Siren Sharon and a cool Swayam.. Tom n Jerry fight b/w swaron always brings a smile on my face.. waitg for nxt update..
"How much more do we have to walk??" Sharon asked Swayam wryly.
"Why are you sounding tired attitude queen?"
"For the last time my name is Sharon Rai Prakash! Stop calling me attitude queen you baboon headed moron!" She frowned.
"And for the first time, my name is Swayam Shekhawat. Don't call me that in future."
They had been walking on an empty road since half an hour but to no avail. Sharon was tired, and thirsty. They weren't able to find any kind of help and a tensed expression internally overtook them.
Suddenly, Sharon felt something wet on her wrist. She checked and it looked like a drop of water.
Oh god. She sighed. Now to add to our miseries, rain is going to make its way out here. She thought.
In a matter of a few seconds, it started raining. First it was only some drizzling and later the rain started growing wilder.
"Why on earth is it raining?" Swayam said frantically.
"I don't know. I did not wish for it to rain."
"Who asked you?"
"Then were you asking this question to yourself?"
"Why can't you keep quiet?"
"Because thanks to god, we are stuck here and it's raining.. and if we don't find shelter, we'll get wet."
Swayam realized whatever she was saying was true... They went under a tree. Thankfully it hadn't started pouring heavily. Swayam hoped for the rain to get over.
"I'm hungry." Sharon said after some time. They were under a shelter but still, they were getting wet. Somehow.
"How is it possible? You have been eating my head since forever."
"I didn't even utter a word now! And I'm not interested in talking to you." She said and twisted her face.
Swayam gave her a look and turned away. The rain, thankfully stopped after some time.
Unlike other girls, Sharon loathed rains. Somehow she wasn't really obsessed with the season of rains. She hated them and even though her birthday fell on September 6, she never really looked forward to it, because every year, rains used to spoil her day.
"Don't you want to come??" She heard Swayam saying to her. She hadn't realized it, but he was already on the wet road making his way towards practically nothing.
"Why can't we wait for some more time?" She asked him.
"Do one thing. Wait here for the entire night. I'm going." He said.
"No Swayam! Don't go." She said. Her face turned pale.
He shook as she said that. There was something different in the way she said that. It sounded genuine and her voice, full of concern. Still he decided to not think about it.
"Come fast then." He sighed.
They resumed walking on the wet road. Sharon wore proper trek shoes and she regretted wearing them for the first time. Both of them did not even utter a word before they saw a lounge.
Swayam was silently walking, expressionless and Sharon was occasionally looking at him. He was wet as well and his hair was oily as well as wet.
Nevertheless, they looked good. Suited him.
What are you thinking Sharon? She mentally face palmed. You are supposed to hate him.
"There's a lounge ahead. We'll go there and have some rest and dry ourselves up. Then we can ring Rey up."
Sharon had no other option but to agree. They walked towards the lounge that looked like a three star hotel more.
The hotel looked good, internally, but Sharon had seen better hotels than this one. The interiors were average, maybe because this was located on the outskirts of the city.
Swayam fortunately had some money with him. He went up to the receptionist and asked for two rooms for two people.
"I'm sorry sir…. We only have one room vacant at the moment."
Sharon was just taking a look at the hotel's interiors and fiddling with a showpiece. Swayam glanced at her and gauged her expression. She was expressionless.
"Are you sure only one room is available as of now?"
"Yes sir. I just checked. Only one room is available."
"Umm…Okay… Is there any other hotel where we can spend some time?"
"There is one… But around an hour away, if you go by any vehicle."
Swayam grimaced. He was tired as well but he didn't want to show it. And if he told her about spending the night together in one room, by default she would kill him. Soon, an idea struck him.
"This room consists of only one bed?"
"Yes sir." The receptionist was doing some work on the computer.
"So can an extra bed be arranged?" Swayam asked him hopefully.
"Yes sir. Sure we can arrange an extra bed."
"Thank you. Please give me the keys."
The receptionist handed him a key and Swayam went towards Sharon.
"Let's go. We can spend some time here."
"Spend some time? With you? No ways!"
"I'll be more than happy if you go to the hotel which is an hour away from here."
Sharon looked as if she had accepted defeat.
"Fine…give me my keys."
"Come with me." He said.
"Why? I mean where am I going to stay?"
"I'll tell you."
Sharon was confused. Swayam was confusing her more and more. The room was on the second floor and since there was nothing like elevator, they had to go all the way up to floor number two using stairs.
Swayam searched for room number 206 and when he found it, he asked Sharon to come with him.
"What? Are our rooms next to each other?"
Poor girl. She was blissfully unaware of the fact that they had to share a common room.
"Enter." Swayam said as he opened the room.
"Where's your room?"
"This is my room."
"Then where's my room?" She questioned.
"This."
Sharon looked surprisingly at him. "Do you mean to say that we are gonna share a common room for the next two or three hours?"
"Yes." Swayam sighed.
"What!" Sharon couldn't say anything more. She had to spend, the next two or three hours of her life with the guy, whom she externally hated, and well, internally liked.
It was the truth. Though only a percent, Sharon had a crush on Swayam. A very small one. Something, which she thought was going to dissolve. A feeling, she thought, which would melt very soon. But no, it hadn't happened. She had had a crush on him since the past five years or so, and since the past four years, she had managed to maintain an external enmity with him. She knew, this way, her affection was only going to increase, but thankfully, she hadn't quite reached the stage of imbecility where she could devote her time thinking about him. Thankfully, she didn't love him. It was only a crush. A teeny crush. She hoped for it to dissolve soon.
Little did she know that what had not been possible in the past five years, was not going to happen in future as well….
