How are you all doing today?
First of all a very Happy Independence Day to you all. #ProudOfMyNation.
Second, Belated Happy Friendship Day to you all my buddies who take out time to read my stories I am really grateful to you all.
So I update Chapter 2 of this FF, its been a month that I updated so here it is,NOTE : ALL THOSE WHO WANT PM'S FOR THIS FF NEED TO BUDDY ME.CHAPTER 2The doctors came out of the ward again with another news that broke Arnav's heart into pieces,
"Mr. Raizada, can you please come to my office, its important" said Dr. Verma who was treating Khushi.
"Yeah Doctor, but can I meet her right now?" he said as his eyes started to moisten out of sorrow.
"Yeah why not...but don't mention about her miscarriage okay?"
"I won't doctor, I'll take your leave"
As Arnav was about to leave, Dr. Verma tapped his shoulder and said,
"Mr. Raizada, we tried our best...but that was all we could do"
"I know doctor...thanks"
As Arnav came out of the cabin, he felt lifeless, his Khushi, the person who taught him to live life with a smile on the face, who was content with small pleasures in life was suffering from a disease called Depression?
As Arnav finally reached her ward, he was taken aback to see Khushi lying on the bed and tears in her eyes.
As Arnav approached her, he said,
"Baby...Khushi don't cry, I am here with you..Shhh" but she didn't respond, she kept staring at the ceiling above seeming lifeless.
"Khushi...mai sab theekh kar doonga, don't worry sweetheart okay?"
The silence in the air was killing Arnav, he felt weak from inside, everyone in the house knew that if Anjali was Arnav's weakness then Khushi was Arnav's strength.
As Nani, and everyone entered the ward, Payal ran towards her sister and hugged her tight,
"Khushi don't worry we all are here with you na?...See your Jiji, your Nani, your Di"
But Khushi remained silent which confused or rather panicked Payal.
"Why isn't Khushi saying anything Arnavji? please tell me, what had happened to her please" said Payal almost in tears.
"Payal...she is suffering from a Mental Depressive Disorder...she can hear us, she can see us, she can feel us but is unable to respond."
"Whaaat? Nani..Dii...Khushi, she's my sister..I won't let anything happen to her" said Payal who started to cry bitterly.
"Payal relax...don't cry...we have to face this bitter truth with courage" said Arnav
But Arnav was cut by Di's shout as they saw Nani fainting, collapsing on the floor.
"Naaannniii...Doctor...Doctorr come fast" shouted Arnav calling for medical help.
As they lay Nani on the stretcher Arnav felt helpless...he just couldn't understand what all was happening around him.
>>After an hour<<
The doctors once again came out of the general ward where Nani was treated.
"Doctor How's Nani? Is she alright?" said the emotional grandson
Arnav came back from work tired, wishing to see his wife's face on this special day, "Their Wedding Anniversary"
As he
approached towards his room he saw Khushi lying on the sofa motionless like always.
Arnav sat beside Khushi looking at her without blinking his eyes. He looked at her, she grew pale and her smile had vanished away long back when the fateful event had happened.
"Khushi...I know after what happened you've gone into depression but baby please speak to me once, I miss you...your sweet melodious voice...and you know what...today's our Wedding Anniversary. This is the very same date when I got married to the love of my life 'again'. I love you baby & Happy Anniversary sweetheart"
This was the whole update.
