Chapter 2:LOONNNG UPDATE
Kaka opened the truck door and went inside..gang followed him. inside the truck,there were many boxes after moving few boxes..they were able to see a door or what they thought is a part of the truck.
kaka opened the door and turned towards the gang and said:' aap sab andhar chaliya... anni mera matlab hain Tansia athi hi hogi. andhar aani ke kahne par abhi abhi coffee bana kar rakha hain,pee lena'..
they went inside and was surprised to see a room.there were many things in that room,to start with, on the table on a tray 12 cups of hot coffee were kept,a curtain was there that separated the room into two.The walls and floor were white but the ceiling was black...
there were many other things but they were not in a state to marvell them. Swayam covered his face with hands and sank into one chair, rey also sat on a chair looking down, aashi and rinni started sobbing and soon
the girls gathered around them and started consoling both.. vicky and nil were staring at each other and occasionally at rey, amar and bharath were looking at the door as if waiting for another attack.. after what seemed to be 100 years
the door opened.. everyone looked at Taani except Rey,who closed his eyes.. for few moment,they remained like that..they were returened to there senses when they heard the sound of engines,the truck started to move.. soon the room was filled with the disgusting smell of alcohol
Taani went to the other side of the room that was separated by the curtains.. after 10 minutes she returned, she was wearing a black churidar with long sleeves covering herself with black shawl...water was dripping down her face
Taani:'yeh kya aap logon ne ab taak coffee nahi piya?'moves towards the tray'yeh lo yeh toh tanda ho gaya,koyi baat nahi abhi mein aap logon keliya bana dethi hoon'.
Gang was shocked, they expected an explanation but taani was behaving as if nothing happened.
Taani:'why didn't you guys take my call...mmm..?'
Simmi went to her and turned her around...
Simmi:'tum ne Vivek ko kyu mara'..
Taani:'i will explain everything but not now.. please understand'
Vishaka:'understand?understand ,my foot. tumhe pata hain tum ne kya kiya hain?... you are a bloddy murderer.. tum ne 8 logon ka khoon kiya, wait till the police come for you..tumahare wajah se agar hamme kuch
problem hua toh'comes closer to taani' i swear i won't spare you'
Taani takes a step back...
Taani:'i can understand that you guys are scared and confused...but i can no i will clear this confusion...not now,not today...but trust me..'
Swayam starts laughing..
Swayam:'trust you, did you hear that guys...trust her...' looks at taani...and goes near her and makes vishaka and simmi move back and raises his hand and gives her a tight slap
on the right cheek..gang gets scared... taani remains in that position...'Bhai...', swayam raises his hand again to slap her but bharath comes and catches his hand..
Bharath:' pagal ho gaya kya?give her a chance to explain..she is your sister'
Swayam:'she is not my sister.. my sister can never do anything like this...and her name is not Tansia,it is Tannusha, yeh meri behan nahi hain...yeh toh ek jhooti hain...'
Taani smiled at this...
Taani:'aapko ek saal laga yeh jaanne keliye ki mein aapke behan nahi hoon...mein jhooti nahi hoon mene kabhie jhoot nahi bola...mene toh bola tha ki
'mein taani hoon aur aapki behan hoon'...mere liye aap hamesha mere bhai the aur rehenge... and you see...tansia,taani...taani,tansia...mujhe aap taani bhi bula sakthe ho'
Swayam:'Bharath mujhe chood...dekh kaise apni galathi ko...chi,chiii..kuch toh sharam karo..aur mujhe apni behan chahiye,abhi issi waqt..mujhe uske paas le chalo...no excuses'
Taani:'kya bachon jaise baat kar rahe ho bhai...aap ki behan safe hain..mein aap ko uske pass nahi le jaa sakti.dekhiya,'pauses for a second'kya sab kuch pehale jaise nahi ho sakta(pleadingly)..mein yahan kuch
kaam pure karne keliye aai hoon.. after 1 month i will go..tab tak kya aap apne ghar mein mere liye jagah nahi de sakte'
Swayam:'ek din kya ek second keliye bhi mein tumhe mere ghar nahi rehne doonga..mujhe aapne BEHAN CHAHIYE MATLAB CHAHIYE.'
Taani:(tears starts flowing down her eyes so she tilts her head sideward and wipes it)'theek hai bhai..taanusha aapke paas kal shyaam tak aa jayegi.its my word and in return i want a favour'takes a deep breath'D3 should go off air for one month'
Sharon:'thats not for you to decide'
Taani:'please i don't not want any argument on this...'
