Both Arnav and Khushi were falling in love/being attracted to each other when Arnav was living in with Lavanya. So, Khushi can't blame Arnav entirely for all of that.

Khushi expected him to break off with his live in girlfriend, didnt she?

And was so hurt when he proposed engagement to Lavanya instead.
