Hello everyone,

I was fairly irregular on the forum but two months back I caught the Fan Fiction bug and I must say I found some talented writers with great flair for writing here. This inspired me too, I am sure this must be the case with many new writers. So thanks to all those awesome writers out there. I have done some writing before but this is my first attempt at fiction and would appreciate your support and guidance.

I would like to specially thank Paakhee ( IF username Camlin) for her support and words of encouragement. She is one of the best writers I have come across.

Now getting back to the story, we all have a common ground on this forum I.e our love for IPk and Arnav - Khushi. So the story is about them of course but with good dose of politics in it.

HOPES AND AMBITIONS is set in a political backdrop in MP. Arnav is an astute and shrewd politician and Khushi is school teacher in a small village. Circumstances push them together and right from the onset, Arnav's fuzzy past and Khushi's uncertain future puts their relationship off balance. It is a story of Khushi's hopes and dreams and Arnav's ambitions.

You feedback and guidance will be thoroughly appreciated.

Arnav in white kurta and Nehru jacket??? wow just cant imagine him in it!!

so...a very different concept and a very well written part...i loved it!!!!

I liked Khushi here...and looks like Arnav is no better than our today's politicians...

and I just LOVED your last para...that was so thoughtful of you...really loved it...

looks like something gona happen there...

will be waiting for the next...

and you have done a superb job here...👍🏼

First of all, you don't have to thank me for anything. You are brilliant and I am only happy to help you, if I was able to in any way!! 😊 But thank you for mentioning me !!

Like I said earlier, you have amazingly executed the whole prologue. I get the a fair air of what this story would be about. I liked Khushi's character a lot. And seriously, I have already started to be in awe with Arnav. He is everything a lead, a politician and a good son should be. His mother has a very high handed attitude and that is given. Being for too long in presence of luxuries and materialism does that to you. I liked Arnav's dadi a lot here. I feel she is a genuine women, who knows how to draw a line between relationships and duties.

Overall, a very wonderful effort.!😊😊

your Arnav is little confusing character...for one sec i think...no he is not that bad...and the other, he force me to think otherwise..

But loved the update...

looks like its not only about Arnav and Khushi, but much more :)

Wonderful start!

Loved the concept! It will be interesting to see arnav as a politician!!

And arnav has many different shades.
