Important things first. Though I have been IFing for more than a year now I have never read any of Munchy's stories. So I don't have any idea about the story mentioned in your note. But I would be damned if I don't say this. I would not listen to anyone saying that Rae is plagiarising stories/characters/scenes etc. because for me AngelTeen is the fighter in this forum and that would remain the same for me. While everyone took their work to restricted blogs to stop their work from getting plagiarised Rae and Krani were the only ones to come forward to protect the stories that were being published here on IF. Last but not least, Rae, YOU are a fighter and I hope that things will get cleared between you and munchy, considering the fact that you both are great writers as well as good friends. Cheers.

That is completely ridiculous. Assuming I knew nothing of Rae and her work, I would still be sceptical to believe such an accusation, because firstly, why would she be so actively fighting plagiarism (and getting much awaited, much needed action) if she was going to plagiarise other people's work? Secondly, why would she post such a story in a place where anyone can access it? Thirdly, why would she even take the risk to copy a story that is SO popular among IF readers and post it amongst said readers? Come on.

I might not have read the story 'Before the Last Sun Sets' but I have read many pieces of brilliant creativity from this author, and I can honestly say she doesn't need to do something as cheap as copy a fellow writer's work, because she can draw in just as much appreciation by her talent alone.

And I would urge whoever would like to disagree with me (or should I say us, because many people seem to share my views) to kindly read her story properly instead of just the fact that Arnav is a gangster, let Rae take it where she wants it to go, before they make such empty accusations, because otherwise, they're just risking embarrassment.

I read this story until CH 5 and found no similarities other than the fact that Arnav is a gangster. And that's not copyrighted.

okay, first of all I have not read Before The Last Sun Set...and I dont know if you noticed or remembered that I started to read your work very recently, to be honest TTLG is the first story of yours I have come across..
but i do know you yourself were a victim of plagiarism and had fought hard against it...and to me this accusation against you is completely unbelievable and unacceptable... I have had a very little interaction with you through your work and even to me this is the most bizarre thing a fighter against plagiarism could be accused of... I am really surprised!!

I just hope things sort out b/w two of you and want to tell you it is really commendable how graciously you are dealing with this issue..just keep your spirits high.. you know and your readers know how much inappropriate the accusation is...

I've read all of Munchy's work except this story, but I can never believe anybody coul accuse you o zll people of plagiarising. Its unthinkable, don't worry and keep writing.

Rae, I am with you. There's no similarity between your story and BTLSS. I've read both. It's like saying all the stories where Arnav is a fashion tycoon have been plagiarised from one another!
