Is it wrong for me to root for Aarav over Arnav at this point in the story? I feel like Khushi is so vulnerable after all this time. Hope Aarav manages to protect Khushi again.

Aarav and Khushi are not going to make it any easy for Arnav to tell the truth and confess his feelings...he would need aa miracle to make Khushi listen and believe him..
