Chapter 7

Parties, Love and More'

She reached her house. All that was going on her mind was, that what will she do at the party? There will be only the gang, but they will be in couples, and swayam was not here. What was the use of going anyway? Before, she did not mind going to the parties alone, before also her gang had couples, but that time she was not in LOVE. Now going to a party with couples all around her, would do nothing more than making her miss swayam more and more' thinking about this, she went to her room to get ready..

Sh(to herself): maine toh abhi tak swayam ko I Love You bhi nahi bola, phir bhi kyu main hamesha chahti hun ki who mere saath rahe.. I mean I realized that I love him, but I guess I was wrong, maine hamesha soocha tha ki, aise feeling toh confess karne ke baad hi hoti hai na, u know the feeling of missing him, having him around you all the time' Shayad pyaar ko "I love You" ki zarurat nahi hoti, pyaar does not require confession always, yeh feelings bina "I love you" kahe bhi mehsoos ki jaa sakti hai' but jab wo wapas aayega tab mujhe use bata na hoga, how much I love him'not because I want to hear him say I love you" i know ki who bhi mujhse pyaar karta hai,pyaar ko chahe ek "I love you" ki zarurat na ho, but ek "I love you" pyaar ko naye mayne dega, isliye mujhe usse batana hoga'

Saying this she left to the washroom to get ready' she came out wearing a gorgeous black knee length dress, she did not apply lot of makeup just a little bit of blush, kaajal and she was ready to go'she left the house, and sat in the car and headed towards rey's house' on the way she said to herself..

Sh(herself): shar, be happy, or at least pretend to be. Warna sab ka bhi mood off ho jaye ga. Be happy. Be happy.

She reached rey's house, she rang the door bell, and rey opened the door with a huge smile'

Rey: hey shar'Come on in, hum tumhara hi wait kar rahe the'

Sh: hey rey..

Both go inside the house, everyone was already there, she went and greeted everyone, with a fake plastic smile, ut she had to be happy, for her friend's sake'the boys were sitting and talking about some match, and the girls were gossiping, about what not' just then rey came forward and said something'

Rey: hey guys, kuch khelte hai?

Vi: ha yaar, maza aayega'

Sim: kya yaar guys, khel te hai, khel te hai'

Taani: ya seriously, kuch aur karte hai na'

Rey: dance?

Gang: hell yeah!!

Everyone started dancing, sharon was sitting on the couch with a glass of wine in her hand' they were dancing on a bollywood fast number, just then all the girls came and dragged sharon to the dance floor, she kept the glass on the table and went to the dance floor. She started just moving her body, to the music, she was not dancing, just moving, dance came to her naturally when, he was bu her side, but today was one of the days, when he was not with her physically, but HE was the only thing that was going on her mind' just then Vicky changed the music to a soft, love song, and all the boys asked their respective girls for a dance' how she wished that swayam would ask her for a dance'she moved back, and went to the couch she was sitting on, she saw all the couples dancing, with each other, she did not feel good, as swayam was not here, so taking her glass of wine she went to the balcony. She stood there leaning on to the railing, and talking to herself.

Sh(herself): tumhe pata hai, kitna miss kar rahi hun main tumhe' aur tum ho ki waha London mein ho' please jaldi se wapas aa jao na.. please?

She had small tears in her eyes. Just then her phone rang, and a smile crept between her tears. She picked up the call.

Sw: hey..

Sh(sobbing): h-e-y

Swayam got all tensed hearing her voice so shaken up. He knew she was crying, but did not know the reason.

Sw: kya hua shar, tum thik ho na? kya hua? Bolo na? tum bol kyu nahi rahi? Bolo?

Sh(smiled between her tears): tum mujhe bolne doge toh bolungi na'

Sw: bolo kya hua?

Sh: nothing, its just that I miss you a lot

Sw: I miss you too sharon!

Sh: hm'

Sw: tum kya kar rahi ho?

Sh: rey's party, everyone is dancing'

Sw: okay, tum kyu dance nahi kar rahi ho?

Sh: because, it's a couple dance going on, and mera partner is not here you see'

Sw: oh!

Sh: I really wish that you were here, you know we could dance' miss you a lot'

Sw: I miss you too sharon'.par main parso aa hi raha hun na'

Sh: hm' I know, jaldi aao'

Sw: sharon, ek kam karo, put the call on speaker, and keep the phone on the table.

Sh: kyu?

Sw: just do as I say'

Sh: okay..

Sharon puts the phone on speaker, and keeps the phone on the speaker'

Sw: now, take a posture, matlab, imagine I am there, and you are dancing with me, so waisa posture lo, here I am also taking that posture'

Sh: okay'

She was confused, but still she lifted her hand and kept in air, as if she was holding swayam's hand'

Sw: now start swaying to the music'

Sharon closed her eyes, and started swaying to the music, on the other hand swayam also started swaying to the music in London.

Sw: aacha lag raha hai na?

Sh: bahot' thank you'

Sw: kisliye'.?

Sh: bas aise hi meri choti choti wishes ko puri karne ke liye'.

