Chapter 4

Sharon: Hello!

Person: __________

Sharon: Yes Sharon here!

Person: _________

Sharon (shocked): What?!

Person:_________

Sharon: Ok, we should be there as soon as possible!

She hung up the call and was just staring in thin air' Everyone was continuously looking at her as they thought that something was wrong' Swayam was worried looking at her like that'

Swayam (concerned): Sharon Kya hua? Kiska phone tha?... No response' (He got even more tensed and went to her cupping her face) Sharon' Jaan kya hua? Please kuch toh bolo! You are scaring me now!

Sharon (just looked straight into his eyes): I can't believe this!

Swayam (scared beyond limits): Believe what jaan! Kya hua? Kiska phone tha?... Sharon!!!

Sharon (coming out of her trance): Oh Swayam! Swayam! Swayam! Swayam! (Jumping excitedly) You won't believe it' 'Goa Dance Fest' ke event manager ka phone tha'

Swayam (relieved): And'???

Sharon: Swayam they have invited the D3 team as their Chief Guest!!!

She started jumping in excitement and hugs Swayam' All of them were yet in shock listening to the news' The Goa Dance Fest was one of the prestigious platform from any dancer' The best dancer and dance group from all over India were called to participate in the fest and here they were invited as the 'Chief Guest'' This was like a dream come true for all of them' They had only wished to participate in the fest but today they had a higher hold' All immediately relieved from their shock and started hooting and jumping around in excitement'

Simi: Oh My God!!! This is the best thing happened to our team till date!

Rey: I have always wanted these heights for our dance team but I never knew my wish will be fulfilled so soon'

They all were on cloud 9 and it was really difficult to get them back to the ground'

Sharon: Ok! Ok! Guys! I know this is like a dream come true but we have to buckle up! We are invited as the Chief Guest so we gotta be the best! Humara ek special performance hone ke chances hai so time waste nai karte hai and let's decide a routine!

Everyone agrees to her and sits to finish their meal and at the same time think of something innovative'

Swayam: By the way Shar' Nikalna kab hai?

Sharon: Tomorrow' (to Taani) Taani, tum please sab arrangements kar dogi?

Taani: Obviously Sharon, you don't worry aap aapke rehearsal pe dhyaan dijiye'

Everyone moves to the rehearsal hall to practise' Taani was busy coordinating with the GDF team to get everything ready from the transport to their stay' It was almost 10 at night when they all finished their rehearsals' All were dead tired but they felt worth it' Everyone started to leave' Rey offered Taani a lift and she agreed as she knew that her bhai-bhabhi would like to spend some time together' Everyone left when Sharon was busy packing up her stuff in the rehearsal hall' she suddenly felt a pair of arm encircling her bare waist and hugging her from behind'

Sharon: Kya hua baby?

Swayam(pouting): Chalo na jaldi' Main bahut thak gaya hu aur tumhe toh abhi change bhi karna hai!

Sharon: Give me 5 mins' tum car nikalo main abhi aayi'

Swayam got the car and stood there waiting for Sharon' They soon left' One the way back Sharon placed her head on Swayam's shoulder and held on to his arm lightly' She closed her eyes as even she was very much exhausted'

Swayam (concerned): Shar' tum theek ho na?

Sharon: Yes baba! Relax! You know I'm so happy today!

Swayam: I know jaan! We all are but I know this was your dream' to have the best dance troop! And see today we are counted amongst the best!

Sharon: hmm' It wouldn't have been possible without our friends and moreover this would be impossible without you! If you wouldn't have encouraged me to dance even after such a dreadful illness we wouldn't be here today!

Swayam: Shar' Tumse kitni baar kaha hai ke woh humara past tha' And aaj tum fit and fine ho' Tumhe pata hai na woh doctor bhi kitna shock ho gaya tha jab tumhe dance karne par bhi asthma ka attack nahi aaya' And I just told you to choose your life and not run away from it'

Sharon: Yes I chose my life and that's You! Dance binds US! So how can I leave dance?!

Swayam: Shhh' Bas Shar' Don't think about it too much! Apni energy Goa ke liye bacha ke rakho!

They both sat silent feeling each other's presence' life was just perfect for them just because they were together' Soon they reached her house and Swayam bid her good night pecking her lip softly'

The next day outside the D3 Academy'

Everyone except Sharon, Swayam and Taani were present' Their savari was here' All were half sleepy as they all had practised upto late and it was just 6am'

On the other hand Taani and Swayam had just reached to pick Sharon who rushed out with her sack' Taani stepped out and hugged her'

Taani: Good morning bhabhi!

Sharon (smiling and hugging her back): Good morning Taani!

They both sat in the car'

Swayam (pecking her cheek): Good morning love!

Sharon: Good morning baby!

Taani: Ahuummm ahummm' Bhai-bhabhi main bhi hu idhar' (Sharon embarrassed and turned into a deep shade of red)

Swayam: Aare toh kya hua! Tum bhi dekho ke tumhare bhai-bhabhi main kitna pyaar! (Winking at Sharon)

Taani: It's ok bhai' Thank you for the offer! But I think bhabhi sharam ke paani paani ho jayegi' Kyun bhabhi!!!

Swayam and Taani were having a good laugh whereas Sharon was trying to control herself' They drove off without further delay'

Sharon: Aare Taani tumne sab students ko inform toh kar diya hai na that the Academy is closed for 3 days?

Taani: Haan, haan don't worry sabko message kar diya hai aur Academy ke entrance pe noticed bhi laga diya hai!

