The Arnav Khushi scene was one of the most endearing ones and I personally loved it. Really loved it. She was there for him when he thought of her, needed her. She does have that uncanny ability to be there for him. At the end of the day, isn't that what a good relationship is about? Love, friendship, warmth, comfort and playfulness.

I think Arnav is left with no choice but to bear with Payal for the rest of his life only because I cannot imagine him without Khushi and neither can I envision Khushi without Arnav. So, a bad-tempered sister-in-law is the side effect of this impending marriage😛

Devyani's relationship with her grandson's is endearing and the Raizada family is incredible in reading minds and fleeting expressions. For me the fact that Akash and Devyani understood that Arnav's heartache came from Payal, somehow tells me, that Payal is not the right person for Akash. Because his instant remembrance of Payal's lance like tongue says it all.

Payal is one of those who is independent. She will be an incredible researcher but I am unable to see her as in a wifely and motherly role as of now. But I'll allow you to surprise me with this character of yours.

I sure am waiting to see Arnav's progress.

Enjoyed this chapter for the immense love it had for Arnav :)

Twiggy - this was NO slow paced chapter. It feels like so much happened

Akash grew up - no I mean - he has been a great guy so far but suddenly he became so real and admirable. And he said something that rings so true - never let anyone walk over you. But for the world, it is important to know that you value yourself. After all nobody notices the color of the doormat they just walked all over, do they?

Well, of course, you have to make exceptions to that rule when it comes to those you love. And if they love you back - they will make sure they don't walk all over you even if you allow it to happen. I hope Payal knows that. And if she doesn't - she might have a thing or two to learn from Arnav, herself.

However, what she said to him has triggered off the right chain of events. Sometimes I guess - that is necessary. And so, i am glad she said what she did. I loved that between Akash and Payal - Arnav is in a better place. So as long as the joint outcome of the couple is positive - it gets its approval from me :)

And now to Arnav and Khushi - this Khushi is so so endearing. She is like the ray of sunshine that everyone looks forward to, cherishes even - truly her namesake. It is unfair to talk of PJ as an FF but just given it is one - I have to say that you are showing us how to have a Khushi who reeks happiness without her being hyperactive, talkative, chirpy or any other cliches. Here is a grounded, happy and yet vivacious bundle of happiness - I love her.

PS: Welcome back, crossword puzzle. You scare me into blankness but I still love seeing you here!

Loved Arnav Khushi's conversation.
Their love for each other warms the heart.
One feels thankful love like theirs exists.
Aakash and Arnav are lucky to have such a sweet Nani.
Love her.
Only one thing grated.
If Aakash doesn't let prople walk over him, why does he let Payal do so?
Or is it because he loves her so much, he lets her take advantage of his love?
I love the crossword bits scattered here and there.
They add a different touch to the story.

The best thing about this story is that all the characters are real. Thats why i dont wantto judge any of them. They are all right from their own perspective. There is no definition for right or wrong here.
As for the updates being slow, i think its perfectly paced. The approach towards this story justifies the pace.

Arnav is understandably angry at Payal, with her cutting words still reverberating in his ears, but they did act as a catalyst for him to rethink himself and his attitude towards life. I believe, no human is perfect, everyone has their own unique set of flaws at any given period of life. Flaws, which change and evolve constantly as life goes on. To learn from your experiences, from the choices you consciously make and use that knowledge to change yourself, this is pertinent for a person's growth and evolution and sometimes, the triggers that goad us to introspect are far from pleasant. I still think that Payal had no business talking to Arnav like that and if a good thing has come out of it in the form of Arnav trying to change himself, it just goes to show what a fine person he is, someone who utilizes unpleasant experiences as a catalyst to self change and personal growth.

Akash's claim that he has learnt not to let anyone walk all over him made me recall his interactions with Payal!! A lot of your life's philosophies fail when it comes to dealing with your better half..don't they?

@Bold - Exactly!

Thanks for your lovely comment Jenny - it makes me feel like I am on the right track. Because to me this story is most importantly about the evolution of all the key characters involved. Like you said, no one is perfect - but one grows in life my learning from experiences. Hopefully, when the story ends, they will all have moved a few steps ahead in that journey 😊

We've although been privy to Khushi's effect of Arnav before, yet it amazes me each and every time. There is a certan visible change in his demeanor when he is around Khushi.

Moreover, its so ice to see them so attunted to each other. She can pick up from his silence and he knows that she can do that and hence to not worry her much, he tells her accordingly. And Both of them miss each other... Ye to hona hi tha.

Devyani is one cute Nani and I really appreciate the way she is trying to bring their small family for a bit of family time and dinner is the best meal for that.

Aakash's words.. And Payal's Lines.. Both had their impact on Arnav. I'd Love it if he finally gains some semblence in his life, taking upon Aakash's words, but in the end, I hope he learns to not let his ears be the way to his heart.

What Payal said was her prerogative. What Arnav takes from that should be his.

And thats it. We hear to learn.. But we don't learn everything with hear about. :)

Nice to read of Arnav-Khushi phone call. It exactly showed the perfect relationship they have and must have been a soothing for both of them after their not so good day.
I love Devyani's equation with her grand children. Akash surely noticed Arnav's anger at Payal's mention and knows exactly the cause too but can he do anything for it? I know all of them are too well bred for that but will Payal be dominating Akash in future?
Though after a harrowing day, I hope Arnav went to bed as a happy man, saving a child from all the court madness, rediscovering or learning something from both Payal and Akash and he talked to Khushi too!
Stellar chapter Twiggy :)
