Chapter -5

Anu! A beautiful ride through Darjeeling and you say that this chapter doesn't add to the story😲

The setting of a story is an important character that enables the reader to identify with the plot. This was beautiful and I recognise you through this chapter. You have a soothing style of writing.

Whether it was the nature that was breath taking, Khushi through Arnav's eyes and Arnav through Khushi's eyes and those famous words, "Tum Theek ho?"...this chapter made me sigh in happiness and made my heart race simultaneously.

Chapter - 6

What perfect words you chose to use as his first ones - "Tum theek ho?"

There's something so damn sexy about those three words Arnav words ...it never fails to make my heart race. It shows his concern while his eyes remain focussed absolutely on Khushi.

Today I watched Ram Leela and I can tell you that all those vulgar dialogues didm' t evoke any emotions in me that these three words did and continue to do. I think these three words that may sound inane to most people outside the IPK are the most precious ones for us in IPK world. Loved the beginning.

I loved how simply she accepted her feelings and her depth of emotions for him. In reality it could be as simple as that when the person who matters comes along. And Arnav's humour about her knowing the roads ...I so so loved😆 and the smile...I swooned :)

And what was that last part?😲😳

He came to see her despite a busy day, told her as much and held her hand and touched her face ...OMG...Thank God, I don't have to wait for you to update after few days 😆

P.S - "Lub -dupp" - This is the originality in your writing that I enjoy immensely. Have seen too many dhak dhaks...hence forth it will be lub-dupp for me😆

Chapter - 7

That was a beautiful first kiss. Serene yet passionate. Soothing yet hot. Super sexy and what a first kiss. I loved the way he pulled on her lower lip and ran his tongue before he kissed her full on😳

and In the rain...you completed what IPK started. Thank you for that.

One of the worst things that can happen to a girl after being physically intimate with a guy is not not hear from him or see him. And Khushi is in that place.

How ever, I'm not angry with Arnav. How can I be? He is at the cross roads himself. Life has taught him a very hard lesson and he is only protecting himself. because he has fallen for Khushi as much as she and being the physically handicapped one, he is worried about having his heart broken.

But Arnav was rude and my heart cried for Khushi.

But you know...this Khushi is strong and her strength lies in her ability to speak her mind and not hold back and cower. So, she said the words.

"I love you" - She didn't wait for the guy to make the move, she did it and if that doesn't show Arnav how much she loves him. nothing would.

P.S - You used snogged...such a British word 😆 I have a friend who uses them and we always tease her coz she grew up there...and I loved reading it here (Of course Harry Potter and snogging )😆

Chapter - 8 ...the last one...

When one is in a disadvantageous position, one would think like Arnav and with doubts such as those plaguing him, it wouldn't be possible for him to reach out to her. Hence he walked.

Poor Khushi ...what a heart breaking moment.

hey, no worries...the aadhi gharwali hugged her instead and gave her some nuggets of wisdom albeit filmy. It was so natural and unaffected Anu. I loved Lavanya's role in this story. A practical cupid :)

You know what surprised me in this chapter...the concluding chapter...the excitement you created that was befitting a climax...

The rain, the mountains, the way she rode the bike to find him and the how she found him ...and most of all his anger because he was worried about her safety and her defiance about wanting to be with him (making the risk worthwhile)...it was beautiful.

The most stunning moment of this SS was when she removed his t-shirt and looked at his deformity and her words that she loves him for what he is including his flaws...that is true love indeed. Thank you for writing this story that was poignantly real and romantic to boot.

Loved every bit of it. Look forward to more such works from you :)

P.S - oooh! I love those oolong orbs too😳

Ah, confession time. I read this story the first time some three months back. And have read it several times over since. Believe me when I say I wanted to leave my comment every time, but never found the right words. What am I to say that could describe the beauty that is this story ?

The lovely and honest characters, the subtle humour - the humour of life, to be able to find joy in the small things - like a wonderful cup of tea, like wearing sport shoes over salwaar kameez, over making a khadoos Arnav smile.

And while the gestures are small, the emotions are intense. The love that Khushi has for him, the insecurities deeply embedded in Arnav - by society and later himself, and then the gradual acceptance of love - that he deserves to love and to be loved. I was especially charmed by Khushi, her quirks, her forthrightness, her spirit and her love. And of course, Arnav's Darjeeling oolong eyes 😃

What a delightful tale!
