Now this was an unexpected treat! Thank you.
A strong piece of writing about 2 equally strong, self-righteous and stubborn men, both impatient and both with huge chips on their shoulders. Each disappointed in the other, and perhaps both equally regretful about the break between them, though both too stiff-necked to make up.
I can see, and not just because of Sameer's for- their-ears-only comments to Mr. Rawte Sr., that while this promises to be a pulsating murder mystery, the real core of the story is going to be this renewed conflict between Rawte Sr. and Rawte Jr. It bids fair to be an edge of the seat affair, even more so than the main track of the murdered business rival of Rawte Sr.
I note that you have explained away, very neatly, the folly of Rawte Sr. in taking hold of the murder weapon and thus framing himself thoroughly. But his account of the matter - how he came to be there, what happened and how he ended up holding the knife - are all fairly plausible. I am sure the ETF will look very carefully for any traces of/clues pointing towards the presence of a third person, the presumed killer. What I am afraid of is that there will be no such traces or clues.
Well, let us see. I have a feeling that you will post another episode here, and perhaps in Adhuri Kahani as well, by the weekend - a sort of last salvo for some days before your new job claims you. I know you, young Kunchu! That might be your profession, but writing is your passion!

Hi all, thanks for all the likes and comments
I know in reality Arjun would never have a chance to be in the case. Take it as a small fictional part, and enjoy the coming sections.
