She felt a hand grasp and turn her, and found herself buried against Adi.

Without hesitation she put her small one into his warm large comforting palm.

Slowly he led her to the edge of the pool, pulled her along with him to dip her feet into the clear water.

They sat silently together, comfort wrapped around them.

His love for her grew more, more protective than he had ever been, more understanding.

Her love for her Dr. A had never had gone away it was just beyond those clouds.

The clouds were ready to burst.

The gate creaked.
