Thread 1 :

Khushi had an accident when Arnav left her alone on the way to Shanthivan from Laxmi Nagar. A business man by the name Siddharth Raina helped her and took her to Mumbai where he learnt that she had lost her memory.

A year later, Arnav finds her during a meeting and makes her accept a job as the Art Director for the show he and Siddharth conduct. He doesn't believe that she has lost her memory. His family meet her but doesnot disclose the truth that she is Arnav's wife.

Shyam vows to get her back and it infuriates Arnav which leads him to hurt her with his words. Circumstances force Arnav to give her the benefit of doubt and he asks his detective friend Neel to find about her relationship with Shyam.

Siddharth takes care of her like a daughter and they share a great bond.

One day, Anjali shows her wedding album to Khushi and she is shocked to know that Anjali's husband is trying to marry her. Shyam hurts her when she tries to tell Arnav the truth.

Anjali and Arnav take her to the hospital where the doctor is adamant that he would speak about her condition to Siddharth. Siddharth finds out that Arnav is Khushi's husband and tells him about her accident and her memory loss. He also comes to know that she has fallen in love with him again.

Arnav is guilty and he tells her the truth about their relationship. When she decides to return to Mumbai with Siddharth, Arnav apologizes for his mistakes and breaks down. Even though she loves him, she is not ready to forgive him.

Both are miserable in their own places. Siddharth advises her to rethink her decision. During the last day of the fashion week, Arnav and Khushi confess their love for each other and reconcile. Khushi has also found out who Siddharth's love is. The person behind the reason for his single status.

Shyam tries to create a misunderstanding between the family but Khushi stands by Arnav. Arnav decides to give her a wedding she deserves. He proposes to her on her birthday and marries her under the stars even though a grand wedding is on the cards.

A sudden IT raid makes Arnav stay in office on her birthday and he calls her to join him in the office. The driver is admant that he brought her to the office. There is a letter written by Khushi in the back seat which tells that she is leaving him. Arnav doesnot trust the letter. Arnav and Siddharth find something fishy with the whole situation.

Khushi has been kidnapped by two men with the help of the driver.

Thread 2 :

Arnav and Siddharth guess that Shyam is behind the kidnapping. A mysterious man talks to Shyam about revenge on Arnav Malik. They find the location and rescue Khushi. A young man named Arjun Singh donates blood for Khushi.

When Shyam comes to the hospital, Anjali tells him that he is not important in her life.

Most of the Raizada family decide and send Khushi to Siddharth's house until marriage. Arnav and Khushi meet in office and have a comfortable sleep in the couch. Arnav agrees to an affair with Khushi Raina with the knowledge of his wife, Mrs. Raizada.

Arnav accidentally finds out that Anjali is Siddharth's love. He and Khushi decide to unite the two. He acts as if he is on a phone call with a girlfriend [who is actually Khushi Raina]. Anjali thinks that her brother has an affair. Anjali and Siddharth reach the same restaurant to spy on Arnav. Unfortunately for them, Arnav and Khushi have plaaned and locked them in a room.

Anjali opens up and talks about Shyam's betrayal with Siddharth. He promises her that she will definitely have a taste of love.

Siddharth's client, Pooja Sharma, arranges a party. Khushi plans to make Anjali jealous due to the other girls in the party.

Arnav's ex-girlfriend, Tina, arrives and Khushi drinks tequila. Without creating a scene, she leaves the party venue.

Thread 3 :

Khushi is drunk and she goes to their secret garden. There she has a small memory flash about her real parents. Arnav searches for her and finds her in the garden. The next morning, he apologizes. Tina is just a good friend and nothing else.

Arnav leaves for London due to an important work. Khushi has some bad vibrations.

Anjali considers herself to be damaged as Siddharth hugs everybody other than her. Siddharth is not able to bear her calling herself 'damaged' and pours out his feelings in anger and asks her to decide.

Arnav doesn't call home or office and everybody is worried. He returns on the third day. Aman knows that he didn't go to London. Arnav does not share the real destination with anyone. He actually went to Lucknow to meet Khushi's adopted parents. There he came to know about the connection between Garima and his father. He was met by a man with no name who seems to know him and Khushi pretty well.

Khushi tells him about Siddharth and Anjali. He talks with Anjali about Siddharth and asks her to take a good decision.

He takes Khushi to meet her parents and buaji. When questioned, he later tells her that he went to Lucknow. She connects the dot and realizes that his past is somehow connected with her parents.

Anjali meanwhile decides to accept Siddharth in her life and gotes to his office to surprise him. They declare their love for each other and he proposes.

Dadi makes an unwelcome entry and speaks ill about Khushi and Payal. Arnav tells dadi what she fells and makes sure she understands that Khushi is his wife and no one has the right to talk about her like that.

During dadi and Arnav's argument, he tells the family about Siddharth and Anjali. The family welcome Siddharth and decide to get both the pairs married soon. Prakash is stunned to know that his son is ready for marriage.

Khushi chases away Arnav's fear stating that he would be a very good father for their children. He receives a parcel from the mystery man from Lucknow. It contains a baby's photo with a note saying that the baby is a victim of his father's schemes. Arnav decides to forget about the man and the photo he sent until something else happens.
