Just when I decide to be inactive for abit you become really regular in your updates missy! How fair is that? I can't believe I missed two chapters of my favourite feel good stuff in Shikha's style.
I just read both Chapter 7 and Chapter 8 at the same time and I can only commend you again.
While chapter 7 was presented quite uniquely making us smile from the begining all the way through the end, it had us be hopeful for Khushi because she was falling for the guy who charmed her with all the attention, flirting and sensitivity!
So our journey of the next chapter begins with new hope of things moving forward but kahani or should I say Shikha ji brings in a twist and in that twist Khushi's hopes shatter making her go back into her shell, go back to the believe that hot shot popular folks cannot be trusted full stop. And this was just so beautiful and real , you always somehow touch a cord here and you know why because as I have told you before I always find the Khushi's you portray quite real and relate-able! You know what else? I am so glad you provided us with Arnav's perspective as well and his realization of his love for khushi, his realization of finding something more meaningful in his life other than meaningless outings and flings. The way you made him come to this realization and compare Khushi to the girl who was all over him was again quite smooth and clever! His perspective made us understand him more and know that he was an unwilling participant in whatever Khushi witnessed.
While Arnav was pondering about expressing his feelings to Khushi, Khushi was shattered already! Because according to her Arnav proved her pre conceived notions about him right. If I put myself in Khushi's place I would have come to the same conclusion and cut all ties with Arnav. It will be really interesting to see how he manages to convince her for another chance specially now when he has strong feelings for her. The confrontation scenes between Arnav and Khushi were written brilliantly shikhz, I totally felt for the characters and understood their perspectives so kudos and salutes!
And you already know that I am always looking forward to any kind of updates from you being the next update for this SS or any other work of yours! x
