I don't know how Khushi can forgive Arnav for pretending that their child survived. Wasn't there a chance that she would get even more worse and this time, with no hope at all? I guess, desperation throws common sense and rationale out the window.

I was hoping for more on the leading up to the arrest. I so wanted to see (or rather, read) their shocked and scared expressions and Arnav and Ashish's smirks of victory. I don't know why but I really like revenge scenes. One of my favorite series of episodes in IPKKND was when Arnav, Khushi, and NK were playing mind games with Shyam and how they finally exposed him and let's not forget Anjali's slap!

Well I thought that he would definitely punch arnav, but yeah what arnav could do? He had also suffered so much that to trust anyone became difficult on his part!
