I think this is the first time we are getting an insight to Arjun's thoughts. Until now he was fighting her memories even strongly and was scared and running away. Glad to see he stopped running.
"She has not left my mind's eye - her presence a dreamlike fluid that swirled in my consciousness" --- Loved this line for its enchanting beauty!
"but for the language that presented in her silence," --- Reminded me of the song in Inkaar - Khamoshiyaan mein aawaaaz hai!
H, --- When I read this line I thought he read her note already, but it was after 2-3 re-read I noticed that this line presents her as a temptation which he was fighting until now and then he started fighting to surrender wow!, Beautiful presented the concept!---". I felt drawn to her like I had secretly stumbled on the message that she wanted to be read and with that profound comprehension, I fought to submit.
I loved way Arjun discarded Vishwa's attempts and admitted that she herself is an intoxication which he can't resist! And he noticed her shawl now! cool! How fast men notices these not so discreet changes and automatically their mind connects these changes to some assumptions too!
" I called out to Vishwa, unaware if I wanted him to put me up for the job. Aha! Sweet! He is greatly tempted, unsure of what he needs but secretly needs to be in her presence, to talk to her...cool!
Finally she broke their cold difference when it came to her brother's matter, the concern for him and their responsibilities and family prestige related to the jyothi caused her to put her differences or whatever it is aside and talk to Arjun.
But what a timing Vishwa! and what a dialogue delivery with the perfect dialogue tempo! Lol! I wonder how Vishwa saw the unexpected gesture of her, I would have loved to see his expression as she passed the cold compress to A
Ok now Vishwa really didn't know Adi was coming ? He did know that Arjun was not going to come for the trip, that's why he started the fight and he was desperate to get Arjun along to Badrachalam. It was like now or never. His "I didn't know" games truly reminds me of Krishna!
And I am surprised to see that Shyama immediately was all fine (anger forgotten or Alzhemir's?) and happily conversing through quotes to Vishwa? And I guess she understood that Arnav has not read her note that's why she mentioned as a hint to him that quote which she wrote.-----"How poor are they that have not patience!" She began, as she started to walk over to Vishwa; her gaze halting at me for an instant longer that it always did. "What wound did ever heal but by degrees?" "It is," she said with a pronounced insistence and leaned next to the door frame. "At least..." she paused and looked sideways at me, "that is what I read in this old book borrowed from a lending library, but never returned."
Finally Arjun gets the clue and wants to rush to get that book in his hands...because now he is sure there is something there waiting for him...he he...I am loving this part!
This was it, I told myself, when everything about that parting felt wrong. It didn't matter that Vishwa or her father had pitted us against each other and had ployed to bring in Aditya as the catalyst. By then, I was assured, they didn't know we had worked out our own equation involving an unknown variable of the nth degree - complex at that impasse.--- Aha! yes, the destiny! You brought it out very well H, the pull which holds them together and which will join them together!
I have to give it to shyama! --- her cursory reference was a very brilliant stroke! V is a happy man tonight! :-)
He gave me the same smile, I sometimes hated him for--- I couldn't help but laugh at Arnav's condition and his intense urge to punch V! They both are an awesome pair!
H, "Vishwa sighed and held his head. "And what's he then that says I play the villain?" --- What does this line indicate or what does this mean? I didn't get the context..I did search the internet for literature reference but nothing could give me a clarity which would help me to connect with what V is talking about!
