This is so not happenning!! I just logged in to comment on the first part. And you have reserved for the next part already!! So embarassing!!

Putting a stop on my rant, I was pleasantly surprised to find a new story by you since it was totally unexpected. You having set to be gone on a break. I couldn't be more glad to read one!!

Nice prologue cum first part. Had a fun time reading Khushi's banter about her family. Her family reminded me of my cousin sister's in-laws. They are a family of doctors, from my jejaji to his father, his jejaji, his 2 of 3 brothers, their wives & my sister as well. And all the brothers have a single child. Also they know everything about each other's lives, including bank balance & account info. They are wonderful people, difficult to find these days.

Coming to story, the first part was from Khushi's POV. And its clear that she still isn't over Arnav, though she is putting up a brave face, not letting anyone have even a slightest hint of her inner pain that she has been locking up for years.

Would like to know what Arnav was thinking all those years ago bringing Sheetal home & his present feelings for La and mostly Khushi. Also what he feels for this family. I have a feeling that Arnav might have felt something for her as well but forced her away coz she was family? Maybe he still feels for Khushi.

Thankfull I won't have to wait long enough for the next part. ;-)

On a side note, I hope Khushi would have a beautiful daughter, pattern breaker you know. LOL.

PS- I noticed you using 'I' instead of 'Khushi' while mentioning Anjali's funeral. So I am assuming you write stories putting yourself in character's shoes'. Correct me if wrong. That, as I find, is an admirable quality, as a author.
