Chapter 10

In arnav room

Khushi: "yeh kya bachpana hai arnu di ne kaha ki tumne teek se naashta nahi kiya? Aao tum kheer khalo tab tak main tumhari luggage unpack karti hun" (what is this childish behavior arnu di told that you did not eat breakfast properly come and eat this by that time I will unpack your bags)

Arnav: faking anger "tum ko kya farak padta hain main khao ya na khao aur tumhe koi zaroorat nahi hai yeh sab karne ke liye, main baad mein karloonga" (what's your problem if I eat or not and there is no need for you to do all this I will do myself later)

Khushi: "arey yeh kya baat kar rahe ho tum? Mujhe kya farak padega kya arnu? Mujhe tumhari fikar hai aur mujhe farak padtha hai kyunki baat tumhari hai tum khane ya na khane se mujhe farak padta hai tum yeh baat dhyan se suno taaki main tum ko baar baar kehne ki zaroorat na pade, baat yeh hai ki mujhe tumhari koi bhi baat se farak padta hai main shaant se nahi baitungi agar tum kuch problem mein ho tho suna tumne ab khao" (what are you talking arnu? Why does it matter to me what? I care for you its matter to me whether you eat or not and listen carefully so that I have no need to say this again and again it matters to me whatever words you say and I will not be in peace if you are in any problem now did you listen?)

Arnav: "ab aaya baat kutty kya tume aur mujhme koi difference hai? kya tum mere baare mein sochti ho mein bhi tumhare bare mein wahi sochta hun na? mujhe bhi fikar hoti hain na tumhare liye?" (now its point, is there any difference between you and me? What you think about me I also think the same about you right? Even I care for you right?)

Khushi: "ha arnu kisne kaha ki tume meri fikar nahi hai? tum meri bare mein sabse zyada fikar kartha hun" (ya arnu who said that you don't care for me? You care for me more than all others)

Arnav: "hai na tho ab batao kya huwa tume? Kya chupa rahi ho tum mujhse? Agar tum phir se koi bahana banane wali hai tho main yeh kheer nahi khaunga aur main samjhunga ki tume meri fikar nahi hai" (really? Then say what happened? What are you hiding from me? If you again try to cover this then I will not eat that and I will think that you don't care for me)

Khushi felt like crying and she is on verge of tears that's when arnav immediately rushed to her took the tray from her hands, kept it on table and said "kutty tum ro kyun rahi ho main majaak kar raha tha tumhe meri fikar hain, tumhe pata hain na ki mein tumhari aankhon mein aasu nahi dekh saktha please tum rona bandh karo" (dear why are you crying? I was making fun and you care for me, you know thati cannot see tears in your eyes please stop crying)

Khushi: "nahi arnu meine galat kiya tumse ek baat chupakar isiliye ro rahi hun, tumhari koi galthi nahi hain mein jaanti hun na tumhare baare mein" she was wiping her tears and saying "mein jaanti hun ki tum bahut upset hun ki meine tumse ek baat chupa diya isiliye tumne aisa baat kiya mujhse tumhe mujhe saffai dene ki koi zaroorat nahi hain" (no arnu I did mistake of hiding from you one matter so only am crying you dint do any mistake I know about you, I know that you are very hurt by me for not saying the matter, you want me to tell that so only you behaved in that way, you don't have to explain me)

Arnav: "teek hain ab tho mujhe batao kya huwa?" (fine atleast now tell me what happened?)

Khushi is not expecting this to come so she started feeling tensed and she is not looking into his eyes..

Arnav was waiting with patience for khushi to say so he said "jo bhi ho tum mujhe bata sakti ho kutty, tume mujh par vishwas hai ki nahi?" (whatever it is you can say to me kutty do you have trust on me or not?)

