Khushi and Shashi's conversation over samosas was so refreshing and home like. And though honestly i do not have such an open relationship with my dad what you showcased here was just inspiring and i hope to be that kind of a parent to my kid, of course keeping in mind the choice's wala retort Khushi made.

It was good to see Arnav moving on from this setback.

Payal and Arnav share a rather unique bond and it was reflected very well here.

Love the father-daughter bonding session. It was written so genuinely and realistically that I could really envision the scene in front of me. The samosa scene was so cute...really reminds me of a cake eating ritual I share with my dad on a religious holiday. But even with all the sweetness, Khushi is just not able to keep the bitterness out when she talks about Shashi's decision to make her finish her degree. I really do believe that he's had the purest of intentions in making that decision, and even though it hurts her right now, it will prove to be a blessing for her in the long run (even if she never uses that degree because having something to fall back on is always comforting). LOL I'm not even a parent but I can really sympathize with Shashi's sentiments here.

I really enjoyed reading Payal and Arnav's conversation...another really genuine convo. I am glad that Arnav hasn't retreated into a shell, but I hope that he regains his self confidence soon.

Chapter 15? So we are half way through the story...

I dunno but I get the feeling that Shashi allowed himself his dose of rebellion when he was young and in love with Garima but isn't allowing the same to Khushi now that she is young and in love with writing. She is your daughter re. She will fight all the battles only if you allow her. I too wish he trusted her more. She is stronger than she seems

I also agree with Shashi that a degree is really important.

So, I am really confused with my thoughts about their conversation

However, I did like it that Khushi took her father's support to discuss Arnav.

I want this Arnav Payal conversation to be continued. I found the end abrupt. Khushi is too emotionally involved with Arnav to bring him out of his lost-ness, probably. It might require Payal's uninhibited frank common sense to get to him. Who knows?

every sentence was great and it felt nice reading...it

the encounters btw arnav and payal and khushi nd his dad was refreshing

the smosas touch was beautiful

plus the comfort arnav and payal share was also nice to read

Awesome update...
Loved the father daughter talked... It enlightened the bond they share and is much needed... Shashi like every father wanted to ensure his daughter future and did what he had to do for it... But like khushi said they should have trusted her abilities a little more...
Arnav and khushi convo was cute... I really adore their relation... The ease, comfort and friendship they share is awesome... Loved it...

lovely update.

love the bonding between khushi and shashi and it reminds me the bonding i shared with my dad and i think girls gel very much their fathers.the ease with which they discuss the matter leaves me in awe.Both are right in their own manner and I wish ,one day he would let her live her dream.

Such a nice chapter dear, loved it immensely. It's wonderful how most of us girls have that special something with their fathers and this Shashi- Khushi session was really all that. The Guptas have really brought their girls up very well. It was good to see crossword back and Arnav holding it together. Well done dear :)
