shlok in the forehead mumbling and smiling "Good morning shlok".

"Hmmm... good morning love..." shlok mumbled back, slowly opening his eyes.

Astha blushed beet red on hearing shlok say love...her face lowered down unable to meet shlok...she wanted to escape embarrassment..."chalo shlok, it's late...you need to get ready...get up get up!!!" she pulled shlok up and pushed him into the bathroom and closed the door .

"Astha!! Astha!!! " Shlok shouted back.

"I'll get your things... you shower "she said and went to pick up his towel and clothes...she put them on the door and breathed a sigh...Only he can catch me off guard...the way he makes my heart race...she smiled and kept her hand facing her heart, only to heart her heart beat wildly...as if it would just stop any minute from all the hotness...she did not want to face shlok any sooner.

Shlok after finishing bath came outside to find astha...but she was nowhere to be found...Women!!! You will never know what they think...they're so strange..Weird creatures... he muttered to himself, not paying heed to who was coming in from of him...he bumped straight into astha and voila... the only towel he was wearing fell down...

"Ouch!!!" both of them spoke at the same time...

Astha rubbed her forehead and glanced down incidentally when she noticed that the towel had fell off shlok...and then the fact hit her like a stone...she nervously glanced up a little, and then she saw it all... shock over took her and she cried "Aaah!!!"

Shlok got scared of astha's crying and asked her what happened instinctively without realising why she had shouted...he was oblivious to the fact that his one and only piece of clothing had fell down to reveal him in his birthday suit.

"Woh..." astha muttered and glanced downwards a little... but shlok did not understand anything at all.

"What??" he asked confused.

"Shlok...woh tumhari towel..." she said trying hard to suppress a giggle and rolled her eyes indicating the fallen towel.

Shlok glanced down and realised his towel had fallen down...and the next minute he turned beet red. He was dumbfounded to say anything for a moment...but soon astha s giggle snapped him to reality and he became angry on astha's reaction towards his embarrassment, he was a man after all.

"Aaasssthhhaaa!!!!" shlok shouted on anger picking up the towel from the floor and wrapping it around himself.

"Sorry...sorry" astha mumbled, picked up her clothes for bathing and exited to the bathroom.

She came back after half an hour and noticed shlok was still sulking. She wanted to make up to him somehow, as she always hated fighting with shlok...it only brought her more pain.

Idea... her face lightened up on that thought. She had taken a head shower that day, and so she wanted to put her wet hair to good use. She noticed that shlok was sitting in the couch with laptop in his hands working out something.

"Shlok..." astha called him.

"What??" shlok sulked and glanced up on astha.

Shlok was mesmerized by his wife just brushing her wet hair with a towel...she looked so beautiful like a porcelain doll with jet black hair...an unearthly beauty. He closed his laptop with a heavy breathing and just stared at her.

Astha glanced sideways and chuckled a little to see that her plan is working. "Why are you staring at me like that?? Is there something on my face??" she asked oh so innocently.

Shlok was embarrassed a little but kept his composure and mumbled" Nothing at all..." and got up.

"Astha I'm feeling hungry...come serve me breakfast..." he said and turned to go when astha tugged his shirt.

Shlok turned back and saw astha tugging him.. "what now astha??" he said in a pretend angry manner.

"Sorry shlok...I didn't mean to giggle..." astha apologised earnestly with a puppy face.

Shlok felt calmed a little after seeing astha's puppy face."Hmmm...okay." he said pretending.

"Please shlok??" astha pleaded him again.

"Haan... okay baba.." shlok smiled back this time, showing that he accepted her apology.

"Thanks shlok!!!" astha smiled and immediately kissed him on the cheeks.

"Whaa..." shlok could only stutter... caught off guard by her unexpected actions.

"Nothing... just correcting you collar..." she said and corrected his collar and came closer to him to kiss him in the lips.

But to her dismay, shlok faltered back and fell back on the couch nearby. Astha felt hurt seeing that shlok avoided her kiss...she noticed that he wasn't sulking for before..but was directly avoiding him.

"Astha..." shlok tried to talk to her.

"Please come down...I'll serve breakfast..." astha merely replied and went out of the room.

OH my...she is really angry ..he thought and shook his head. Shlok felt really awkward about the incident and so didn't talk to her through the breakfast.

After breakfast, shlok decked up ready to leave for office, when astha called to him.

Maybe she has calmed down?? He thought hopefully and turned back to face her when she shoved an invitation to his hands and spoke.

"We need to attend Naren's wedding..remember?? be sure to come back..." she spoke to him and left.

Hmmm... I must make up to her somehow... shlok thought sadly and left for office.

Astha came to her room and closed the door behind her...Wait Mr.shlok Agnihotri...you will pay for my frustration...she smirked and proceeded to do other things...