Khushi: "aisi koi baath nahi hai mujhe tum par pura vishwas hai" (nothing like that I trust you so much)

Arnav: "tho batao mujhe kya huwa" (then say me what happened)

Khushi: "teek hai main bataungi balki usse pehle tume mujhe waada karna hoga ki tum shaant rahoge warna main tumhe kuch nahi bataungi soch lo" (fine I will tell but first you have to promise me that you will be cool otherwise I will not say you anything, think)

Arnav thought for a second and said "kutty tum jaanti hun ki agar koi bhi meri kutty ke saath badtameez kiya tho main use chodunga nahi,mein puri koshish karunga ki shaant rehne ke liye magar mein waada nahi kar sakta" (you know that if anyone try to misbehave with you I will not leave them,I will try my best to maintain my cool but I cant promise you)

Khushi: "teek hai arnu waise baat yeh hai ki humare ghar ke pass hi ek aadmi rehte hai uska naam shyam voh mujhe gandhi nazar se dekhte hai aur roj mujhe tang kartha hai meine use warning bhi ki thi par voh maani nahi raha hai bahut pareshaan kar rahe hai mujhe dar lagta hai uske saamne se jaane ki.. meine socha ki tum aaj hi aaya na mujhe laga ki tum thak gayi honge issiliye mein tumse yeh baat nahi bataya meine socha mein tume kuch der baadh batha sakti hun lekin tumne zidd rakha" (fine the matter is that near our house one man resides and he will see me with lust in his eyes, he will disturb me daily, I have even given warning to him but he dint listen and he irritates me a lot and am scared to pass in front of him... I felt that today only you came na you will be tired so I dint tell and I even thought that I will tell you this matter later but you are stubborn)

Geet place

As geet's father will be having a chain of restaurants, he will be getting many orders..

Maan's family was very happy with his return and thought of arranging a small party for his arrival... and they decided to give order for food and so maan's cousin (adi) is trying to call for the restaurant and book his order suddenly his granny called him so maan was like "tum jao mein order karunga menu" (you go I will place the order)

Adi dialled the number and the phone was received by geet the other side and she is saying "hello" but she dint get any reply and finally maan took the receiver from adi hand and he said "hello". Geet got angry for keeping her wait and for not answering the call immediately nd she said "kaun ho tum? Tumhare pass waste karne ke liye samay bahut hoga par mein bahut busy hun tum mera samay waste kyun kar rahe ho? Call tumne kiya aur baath karne ke liye itna samay kyun lagate ho? Aur mera samay barbaad mat karna jab phone kiya tho dusron ki samay na barbaad karte huye baath karna bhi seeko" (who are you? You may be having lot of time to waste but am very busy don't waste my time by keeping me wait and you have called then why are you taking this much time to talk and when you have called without wasting other's time try to learn to talk immediately)

Maan: his anger is on verge as till now no one has talked to him in this way and said "hey ladki kaun ho tum? Pehle customers ke saath tameez se baath karna seekho phir dusron ko bhol kya karna aur kya nahi..." (hello, who are you? First learn how to talk to customers then say to others what to do and what not)

Geet: "tho tum customer ho? Kya chahiye?" (so you are customer? What you want?)

Maan: with sarcastic tone "mujhe tum chahiye" (I want you)

Geet: "what"

Maan: "nahi tho phir koi restaurant pe phone kiya tho voh khaane ka kuch order dene ke liye phone karte hai aur tum aisa sawaal kyun puchte ho" (then if anyone has called restaurant means they want to order for food and why do you ask such silly questions)

Geet: "accha hum nahi jaante yeh sab aur hum tumse pooch ke karenge kya kya karna hai phone lift karne ke baad"(oh we don't know all these and I will learn from you what to do after receiving the phone ok) she is angry on him for speaking all these and finally she told "ab batao tume kya chahiye order mein" (now tell what you want in order)

Maan: "tum likho" and he said what all he want in the party... after that he has cut the call and thought "iss ladki ki dimaag teek nahi hoga usko customers se baath karne ki tammeez bhi nahi hai mein usko chodunga nahi" (I guess she is not having brain she don't even have manners how to talk to customers I will not leave her)
