Part 6

Khushi was sitting in her room and was teasing payal.

"oho jiji, you were in love with akashji and you never said that to me. So bad jiji. Ab tho main thumse bath bhi nahi karoongi. Thumne muche parai kar diya" she said with fake anger and tears.

" khushi, nothing like that. I liked akash. I have never said that I love him. You know khushi, there is nothing in my life that you dont know. Then y r u saying like this"

This time khushi felt bad for telling such things to payal. She put her hands on her ears and said making a puppy face" sorry jiji"

"pagali, leave it.waise khushi thum khush tho hai na"

Khushi got about what payal is saying. She grinned widely and said " jiji, I am so happy because now I will get married in the same way that I thought about. Also jijaji is the cousin of him. So I will be able to see you whenever I wanted."

" HIM whom did you mension by that khushi?" teased payal.

"wo.. arnavji aur kaun"

"arre wah, arnavji, nice name that you given to him."

"jiji, aur kya bulayein hum unhein?"

"khushi, its ok you can call him like that."

"acha jiji humein terrace pe jana hai kapade lene. Hum abhi ayi"

"thik hai"

Saying this khushi went upstairs muttering to herself that "aur kya bulayein unhein, bulane ko tho aur kuch hi man kartha hai rakshas kahi ke. How much I dreamed about studying in the same college with jiji and earning an internship in a big fashion designing company. Helping my parents and at last love marriage. Everything got broken by that chotteji. Errrhh dekh loonga unhe when I will get a chance. Tab tak aap chain se sans lijiye Mr. Arnav Sing Raizada."

At santivan

Anjali has started preparations for roka. It was decided to held on Sunday that was just only a day after tomorrow. Time was very less for the preparations. So syam decided to help anjali and he took two days leave. Nani and mami were busy in inviting the relatives. They wanted to inform only a little relatives because they could invite everyone in the marriage. So only important ones were invited.

Akash was trying to call payal. But everytime the phone was taken by buaji with hey re nandakishore kaun hai. Now he was getting irritated, so he neared anjali asking help.

"di, will you do me a favour?"

" akash why are you asking like this. The favour I did today was not enough for you" she asked with a little teasing and syam laughed at that.

" di, no I mean yes that was the best thing that you did to me. But now I want to call payal and talk to her."

"acha, then call her and talk what I can do for that?"

"actually di I tried several times in their land number but all the time it was taken by buaji."

"so what akash, tell her that you are akash and want to talk to payal. Thats it."

"di, I cant do that pls talk to buaji and get payal on phone. Plsss"

"ok ok, I will do that thum bhi na akash, waise I want something in return for this."

"wo tho bantha hai, tell akash what will you do" said syam supporting his wife.

"hmm, ok I will arrange whatever you ask for the preparations"

"thats a cool thing. Ok give me the phone" she called in guptas land line number and again buaji took the phone.

"kaun hai nanda kishore, kab se bula rahe ho. Bath karna hai ki nahi"

"namaste buaji, main anjali bol rahi hai"

"arre anjali bitiya, wo kya hai na koi ek kab se humein pareshan kar raha tha phone pe. Bulakar bath nahi kartha. Maine socha tha ki wohi hai. Acha kyum bulayi bitiya sab thik tho hai na."

"haan buaji sab thik hai. Wo actually I wanted to talk to payal. Muche unse kuch poochna tha. Isliye bulaya."

"haan haan kyun nahi. Bath karo unse abh bulathi hun" saying this she called payal and give phone to her.

Payal:"helo anjali ji namaste.buaji kahe rahe the ki aapko kuch bathana tha humein"

"actualy payal muche nahi akash ko bolna hai. Wo kabse thumhe bula raha hai par buaji phone utha raha tha isliye main try kiya. Acha tho sab thik chal raha hai na ghar pe"

"ji sab dhik hai"said a blushing payal.

"acha tho bath karlo" she gave phone to akash and smiled at syam.

Akash " payal kya thum muche apne mobile number de sakthi hai. Wo land line pe avaz thik nahi aa rahi hai"

"haan akash " she gave him the number and he called him on her mobile. They talked about an hour in the phone. When anjali was passing by the pool side she saw akash was still talking to payal. She silently moved to him and snatched the mobile from his hand." Hum bhi bath kare thoda humari doosari bhabi se" she smiled at his sheepish face and asked about khushi to payal.

"khushi. Haan wo tho terrace pe gayi thi kapde lene ab thak ayi nahi."

"jiji, hum kab se aa gaye lekin aap tho phon pe apni hone vale pathi se bath kar rahe the isliye humein nahi dekha haan." Said khushi from near to her.

"payalji, zara khushiji ko phone dena"

"ji, khushi anjaliji hai idhar aana"

"ji anjaliji" came khushis sound through the mobile.

"khushi ji I want to ask you that which type of ring that you will prefer. Simple type ka ya fir kuch work ke sath?

" anjaliji I love simple things. But for jiji she will prefer some works."

"ya she said that"

They talked for some times then anjali saw arnav was going to his room. So she followed him while talking. She reached his room and said to him

" chotte khushi ji line pe hai. Bath karo unse. " saying this she hand over the phone to arnav. On the other side khushi heared it and cut the phone instantly do not want to talk him anything. Arnav pasted a smile on his face and took the phone. When his di left the room he cut the call unknowingly that the call was already dismissed. Both of them were happy that they thought the one in the other side was insulted.

On the roka day

Arnav was in his ASR mood from the morning. It was Sunday and he used to go AR because the remaining days he has to go college to complete his project. From the morning he was literally begging to his di to allow him to go office. But anjali knnows that if he has gone to office then he will return only at midnight. So she strictly said him a NO.

Evening

Guptas were reached RM and both khushi and payal were looking so beautiful. Khushi was wearing a pink lehenga with golden works and payal in a green lehenga. Payal was eagerly looking to get a glance of akash where khushi was looking at the decerations. The hall has been beautifully decerated with white and red roses. They got a warm welcome in RM. Khushi and payal were taken to the platform made in the centre of the hall. After a few minutes akash came in a peacock blue shervani and arnav in his three piece suite. Anjali seeing arnav went to him and asked

"chotte what happened to your shervani? Why are you wearing this?"

"di I have said early to you that I will never wear such things. Then why are you asking the same?"

"you will never change. Now come its time for roka." She took both of them to their respective ladies. Akash was admiring payal and she blushed on that. Arnav showed no interesting in khushi and viceversa.

Payal and akash exchanged their rings happily. Now it was time for arnav he took the ring and khushi extended her left hand towards him. He took her soft hands in his. She felt him holding her hands and his hand was so warm. She suddenly looked at his face and saw him looking at her. He was trying to read her face. Slowly he slid the ring in her finger. She felt something in her stomach at his touch. Her mouth become dry. She was blinking at him then she heared buaji asking her to put the ring in arnavs hand. She slowly took the ring and put it in his finger. He was thinking to himself that she is very beautiful. She has some different look than the girls he had seen until now. But what was that he didnt get it. She was also thinking about him how handsome he is. His brown eyes which are piercing into her heart in each look.

The family members around them clapped which made both came out of their thoughts. Everyone came to wish the couples who engaged just now. After that all of them were went to eat. Anjali came to them and led the four to a table. Four of them sat around the table.

I know that it was a crappy part. I wrote it in a worse mood. But the next part will defenitly contain more arshi moments. Read it and do comments pls😉