Sharon was swaying to the music imagining swayam, and they were talking, just when she heard taani call her..

Taani: sharon?

Sharon quickly, turned the speaker off, and told swayam

Sh: taani aa rahi hai'

Sw: okay'

Taani: tum yaha ho' kya hua' kon hai phone pe'

Sh: phone pe wo-wo'

Swayam had heard taani asking questing to sharon, so he thought to tease her a little bit..

Sw: bolo na sharon. Taani tumse kuch puch rahi hai'

Sh: what?

Taani: what what?

Sw: bolo na ki tum swayam se baat kar rahi ho'

Taani: bolo na kon hai phone pe?

Sh: swayam!

Taani: oho' disturb kiya na.. sorry..

Swayam smiled hearing taani'and coughed a little bit, to make sharon blush.. and hearing his cough she blushed..

Taani: wah tera kya kehna!!

Taani snatched the phone form sharon's hand and went to the living room where the gang was sitting'

Taani: guys, swayam ka phone hai..

Taani put the call on speaker'

Gang: hey swayam!

Sw: hey guys'

Rey: kaisa hai tu?

Sw: I am fine dude, tum sab kaise ho?

Taani: hum sab bhi thik hai, but'

Sw: but?

Taani: yaha koi hai, jo thik nahi hai..

Sw: kon?

Taani: tumhari fianc

Sw: hm'

Vi: bahot miss kar rahi hai tumhe'.

Nil: waise tu aa kab raha hai?

Sw: main parso aa raha hun kyu?

Neha: nahi wo sharon se "duri sahi na jaye"

Sw: kya?

Vi: che means, ke sharon tumse dur nahi reh paa rahi'

And hearing this sharon turned a deep shade of red, and swayam smiled'

Sh: guys shut up'

Rey: kyu? Tu swayam ko miss nahi kar rahi hai?

Sh: guys!

Taani: nahi kar rahi toh thik hai, swayam tum ek-do weeks ke baad hi aana'

Sharon hearing this blustered

Sh: no ways!!

Taani: aahaan'.

Rey: impatient are we'

Sharon turned a deep shade of red. Swayam smiled and the gang hooted.

Sw: chalo guys, I have to go, bye'

Gang: bye'

Before swayam could cut the call, rey said,

Rey: are swayam, sharon ko toh bye bol de'

Sharon blushed, and snatched the phone from rey, and went to the balcony, she turned off the speaker,

Sh: hm'

Sw: duri sahi na jaye huh!!

Sh: tum bhi? Yeh log kam hai kya?

Sw: accha sorry, chalo shar, bye' good night..

Sh: good night' bye..

Sw: miss you sharon'

Sh: miss you too'

Saying this she cut the call. She went to the living room, where the gang was sitting.

Rey: so bye bol diya?

Sh: haa'

Rey: aache se bola?

Sh: shut up rey' bahot hua' I am going home'

Saying this, she bid bye to everyone and went to her place. She reached her place, all that was going in her mind was, that dance! She felt so special that, she had someone who cared for her so much' thinking about swayam she went to sleep'

The sun's rays were entering her room through the window'the wind softly caressing her cheeks, she woke up with a faint smile on her face'

Sh: one day to go, and you will be back'!

Saying this she went to the washroom to get ready. Today she had her breakfast, and went to college'.

She reached the college, everyone was as usual sitting in the canteen.

Sh: hey guys!

Taani: hey shar'

Sh: kya chal raha hai?

Rey: kuch nahi, dekh aaj ke lectures ke baad we are going to the PUB. And you are coming okay..

Sh: rey, pub? I mean'

Sim: no way, okay sharon, tum mana nahi karne wali ho'

Sh: fine!!

Vi: good girl!

Sh: hm' ab chale class ke liye?

She stood up to go to the class when she heard rey..

Rey: kyu aaj tumhare fianc ne call nahi kiya?

Sh: nahi'

Rey: okay'

Sharon was confused, because rey did not even tease her, and nor did swayam call her, this was very unusual of swayam'.on the way to the class she called swayam but he did not pick up the call' during the lecture she was thinking only about swayam, and was worried that was something wrong with him that, he did not even call her' she was confused and worried at the same time' the whole day went, and all she could so was to call him and in return get a not responding message. The day ended and she was at her place, getting ready to go to the pub.

Now she was frustrated, swayam was not even calling her, and when she called he was not picking up'she decided to call him one last time, if he does not pick up then she'll not bother'she dialed swayam's number, but he still did not pick up.

Sh: damn! Jao I am not going to talk to you'

Saying this she left for the pub! She reached the pub wearing a blue knee length dress. She entered the pub. And saw the gang at the bar. She went towards them.

Sh: hey guys!

Ri: her shar. Looking gorgeous!

Sh: thanks babe'

Vi: guys chalo lets dance!!

Sh: no guys you guys carry on, I am at the bar.

Rey: okay.

All of then went to the dance floor and started dancing. Sharon was sitting there and watching them. Just then a guy came to her and asked her to dance.