Sharon: Ok!

All were now ready to leave as Swaron and Taani had also reached' Soon they all got seated in the bus and were heading their destination' They all decided that they won't be sitting with their girls/boys' All the boys seated on one side and the girls on the other' This was no less than a punishment for Sharon and Swayam' Soon they all dozed off as they knew that this was going to be a long trip for them' Swayam's glance fell on Sharon continuously as she was sitting all alone' She had drifted off to sleep but she was getting irritated due to the uncomfortable position' A small smile crept on his face' he looked around to find all his friends sleeping' he slowly jumped over Rey and sat next to her' He slowly adjusted her head on his shoulder trying not to disturb her' she felt his hand adjust her head and she slowly cuddled onto his arm with a wide smile on her face' He too rests his head on hers pulling up a blanket covering them' They all were wide awake after a while and they had almost reached their destination' Soon as they bus halted they all got down stretching their limbs and relaxing their muscles'. Sharon, Swayam, Taani and Rey walked up to the reception of the resort as the rest were unloading their luggage'

As the four entered the resort they saw banners and hoardings of the event' Next to the reception stood a young man with a few crew members' Sharon walked up to the reception and was followed by Swayam'

Receptionist: Hello ma'am, how may help you?

Sharon: Hey, I'm Sharon Rai Prakash and we are here to see the manager of GDF event'

Receptionist: Sure ma'am' (Before she could complete the young man came to Sharon)

Man: Excuse me, Ms.Sharon?

Sharon: Yes?

Man: Hi I'm Karan Malhotra, the event head' (He forwarded his hand)

Sharon (forwarding her hand): Hello Mr. Malhotra, I'm Sharon Rai Prakash'. (She was cut by karan)

Karan: Oh who doesn't know the Diva of the D3 team' (Both had a small laugh) Well so where is your team?

Sharon: Thank you Mr. Malhotra' Ya they are just getting the luggage and some are here! I was just here to know about the details for our stay'

Karan (being a bit too friendly): Oh please call me Karan! (Sharon just smiled at this) So I hope you'll had a good journey' Did you have any problem locating the place?

Sharon: No not at all! We have been here a couple of times'

Karan: Oh that's nice' I was actually looking forward to meet the D3 team as I've heard so much about them or to be precise about You and I was always told about your efficiency, time-management and professionalism' And I have no doubts about it after meeting a beautiful team manager like you!

Sharon (a bit uneasy): umm.. Thank you!

He was busy praising Sharon without noticing a tall lean figure standing right behind her who was throwing dragger and would burst out like a volcano any minute' Swayam noticed the over-friendly behaviour of that man and just moved forward to show the world that she belonged to him' Without taking another look he walked to Sharon and put his hand around her waist protectively'

Karan (disgusted look): Excuse me?

Swayam: Hello Mr.Karan, I'm Swayam' Swayam Shekhawat a member of the dance team and Sharon fianc!

Karan (disappointed but smiled): Oh so Ms.Rai Prakash you are engaged'

Sharon: Yes! (She wrapped both her hand around Swayam's arm and Swayam suddenly wore a smile full of pride)

Karan (forwarding his hand towards Sharon): Congratulations!!! (But it was snatched but Swayam)

Swayam (with a fake smile): Thank you!... By the way Sharon was asking you about our lodging details'

Karan (avoiding eye contact with Swayam who was glaring at him): Yes sure! Come I'll escort you'll to the rooms'

Swayam (smiling with a glare): No its fine! You can just give us the room keys, we'll find our way!

Karan handed over the room keys to them' two people no actually three including Sharon were having a great time looking at Swayam's behaviour' Rey and Taani were trying their best not laugh in front of Swayam or as he would kill them with his deadly glares' Soon all the boys adjusted themselves in two rooms and so did the girls' Swayam was yet boiling in anger over that man who was eyeing his girl' Rey was trying to calm him down but he would just give him a look 'you better stay away before I break your nose'' Sharon moved to Swayam's room where he sat on the bed with his fist closed tight and Rey and Vicky were just adjusting their stuff' Rey saw Sharon stand at the doorstep'

Rey: Accha hua Sharon tum aa gayi! Ab tum hi sambhalo isse nai toh he'll end up punching one of us! (Both chuckled at this' Rey called Vicky out as Sharon moved in and sat next to Swayam)

Sharon (keeping her hand on his closed fist): Kya hua?

Swayam (clenching his teeth): I would have punched that b*****d to death today!

Sharon: Ufffooo! Swayam relax baba! Kyun dhyaan dete ho aise logo pe!

Swayam (in anger): No one dares to flirt with My Sharon!!!

Sharon (cupping his face): Hey Your Sharon is always with you! And no one will dare to come close to her when she has Her Swayam by her side! Please mere liye spit out your anger' Agar Mere Swayam ka mood itna kharab hoga toh main kaise theek reh paungi?! Toh please mere liye smile!!!

Swayam just looked deep in those green orbs and lost himself in them' the edge of his lips curved like a crescent looking at her cuteness'

Sharon: Now that's my boy! (She placed a quick peck on his lip)

Swayam: I love you!

Sharon: I love you too!

They hug each other' She hides herself in his chest as she knew that it was the safest place for her' He held her possessively, promising to protect her from the world' Both were lost in love' After a while they broke the hug and went up to the restraunt to join their friends for dinner' They all had a good meal and headed back to their rooms as tomorrow was The Day! They had to step into the crowd as 'The D3 Team'!!!
