Chapter 8:
Sakshi had gone to meet Nita's Parents and enquire about the mms.But one look at their mourning faces she couldnt directly ask them.So she thought of asking them indirectly without hurting them more.
'Uncle kiya hum kuch daire baat kar sakte hai?',sakshi asked Nita's father after she had seated herself in front of them.
'kuch pata chala kiya??kisne mara humari beti ko?',Nita's mom came forward,face has completely lost its colour and eyes in the verge of crying.Sakshi got up,held her hands and shook her head stating a no.
'Ap aiye baithiye yaha',sakshi held the lady and made her sit next to her husband and took her seat back again.
'hume abhi tak kuch pata nehi chala hai,investigation jari hai,bohot jald hum khooni ko pakar lenge.usi bare mein kuch puchna tha apse.'
'pucho kiya puchna hai',
'kiya Nita apki phone use kiya karti thi?? ya phir hali mein kabhi use ki thi?'
'nehi waise to use nehi karti thi,apne mobile hamesha reheta tha uske pas,par kuch din pehele college jate waqt uska mobile charge out ho gaya tha.battery kharab ho gaya tha.continuously charge dena par raha tha.Mein use mobile ke bina ghar se nikalne nehi dena chahata tha is liye apna mobile de diya.bas wahi ek din usne mera mobile use kiya tha.par hua kiya hai?'
'Kiya usme aphi ka sim tha??'
'haan jaldi mein nikalna nehi hua?aur wo kafi raat ko wapis ayi thi,maine phone bhi kiya tha usme use par pn nehi utha rahi thi'
'ye kis din ki baat hai??'
'uske college mein annual concert tha uske 3 din pehele'
'thank you uncle.please ap apna kheyal rakhiye. hum Nita ke khooni ko zaroor pakad lenge',sakshi went back to the Etf Office.
Everyone gathered in the conference room except ayesha and chotu.Sakshi gave them the information she recieved from Nita's parents.
'Annual concert ke 3 din pehele to uska jhagra hua tha zarin ke sath.',Rathore concluded,
'Right aur annual concert ke 2 din baad wo rocky se milne ayi thi with some mms.Shree kuch pata chala?'Arjun asked shree still looking towards the fact board.
'Ji sir,mila to hai,ye dekhiye',shree connected the projector and played the file.
There was a man instructing his workers who were unloading huge wooden boxes from a ship.They being quite heavy are being held by five men to get them down from the ship and kept very carefully in the truck to move it to some other place.What was there in the Box no one knew.The Man who was continuosly speaking and instructing in a low voice was facing his back towards the video.The words cant be heard or understood.After the loading the truck was being closed down when suddenly the video got disturbed a bit and the man turned back.It was Mahesh rocky's Elder brother.There the video ends.
'Iska matlab Mahesh kuch illegal racket mein fhasa hai aur wo Nita janti thi.Video karte waqt shayad
Nita ke papa ka phone aya the jisse phone bajne laga aur mahesh ko pata chal gaya.Is liye Nita ne us phone se video apne phone mein transfer karke delete kar di.She is clever but fir usse 6 din baad kiyu mara gaya.next din hi maar sakte the'Arjun concluded

Mahesh was called for interogation.At the beginning he was too adamant to accept anything but the videos,call details and ayesha's informer recognising him to have seen him dealing with illegal transfers broke him to some extend.He shed of his arrogance but didnt accept anything.Later one line from the angry lion and a punch across his face made him speak up everything.
Mahesh was involved in illegal import of good from dubai.This time it was Cromium plates and tritum bars and that was what was being unloaded from the ship that night.Nita had fought with Zarin and was sitting on the beach alone when the Consignment arrived and Mahesh was instructing his men.Sensing something fishy she had made a video of the same but suddenly her phone rang and Mahesh gets to know about her.She runs away and that is when she transfered the video to her own phone.They try to search for her but couldnt find.Later Mahesh saw her in the college concert and followed her.That is when he heard her talking to zarin about rocky and also about the videos she had sent to him and made the plan to kill her and involve rocky.He also knew well she was addicted to cocain.later she had tried to inform Rocky about Mahesh and gain his trust and love but Rocky fought with her and when she left from the night party Mahesh kidnapped her and forced her an overdose of cocain,destroyed the video and took her home.Since it was late night and she being in an habit of going home late her parents didnt bother to come out and check.They placed her on the bed and went away.Due to the effect of the drug she died.
'ek illegal kam ko chupane ke liye tumne ek bekasoor larki ko mar dala aur apne hi bhai ko phasa diya??disgusting,'Rathore barked at him completely irritated
'Import of cromium plates and tritium??kaha se ata hai ye consignment?',Arjun asked him already disgusted at the confession
'Dubai se,ye one time order hai,once in a year or more but fetches huge sums of money',

'Shree iske workplace check karo',shree went out
'tum kiske liye kam karte ho tumhe nehi pata??bakwas band karo aur sach batao'
'dekhiye mujhe ek bar call aya tha ek anurag nam ke bande se jisne mujhe ye contract diya tha bas aur kabhi baat nehi hui,usne kaha tha ke agar kuch garbar hue to mein zinda nehi rahunga.Wo sushma kartos ke liye kam karte hai.Yakeen maniye mujhe aur kuch nehi pata'
And that was it,Rathore kept staring at him.Again the name had come up,SUSHMA.It stabbed his heart once again in these few days.Arjun sensened the atmosphere getting tensed and came out tucking Rathore with him.Chotu arrested Mahesh and took him.
Back to his cabin rathore drank a glass of water and sat down in his chair, 'Sapna aur kitne bure kam mein involved ho tum..i feel disgusted ki maine tumpe bharosa kiya tha,pyar..' his thoughts came to an end when Arjun came inside.
Arjun could feel the differnce in the otherwise composed Rathore.The name Sushma is continuosly taking a toll on him.He is disturbed,not that he forgets his duties,his mind is working but his heart,it lays there inside his body shattered and broken into thousand pieces.
Arjun watched Rathore when he denied a dinner when the rest of the team took a break from him and asked him to join them at dinner outside.Rathore had never disappointed his team to celebrate any ocassion or success in the office.But today something had kept him back and in return he had shouted at shree when he tried to convince him for the team dinner.
Arjun knew work was the only thing at that moment that could keep Rathore occupied and out of this heartless turmoil so he went to speak to rathore.
'Rathore kuch garbar hai.Crominum or tritium itne rare or expensive metals import kiyu kiya ja raha hai??There is surely something..we need to speak to the commisioner'
'I know Rawte.Kal subha ki meeting hai unke sath.Tum directly chale jana Commisioner office.Mere ghar mein tumhara jo saman hai wo kal le lena aj rehene do.Tum lodge jaoge?chalo mein chor deta hu.'
'tum ghar ja rahe ho??,'Arjun asked completed shocked at his words,
'haan kuch kam hain,lets go',both of them moved out and drove away to their respective destination.