Guy: will you dance with me?

Sh: no i---

Guy: please, just one dance?

Sh: okay'

And they both went to the dance floor' a peppy number was going on, and there was no closeness so sharon did not mind dancing. They danced for a little while, when the song turned into a slow one. It was a couple dance. The guy forwarded his hand and sharon hesitantly gave her hand in his' sharon looked towards rey, and with her eyes she she asked him what to do' rey mouthed he that he'll do something' just then the lights were dimed and one could not see the other's face, just then she heasrd some one say,

Guy: may I dance with the lady?

The guys who was dancing with sharon nodded, and the other guys entwined his hands with her. Sharon thought that it must be rey, so she started swaying to the music' they were swaying, just then the song changed, it was still a slow song, but now the lights were switched on. Just when the lights were switched on, sharon went numb. She was lost. Yes, it was swayam' she was lost in his chocolate brown eyes, and swayam was starring back at her with equal intensity. She came out of the trance. She just ran out of the pub, and went towards her car, trying to stop her tears. Swayam ran behind her, indicating rey, that he'll take care of her. He came out of the pub, and saw sharon standing near her car, wiping her tears. She looked at him, he went towards her, and extended his arms, sharon ran towards him. He engulfed her in his arms. She was lightly sobbing on this chest. Swayam broke the hug, and

Sw: kya hua? Not happy to see me?

Sh: nahi, its just that, tumhe achanak dekh kar main apne aap ko rok nahi payi'

Sw: aww' come here..

And he again engulfed her in his arms. She felt that she was in the safest and the best place in the world. She felt contented. After sometime when he felt sharon's breath was even now, he broke the hug.

Sw: andar chale?

Sh: hm..

They both went inside the pub, hand in hand, none of them wanted to leave each other's hand even for a second. They saw the gang at the bar, smirking at them.

Sw: hey guys..

Rey: hey dude..

Taani: but swayam tum toh kal aane wale the na.. phir tum aaj?

Rey: let me tell you'

Sh: tum bhi iske plan mein shamil the?

Rey: haa..

Sw: its just that, mera kam kal hi khatam ho gaya tha, so I wanted to surprise you, isliye maine tumhe bataya nahi, but after the party, rey ne raat ko mujhe call kiya, and he told me how much you were missing me, maine use bataya ki I am coming tomorrow, phir humne mil kar tumhe yeh surprise dene ka plan banaya'.samji!

Sh: hm'.

Sw: aur isiliye maine aa tumhare calls nahi uthaya'

Sharon smacked his arm and said.

Sh: tum jante ho kitna worried thi main'?

Sw: agar utha leta toh surprise ka maza nahi aata'

Sh: haha, not funny'

Sw: aacha okay sorry'

Sh: jaao maaf kiya!

Rey: guys, agar tumhara ruthna-manana ho gaya ho toh chale? Bahot late ho gaya hai?

Sw: ha chalo!

Everyone moved out of the pub. They proceeded towards the parking lot. Just then nil said.

Nil: oh crap!

Sh: kya hua?

Nil: I am gonna drop simi home but yeh car ka tyre puncture ho gaya hai'

Sw: toh kya hua, sharon ki car leja, main sharon ko drop kar dunga, kyu sharon?

Sh: haa.. okay'

She gave him the car keys, and swayam opened the passenger seat of his car and made sharon sit there and went to the driver's seat and started driving.

Sh: London mein sab kaise hai?

Sw: sab thik hai, haa mom ne kaha hai tumhe apna khayal rakhna ko'.

Sharon just smiled.

Sh: I am really happy ki tum wapas aa gaye ho'

Sw: me to, really happy ki main wapas aa gaya hun, I missed you a lot. Not seeing you face for just 2 days was a torture.

Sh: mera bhi haal yaha pe yahi tha, I missed you a lot'.

They reached sharon's house. He went out of the car, opened the door for her. She stepped out of the car. Swayam's back was leaning on the bonnet of his car, and he was holding sharon's hands in his' he was slowly caressing his palms. Just then sharon spoke.

Sh: tum phir mujhe aise chod kar to nahi jaoge na?

Sw: nahi kabhi nahi'

Sh: tumhare bina rehna mushlik hai bahot'

Sw: mere liye bhi, shar its like I stopped breathing, when I was away from you' main phir kabhi kbhi nahi jaunga'

Swayam looked up to her, and she had small tears in her eyes, swayam wiped the tears, and said

Sw: now no more!

Sharon smiled.

Sw: kal main tumhe pick up karunga, for college okay?

Sh: okay'

Sw: you should go'bye good night..

Sh: bye good night'

She turned to go, when swayam holded her hand and stopped her' she turned around and asked him,

Sh: kya hua?

Swayam said nothing, just jerked her and she came and hit swayam's chest, his arms around her, and now even sharon had her arms around him' they were just savoring the moment. Swayam broke the hug; he kissed her on her forehead, and said

Sw: now you go'

Sharon blushed, and went inside her house. Swayam once he made sure that she was inside her house, he sat in his car, and went towards his house.
