I remember Geeta (crazy4Sobti) mentioning this ff had BM it at that point of time for a later read and today i had disha too raving about this story...so decided to leave everything and kood padi main hopes and ambition ke boat mai...And boy am i glad that i did. This is one of the best stories that i have read currently and you my dear are doing a fab simply fabulous job of narrating it to us.

Getting back to the story well u had me at the mention of a kurta donned Arnav singh raizada complete with a nehru jacket and all that panache and as if that was not enough to keep me hooked you got the whole marriage for convenience on to the table as well. I guess i don't have to tell you how romantic i find the whole notion of 2 random strangers discovering love in a marriage of convenience. Call me literary challenged but the whole concept just excites me. 😳

Needless to say i am here Hook line and sinker!

Moving on to your Arnav and khushi. Arnav is like jekyll and hyde to me. If there are moments that i fall completely under his charm then there are equally those many moments when i wouldn't want to touch him with a barge pole. The various dimensions that you have brought to this arnav ab kya bolon i am simply awestruck.

I fell in love with Arnav who is so loving and considerate with his dadisa, anjali and payal and i fumed in anger with this arnav who was chauvinist enough to say that Lavanya is good enough for a romp in bed but not as a permanent fixture in his life. Notwithstanding the fact that Lavanya was in this deal for her selfish end.

Your khushi man she is totally the hero here for me. I am simply amazed by how this 21 yr old has conducted herself through out the story. With poise and elegance. Matured beyond her age and i hope Arnav realises this sooner that later. He could have got for himself someone closer to his age but that doesn't necessarily guarantee steely determination and maturity that khushi has displayed.

(And yes i can totally imagine this khushi asking the MP visiting her to marry her 😆)

The spark the chemistry is all there but whats missing is two consenting adults. Khushi is just on the threshold of discovering her sensuality so its but obvious that she will be overwhelmed with the sexual spark that her husband is unleashing. 😳 But one day in the near future i hope this Mr. know it all bites dust. 😉

Moving on to the other people i can't wait to hear more about this Aman-Anjali angle...bas feel aarahi hai that its going to be so intense. And about payal toh poor thing i hope she has some beacon of hope for frankly i can't see anything promising in her horizon currently.

And off course i can't forget the distant past of ASR...so will we get to see 'Sheetal' here who is responsible for arnav carrying all this unnecessary emotional baggage.

Its going to be a long ride home i know but damn i am sure it will be one hell of a roller coaster ride.

And yes moving on to the most important question.

When is the next update coming???

This story was recommended to me by Pakhi sometime ago and I read the first two chapters.

Then I just lost touch.

Geeta has been telling me to read this since a long time and now Disha too recommended it.

And I am glad I decided to read it.

Arnav's family reminds me or the Scindias.

His mother, his grandmother, they all remind me of the Scindia ladies.

Really liked the way you have described the royal family culture.

You have described very well the dirty game of politics.

Shyam is a typical example of our modern day politicians.

He is the chief minister of the state only for his personal betterment.

Now I am afraid Lavanya might join hands with him against Arnav.

Payal's plight made me want to hit Aakash.

The good for nothing man dared to hit his wife since she is physically weaker.

Wish and hope Khushi helps her to take up a stand against Aakash.

The Rajmata is a sweetheart.

And I love Aman.

What a loyal friend Arnav is lucky enough to have.

Loved the story so far.

It is 1.20am in my part of the world.

Will read the rest tomorrow.

Thank you Liza for all the lovely words. They have erased those tiny pesky self doubts I had about the story.

I know...how often people clamp maturity with age, but need not necessarily be true. Khushi is one of those girls. Though innocent and less experienced in many ways, she is fairly adaptable, plus has the right dose of culture and self respect in her.

Believe you me, the insurge of comments is like whack on my head ( in a good way). I have finally started penning the next chapter ( very late I know) but been busy!
