Narcotics cell.
Narcotics Cell Chief Sameer Rathore.
Sameer's cell beeps. The moment he checks the message he gets into the action. The message was a tip off from his undercover agent. There was a rave party organised near Lonavla.
He orders his team to prepare for the raid and they set out at the time given by his agent. He also asks for the additional forces.

At the party venue.
Loud music playing and a Aisha/Nadiya emerges from the smoke and steps on the dance floor dancing seductively. The remixed version of the famous song is playing:

Her eyes are scanning the crowd looking for a senior drug supplier who was supposed to visit this party.
duniyaa ne hum ko diyaa kyaa ?

sab ne humaaraa kiyaa kyaa ?
She spots the man and send the signal to Chief Rathore

Within 5 minutes Narcotics Cell Chief Rathore enters the venue and fires in the air.
There is a commotion in the party. The senior drug supplier along with a few small peddlers are arrested but Rathore gives a safe exit to Nadiya along with 2 more peddlers so that no one from their group suspect her.
Along with them, the people who attended the party are also taken in custody. Most of them were youngsters.
They are taken to the nearest police station and a Government doctor is called for the medical check up of the people who attended the party to see if they had consumed the drugs in the party. He instructs the lab technicians team to collect the blood samples.
Sameer Rathore is interrogating the Drug Supplier when he hears some noise coming from the lock up where the party attenders were locked up.
He asked his junior officer to take care of interrogation and goes out to look into the matter.
He sees a young girl who was reluctant to give blood samples was arguing with the lady constable and accusing policemen of taking bribes.
Sameer(shouts): Enough! Kya ho raha hai ye sab?
Lady constable: Sir ye ladki cooperate nahi kar rahi hai... blood samples dene ko taiyar nahi hai... aur humein hi dhamka rahi hai...
Sameer(to the girl in a stern voice): kya problem hai ? blood sample kyun nahi de rahi ho?
Girl(shrugs): uski koi zarurat nahi hai... report mein yehi aayega ki maine drugs liye hain... to wo to mai khud hi confess kar rahi hoon... aap case lodge kijiye... mere dad ka lawyer aayega aur mujhe yaha se le jayega... it is simple... mere liye koi nayi baat nahi hai ye ...
Sameer is a little taken aback by her attitude but composes himself.
Sameer(to the lady constable): isey baki logo se alag... dusre lock up mein band karo aur jab tak ye blood sample dene to taiyar nahi hoti... iski koi baat mat sun-na... pani tak nahi dena isko... chillane do ... kitna chillayegi... aur haan ... iska naam list mein se hata do... aur blood sample milne tak iske against koi case mat banao... jab case hi nahi hoga to iska lawyer bail bhi nahi karwa payega... aise hi band karke rakho isko...
The girl flares up.
Girl: u cant do this officer ... ye gair kanooni hai ...
Sameer(sarcastically): Achchha! to ab humein tum kanoon sikhaogi?
Girl: iska anjaam bahut bura hoga...
Sameer(flares up): Mujhe dhamki mat do ... aur waise bhi mai kisi ameer baap ki bigdi huyi kanoon todne wali beti ki is faltu dhamkiyon se darne walo mein se nahi hoon...Samjhi?
Girl: Suryakant Balasaheb Rawte ki beti Payal Suryakant Rawte ko illegal confinement mein rakhne ki bhool tumhe bahut mehengi padegi officer...
Sameer is surprised to hear her fathers name.
Sameer: KYA? Kya naam bataya tumne apne Pita ka?
Payal: Sahi suna aapne... the famous industrialist Suryakant Balasaheb Rawte !!
Payal sees Sameer has mellowed down after she told him her father's name.
Payal(smirks):Janti thi mai ... mere Dad ka naam sun-ke achchhe achchhe officers ki bolti band ho jati hai ... to fir tum kya ho?
Sameer(flares up again on hearing this): Agar tumhe lagta hai ki mai tumhare baap ka naam sunke dar gaya hoon... galat lagta hai tumhe ... mai to sirf isliye chup ho gaya kyunki badkismati se mere sabse achchhe dost ... aur ... department ke ek jaanbaaz, kaabil aur bedaag officer ke naam ke aagey bhi yehi naam lagta hai... dukh hua mujhe tumhe yaha is tarah se dekh kar... tumhare liye bhi aur apne dost ke liye bhi... isliye behtar hoga ki tum humare saath co-operate karo... aur mujhe sakhti baratne k liye majboor mat karo
Payal is startled at this reply. She knew that he was talking about her brother... her Arjun Dada. This was the moment she always dreaded. She knew that Arjun is a brave police officer and though she wanted to embarrass her father but she never wanted to be caught by her brother or any of his colleagues. Though she knew that it might happen anytime but still she never wanted to embarrass her brother.
She is quiet for a few seconds and tears well up in her eyes as she goes down the memory lane remembering the sweet moments spent with her Arjun Dada.
Sameer guesses what Payal is going through and he sympathizes with her.
Sameer(composed): tum blood sample de rahi ho na Payal?
Payal barely manages to nod. Sameer calls the technician and he takes the blood sample and leaves. Sameer signals the lady constable to leave and he too looks at Payal with sympathy and turms to leave the room but is stopped by Payal.
Payal(lets the tears flow from her eyes): Officer... Dada kaisa hai? Kahan hai wo ab?
Sameer comes close to her and takes out his handkerchief and wipes Payal's tears.
Sameer: Wo theek hai... Mumbai Crime branch ka chief hai...
Payal: aap dada ko kab se jantey hai? aap miltey hain ussey?
Sameer: training days se... hum ek hi batch mein they ... aur aksar miltey hain hum
Payal: kya wo mujhe yaad karta hain kabhi?
Sameer(sighs): Payal aisa ek bhi din nahi jata jab wo tumhare barey mein baat nahi karta ... bahut pyar karta hai wo tumhe...
Payal cries.
Sameer: tum fikar mat karo... mai dekhta hoon is case ko
Payal: Nahi... Mai nahi chahti ki Dada ki reputation par koi aanch aaye... aap wohi kijiye jo aap dusre logo ke saath karte hain...agar mai Dada ke naam k peechhe chhupke is case se bachne ki koshish karti hoon ...to ye mere Dada ki insult hogi... aur mai aisa kabhi nahi chahungi... mai har saza k liye taiyar hoon...
Sameer looks at her with sympathy and leaves.
Police lets off Payal and other party attenders after taking their blood samples with a warning not to leave the city without permission. They cannot be charged unless their blood reports prove that they had consumed drugs.
Payal reaches home and cries remembering the moments spent with her Arjun Dada.
