this part mainly concerns the case details and procedures...i know it might be a bit slow but its important...

Chapter 7 :

Rathore and Arjun went back to Etf office to find sakshi,Ayesha,shree and chotu discussing something seriously and ayesha seemed quite angry.Shree saw their seniors and stood up from his chair followed by the others.

'kiya baat hai,kam chor ke party mana rahe ho?'

'nehi sir,kuch pata chala hai nita aur rocky ke bare mein',shree replied arjun

'fine.conference room me aao,case discuss karna hai'

All of them assembled in the conference room and the case discussion started.Shree started first.

'Sir, i have extracted the details of the mms that was sent from nita's mobile and later got deleted,the mms was sent 3 months before her death at 12 in the night to rocky and sir the content is...',shree looked towards ayesha and again looked towards
arjun with a blank expression on his face.

'kiya tha us mms mein?',RAthore called back,

'Sir ap khud hi dekhiye',shree turned the laptop to his seniors and played the video file.

Rathore and arjun looked at the screen with a shocked face and then turned their face otherside.Passing the laptop back to shree,

'Shree ise band karo.Nita kiya pagal ho gayi thi??ye sab kiya hai??She is stripping in this video,dammit',Rathore turned around completely frustrated,

'Ayesha zarin se kiya pata chala?',Arjun asked Ayesha standing in front of the fact board.

'sir,wo rocky ki girlfriend thi for the last 2 years.Dono hi drug addict hai.Mainly parties,races,friends ke sath hangouts har jagah wo sath me rehete the.Unka ek group tha aur wo kisi aur ko is group mein shamil nehi karte the.Nita achanak se ayi aur unke sath zabardasti ghusne lagi.Pehele to Rocky bohot gussa karta tha uspe.Fir pata nehi kiya hua rocky usse ache se baat arne laga.Dhire dhire wo rocky ke sathe ghumne lagi.Parties,hangouts,late nights har jaga wo jati thi.Drugs bhi lene lagi thi,drink karti thi,she was no longer in her past group.Classes bhi attend nehi karti thi rocky ke sath reheti thi.

Rocky bhi zarin se zada usse zada time spent karne laga tha.Ek din washroom mein zarin ke sathe rocky ko leke uska jhagra bhi hua tha.Use lagne laga tha ki Rocky usse pyar karta hai par rocky sirf use istamal kar raha tha,jaise bohot larkiyo ke sath kiya hai shayad zarin bhi unhi mein se ek hai.Fir ekdin rocky ke sathe bhi kuch baat pe jhagra ho raha tha.Fir ye hadsa.I think she is innocent sir'

'abhi kuch nehi kehe sakte ayesha,shree jo mms use bheje gaye the uska pata chala??',Arjun said back,

'haan sir mila to hai par wo corrupt ho chuka hai,kuch dikhai nehi de raha ye dekhiye aur ye mms nita ke papa ke phone se aya tha',shree switched on the projector which showed a video but it was completely dark and nothing could be seen.

'ye video corrupt kiya gaya hai shree,ise pirse play karo',shree acted on the order and played the video,

'ye dekho,ye kisi box ka end hai aur dyan se suno samundar ki awaz aa rahi hai',all looked toward the video carefully,

'iska matlab port ke pass kuch ho raha tha jo video kiya gaya hai.par nita ke papa ne to kuch nehi bataya is bare mein'Rathore asked confused,

'may be unhe pata nehi tha',arjun replied

'par Arjun video transfer karne ke liye mms kiyu??wo to bluetooth se bhi kar sakti thi ghar pe hi dono cell the',sakshi asked,

'sakshi nita ke papa se milo,dekho unhe is bare mein kiya pata hai',

'hume rocky se firse baat karni chahiye.chotu use bulao interogation ke liye.Shree nita ke papa ka phone se wo mms retireve karne ki koshish karo,shayad original video mil jaye'

'Ayesha ,apne informers ko activate karo dekho port ke taraf kuch ajeeb activities ki khabar milti hai kiya?',rathore said and went back to his cabin.

Arjun sat in the conference room spining the pen in between his fingers,thinking deep.

After 2 hours Rocky came to the ETF Office along with his lawyer.Chotu took him to the interogation room and informed Rathore.Rathore along with Arjun entered the interogation.

'mein rocky ka lawyer hu, Anant Pradhan',the man shook hands with Rathore and took his seat beside rocky.Rathore sat at the opposite chair and arjun stood leaning on the wall.Rathore started the questioning,

'Nita ke sathe tumhara kaisa rishta tha?'

'wo mujhse pyar karti thi,pagal ho chuki thi mere pyar mein,kuch bhi karne ko tyaar thi.Pehele pehele ye pagalpan mujhe acha lagta tha maza ata tha,par dhire dhire bohot irritating lagne laga.Maine usse kaha tha ki main usse pyar nehi karta par wo manti hi nehi thi.'

'irritation mein tumne use drugs ki overdose de di aur maar dala'

'nehi.meine eisa kuch nehi kiya.wo ayi thi mujhse milne par mein already tab itni nashe mein tha ki use drug karna mere liye na mumkin tha.aur wo kuch der bad chali bhi gayi thi.mujhe nehi pata use itni cocain kaha mili.mein hi deta tha usse.aur koi supplier ko wo nehi janti.'

'3 months back usne tumhe ek mms bheja tha.eisi mms??po*n industry mein bhi involed ho kiya?'

'nehi sir ayesa kuch bhi nehi hai.meine usse nehi kaha tha ye sab karne.wo zarin se jalti thi.Aur khud zarin ke jaisi khubsurat aur popular hona chahati thi.wo video wo khub apni marzi se mujhe bheji thi.taki mein zarin ke sath nehi uske sath rahu.wo pagal thi sir.immatured thi'

'aur tum uska faida uthate the.wo galat thi but u r just disgusting',Rathore retorted back and went out.Arjun kept looking at rocky and came forward,

'uske sath tumhara hali mein koi jhagda hua tha?'

'ji sir,annual concert ke dusre din ek video leke.mujhe laga uski apni hogi maine nehi dekha aur use chale jane ke liye kaha.to wo mujhe zabardasti dikhane lagi.mein irritate ho gaya aur usse kehe diya mujhse dur rehene ke liye.to wo gussa ho gayee aur kaha ki mujhe uske pass ana hi hoga abhi nehi par bohot jald.aur fir nita nehi mili.fir uska murder ho gaya.yakeen kijiye mera maine use nehi mara.'

'thik hai.abhi jao par seher chor ke nehi.samjhe...'

Arjun went out to and met Rathore on the way,

'mujhe lagta hain isine kuch kiya hoga.amir baap ke bigre beta hai,apna sauk pura karne ke liye kuch bhi kar sakhta hai.'

'nehi rathore,ye sach kehe raha hai,aur nita ke murder mein pehela sakh isi pe jayga,ye wo risk nehi lega,kahin kuch to chut raha hai rathore'

'hmm chut to raha hai rawte...lets see shree ko wo videos milte hai ya nehi',both of them went to their respective cabins and immersed themselves in files.
