Arnav's concern was genuine at it's place but glad that he loves Arush so much to let his insecurities aside

he doesnt wanna lose khushi
scared she could be snatched from him
but he has to let go of this fear
and he did for arush sake
or did he
now we know why he said no
he loves khushi like anything
and now their child
but thats not what he thought when she had arush
dude its not little child fault
that accident could have happened any time
and you are lucky your baby didnt die
or else khushi would be distraught
as would he be
arush is so cute
and so naughty as well
hmmm so little one will have his little sister
waise how did he know it will be sister only
that only his dad can influence
and of course God
unless unke saat koi setting ki hai
look forward for the sequel too
