Chapter V
A Visit

"So what're you planning for today kiddo?" he asked while I poured juice for myself
"Nothing in particular, I'll sit in house all day and get bored" I said shrugging my shoulder "And, I hate this Kiddo!" I finished
he laughed "Well, you can go out if you wish" he said "After what happened last night, I can't even dream of it" I said taking my food down my throat
"Just inform me about wherever you go" he said
"uh.. Well, umm, I was just thinking if I could, err, get a few bucks. I'll repay them as soon as possible" I said
he grinned and took a few notes out of his leather wallet and handed me.
"Here" he said "Going shopping?" he asked

"Yeah, How much are they?" I said
"3000 bucks" he said I gasped
"That is too much Rey. I don't know whether I can repay them or not" I said
"It's fine, you don't shop everyday after all, get yourself something good to wear" he said
I pressed my lips tightly together.
"Actually I'm planning to pay a visit at Mr. Watson's place, so I thought I could wear something good, only if that is fine with you" I said
"It's all right. Inform me wherever you go" he said

"Thanks Reyaansh. I don't know how I will repay all this" I said nervously
"Bye for now, see you later" he said and left for his office.

I visited Michaela's place after a tiring hour of shopping I had to find something formal and Graceful to wear in front of Mr. And Mrs. Watson. I finally got something to wear. I changed at the shop itself and ran to her place.

Michaela's house was more like a palace. It was huge! It was just like we see in old English movies. I wonder why anyone would want to run away from a house like this. It looked like it wore a garment of gold, covered with jewels all over. I ringed the bell, and I heard the creaky voice of door in a few seconds. There was a man who looked quite old and tired. As if he desperately needed a break. Well, I entered the house saying that I wanted to see Michaela, The house was decorated beautifully. I really wish I could live in a house like this,
"Kriya?" I heard Michaela's voice and turned

"Surprise!" I said
"Oh my god! That's such a neat surprise!" she said
and ran to me for a hug.
"I know" I said and after a couple of minutes we were in her room talking, talking and talking! She was like a sister I never had. She had cute face, Pink lips, big eyes, and flawless long straight hairs. She was used to be getting everything she ever demanded. I replied constantly but my thoughts were fixed something else Reyaansh' of course. Then a name suddenly woke me up. "Huh? What did you just say?" I asked
"I and dad ran for some clothing at Raymonds, where are you?" she said
"Sorry, was just thinking about something else" I said "What were you thinking about?" she asked
"Nothing interesting" I replied
"Hey you looking good" she said I had a pretty brown coloured satin dress on to impress her Parents but they were nowhere visible.
"Thanks, where are your parents?" I asked
"They went to the doctor's for some reports" she said "oh right. What I really wanted to talk about was" I was about to say
"Kriya, what's wrong?" Michaela sensed something was wrong was going on with me,
"Yesterday" I started but before I could finish "Yesterday what?" she snapped
"Yesterday for the very first time Ethan yelled at me" I said
"gosh, why so?" she asked
"Because I came out to meet you without informing him" I said
"Did he slap you too?" Michaela asked curiosity filled in her voice.
"No silly, we-we just had a fight" I said "And well, he's that kind of guy who respects women. He won't slap me or do any such thing" I said
"Oh, well, I don't like him much, he's too violent" Michaela said
"No! He's not at all like that, you know what he hugged me last night after the fight to comfort me, and yeah, he gave me money too today for shopping" I said. Bad words about him hits me like Bullets, and I found myself defending him suddenly. Michaela raised a brow.
"Aw, he hugged you? How shweeet" she said.
Freak, I thought how can I be so dumb to share my personal life with anyone? Well, it wasn't just anyone it was Michaela the best friend you can ever have, after a bit of leg pulling I realised it was really late and left, bidding good-bye and promising to stay in touch
