Part 7

When anjali left from there payal and akash excused and moved to the near table leaving arnav and khushi alone. The table was under silence. Khushi was irritated with that moment now. She decided to talk to arnav. Her crazy mind searched for some topic to initiate the chat. Finally she decided to ask about his project.

"hhmm how is your project going?" she asked to him while he was looking at somewhere else. He suddenly turned and looked at her "what"

"wo I was asking about your project"

"oh that is going well." He give the answer and just looked at his plate. Again a silence filled in the air. Khushi had never faced such a situation in her life. It was very awkward. The man who is going to marry her is not talking to her. She looked at him. He was having his food so neatly with table manners. She got her first idea to irritate him. She took the spoon from her plate and started to have her food by making noises purposefully. She take the food to her mouth and moaned a little.

"hmmm so delicious"

She saw him looking at her with a disgusting look. She smiled internally and continued the process. He left the spoon at his plate and stared at her. One more moan and that happened.

"enough!! Stop this type of moaning and making sounds with the spoon.."

"kya, oh I am sorry I was just.."

"whatever.."saying this he left from there.

Khushi patted her own shoulders and grinned widely and said to herself" well done khushi. You done that. Wherever you run arnavji I will defenitly follow you.."

Arnav was mean while getting frustrated with her doings. "how could some one do like this. Culture less people. Dont know table manners and hhh how I am going to suffer this for my entire life. Unbelievable."

After the dinner anjali took payal and khushi with her to show them the entire house. Both of them were mesmerized with the interiors of the house. In mid way akash came and took payal with him. Now anjali and khushi were in front of arnavs room. Anjali said " khushi ji this is arnavs room. After marriage aap ka bhi."

Khushi looked around the room. The room was different from others. It was very dull. No paintings on the wall, no much lights only some files and a laptop were fell on a recliner. Which was near to the bed. She actually didnt like the room. Anjali saw her face and asked." What happened? Didnt you liked the room?"

" no anjaliji, this room is entirely different from others. I liked the all rooms except this one."

"if that is the case then you can change it according to your likes after the marriage."

"really, thanks di. Aapko patha hai main iss wall pe salmanji ki ek poster lagayegi. Aur iss bed ke upar thare sajayengi" she said with very much excitement and clapped her hands.

"what the!! No way.. dont even think about changing my room". Said an angry arnav who was coming to the room.

"who are you to change my room and why are you standing here?" asked a fuming arnav staring at khushi. Khushi was shocked to see him angry like this. But anjali was there to help her.

" chotte what are saying? Khushiji thumhare pathni banne vali hai. She has the rights to stand in your room and decide anything about this room. Shaadi ke baad wo yaahan thumhare sath rahne waali hai. So dont speak to her like this."

"its ok anjaliji, hum neeche ja rahe hai" said khushi and was about to leave then anjali said

" nahi khushi ji. You have not done anything fault. It was done by chotte. Isliye baki ghar ke jagah aapko chotte dikhayenge. Kyun chotte?"

"no way di. Muche koi interest nahi hai."

"you have to chotte.. I am going. Khushi ji aap ghar deghne ke baad hi neeche ayiyega. Samche aap" she said and left after giving arnav an angry look. Khushi and arnav stared each other. They were alone in the room. She was feeling some thing different feeling now. She just stood there with fidgeting with her pallu of lehenga. Arnav stared at her and finally decided to obey his di's order.

"come with me" he said in a calm voice. He even dont know how he said so. Anyway both of them moved to the poolside. He stood near the pool and stared to the water. Khushi was mesmerized by the beauty of poolside. There was a well maintained small garden around the pool. She thought that it would be created by him. Then he will be in love with plants. Not bad. Great Arnav Zing Raizada a gardener. She smiled at that thought. Arnav looked back and see her smiling. Her face looked angelic under the light of moon. She got a sensation of strong gaze and she looked at him. His face looked more handsome in the moonlight. Both of them were staring each other when she felt something touched her feet. She looked down and saw a goat is trying to chew her duppatta.

"arre bakari, aap ke ghar mein. Naam kya hai iska?"

"khushi" said a smirking arnav.

" arre wah khush."then she realized that he was jocking and she left lakshmi and looked at him.

" kam se kam arnav tho nahi hai. Warna iska bhi what the sunna padtha"

"how dare you" asking this he moved towards her and she moved backward. Her feet touched the floor of pool and she was about to fall. Then a pair of strong arms wound across her body preventing her from falling. She slowly opened her eyes and met with his chocolate brown eyes. His one hand was around her waist and other was on her back holding her securely. She felt so much warmth under his touch. His breath was fanning on her face. Her both hands were on his chest. They remain in that position until they hear payal calling for khushi. Both of them realized their state and left each other. Khushi turned to go from there without looking at him. He saw her going. He just stared at her back. He felt like something has taken away from him. Her body was very much soft against his body. He was in his thoughts when his mobile ring. He took the call and moved to his room to change.

Khushi was thinking only about him when they returned to GH. Why she is getting affected by his touch. No khushi you have to be strong. You are not like as the girls he has seemed until now. You have to do so many things to irritate him. From starting you are affected by him. No way khushi be strong. Nothing can change your mind. She consoled herself and went to change.
