Based on the teaser there are 2 possibilities I guess...

1. Arnav's mom came to know that Arnav thinks Khushi as kid and so took her doll... and since Khushi thinks Arnav doesn't like her, this time she didn't tell him about this..

2. Khushi gave up the doll herself to prepare herself to be a woman.

But I assume the 1st one is more likely (may be as I love to see a hurt Khushi & a manno..fying Arnav) 😉...
