very nice update.. I am not bothered about the medical techs. This is a fiction.. not a text book!

anyways, i think the story is getting more complicated. Khushi might have killed shyam for self-defense .. or yes, i still have anjali in my suspect list.

I already like Dr Patel. She's nice, polite and firm. And she's gutsy. OK, so clearly Khushi must've actually become unconscious after Shyam kissed her, and someone else (Anjali??) killed him and placed the knife in her hand. Because there's no way he'd have stopped at that, despicable monster that he is. Or was. So the question remains- who killed Shyam?