The vehicle came to halt,the gang stood up.
Taani opens the door,gang follows her..
Taani:'ek minute,utharne se pehale mein ek baar check karthi hoon,stay here'..
after 5 minutes she came back:'o.k,you all guys can leave now'..everyone leaves without even looking at taani..before going Vishaka pushes taani making her fall down.
Vishaka goes away giving Taani a withering look.. Taani gets up and turns to find rey standing behind her..his eyes were bloodshot and filled with tears
Taani:'Rey..'
Rey:'you are a cheat...I HATE YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE...'
saying so he goes away leaving taani alone...
AN HOUR LATER
REY'S HOUSE:
Rey opens the door roughly..an goes to his room..he stares at the large portrait of taani on the wall... seeing that photo he to that photo and pulls it down...starts stamping it
then starts taking out each and everything related to Taani..things that reminded him about his love...and piles it on the floor...then takes candle and lights it and throws it on the pile...
Rey the moves back breathing heavily,trying to stop himself from breaking down..then moves out of the room,goes to the hall and sits on the sofa..he feeling restless starts walking to and fro.
'AHHH' and throws the vase kept on the stand...it breaks into so many pieces like his soul.. Rey closes his eyes and takes a deep breath and starts picking up pieces while doing that his hand gets
hurt..'ouch,hell' and starts sucking the wound..he then remebers how Taani treated his wounds,his eyes fills with tears,'Taani...'.then runs to his room to find the pile getting reduced to ashes..
slowly Rey sits on the floor looking at ashes...a few minutes later the tears also got there freedom..
NEXT DAY:
MORNING:11:45 AM, SWAYAM'S HOME
Swayam was checking the news to find out about yesterdays events. someone knocks the door..
Swayam:'Taani dekho kon hai'..then realises what he said, cursing himself for that ,he gets up and goes to open the door.
Swayam:'Rey,Sharon,come inside'
after closing the door,Rey hugs Swayam tightly...
Swayam:'Its o.k,Rey..forget that liar.. she is not even worthy to be remebered'
Rey:'How can I forget her, I LOVE HER, i can't forget her..i'm helpless'
Sharon:'Swayam,Rey yeh dekho news mein woh incident ke baare mein..'
Both of them comes in front of the tv
TV NEWS REPORTER: ab khabar mila hai ki mumbai se dus km ki dooori par ek tent mein aag lagne karan 8 log mar gaye.. kisi ka bhi chehara pehchan na mushkil hain..aag kese lagi,kon hai woh log jo aag mein jal kar mare,
sawalon ke jawab keliya investigation jaari..aage bad kar
Sharon: wat?just that much...
Rey: wat do you guys think ,hame police ke paas jana chahiye?
Swayam: not now Rey, we should not any hasty decision... lets wait..dekhthe hain yeh kahan tak jata hain
Rey: tumne kya taa.. i mean uska kamra check kiya,kuch mila kya...wo kahan se aayi or any other clue...
Swayam: no yaar, kal hi uske kuch aadmi aaye te unhone sab saman lekar gaye or mujhe tannusha ke photo bhi diya...FREAK
Sharon: kya hua?
Swayam: I forgot taani aaj 12 pm, mumbai bus station ke paas meri wait kar rahi hogi..(sharon and rey stare at swayam)esa un logonne kaha..please come with guys i cannot go alone,please come with me,please
Rey: i won't come swayam...i can't... sharon aayegi tumhare saath
Swayam: no excuses rey,tumhe aana hoga,mere liye plzzz
both swayam and sharon drags rey out
TIME:12:25 PM
NEAR BUS STATION
Swayam:(shows a photo of a girl,imagine Alia from 'humse hain life')yeh hai original taani..ab doondo use...
After few minute,
Sharon: swayam wo rahi,taani
Swayam and Rey look at the direction pointed by Sharon..they see a girl holding in green salwar kameez holding a bag and standing near a shop...that girl also see them standing there..she smiles seeing them,her eyes were brimming with tears
and waved her hand, Swayam also waved back, the girl wiped her tears with her shawl and ran towards them
Swayam: my sister, she really missed me rey(he sounded little teary)
Swayam then spread his hand wide to engulf his darling sister
But something happened,it was totally unexpected...
just a few feet from Swayam, Taani stopped and hugged someone else with a such a force that the person staggered back a little..
Taani: kahan thi aap?hmmm,kabse mein intezar kar rahi thi pata hain...
That person was wearing a black churidar with full sleeve and a shawl covering the body...
