Chapter 7

Virat's POV

It had just been an hour since I left their house and I felt like I was dying to just get a glimpse of her. She seemed so sad when we left, was she feeling the same way I was? I just got to know her two weeks ago for god sakes, why can't I just continue working like I did before. I looked back at my pediatric medicine case study and threw it aside groaning in frustration.

"you want to go see her, Jeevika is going to a movie with her, Im tagging along, you can too if you want?" he chuckled seeing my state. I stared back at bhai taking in the information and then the happiness finally hit me.

"YES, I WILL BE READY IN 2 MINUTES"

Bhai shook his head at me, "you are going to be ready in two minutes for a movie that is at 9 at night, wah kya pyaar hai," he said winking at me. God this was so embarrassing, why did I just say that. I groaned and picked the case study back up but I still couldn't focus. I eventually ended up laying my head down just trying to get her out of my head. I had fallen asleep and woke up to find to soft fingers running through my hair.

"Bhabhi" I barely mumbled.

"are you ok? Its almost 3, you slept all morning, you haven't even ate breakfast devarji," she said softly helping me off the uncomfortable position.

"woh um yeah, I feel much better, actually I didn't get much sleep last night, me and Manvi were up talking late that's all," I said as my thoughts drifted back to all the times I spent with her.

"ok, just as long as you feel fine. And by the way Manvi called your cellphone, she texted you too. You might want to reply it was earlier this morning," she said finally handing me my cellphone. I felt like all the energy that was drained from me returned in a second. I impatiently waited till bhabhi left after giving me a long lecture on eating lunch. As soon as she left I completely ignored the food and looked straight at my phone.

Manvi:

Hey I only have 2 more weeks left in India, I was wondering if you would be willing to show me around a little more. I talked to mummy and she said her and papa have a lot of relatives to meet with this week but I am free all of next week. Me and bhabhi are going to see Ram Leela today, you should come with bhaiya, I think he is coming too. Let me know if you want to meet up some time soon. Take care

Manvi

I smiled seeing the screen and finally got up to eat.

It was finally time to leave, I smiled silently happy that I would get to see her again. I gasped as she walked out of the car, she was wearing a dark red kurti with slacks, it was so simple but she she looked breath taking; my eyes immediately fell to a suitcase that she was holding.

"Namaste aunty," she said bending down to take my mom's blessings. My mom just smiled and helped her in. Kadamabari aunty came behind her and I didn't even realize until bhai reminded me to greet her.

"Beta, I hope you don't mind us staying here, actually uncle had some more work and he thought it would be better if me and Manvi stayed here so you could show Manvi around a little more before we left."

"I don't think he minds at all Aunty, actually he was asking for Manvi all morning, kyun Virat," Bhai giggled as I quickly stepped on his foot signally him to shut up.

I saw aunty just shake her head as she went in to greet mom. I just stood by the door watching everyone with a stupid grin on my face, my happiness knew no bounds today. I was just happy she was back with me; I would see her again for two weeks at least. My heart was dreading her last day in India but at least I had the two weeks to make up for it now.

"Oye Virat, lets go, Koya koya chand mat ban jau, tumhari chandi already bahar hai, tumhe jana hai ya nahi!," Bhai said as he nudged me from outside. I looked down embarrassed, not again, bhabhi and Manvi were already in the car and I was just looking like an idiot staring off in space. I shook off my thoughts and bolted after bhai. Manvi this really needs to stop, I don't even understand these feelings and on top of all of this I have bhai after me about this pyaar thing, I sighed getting bhai out of the passenger seat, "bhai you drive, I don't think I will be able to," I guilty admitted to which he just giggled humming hogaya hai tujko toh pyaar sajana. I glared at him, "bhai just go," I said annoyed dreading the rest of the evening, he just was not going to let me live in peace was he?
