Might be she went to hospital to be with her amma and babuji...

Arnav still does not realize his mistake...

I mean we understand ..he is businessmen.. We do have work...but aarav school... Dropping him..picking him... What the rubbish is this...

And he did not even once called to ask about your own wife...

How can one's love change so much in such a short span ...just because you got your ex...
