SASAK'S INDEX OF ARSHI!
YOUR LOVE MEANS EVERYTHING
Forced by circumstance, chosen by destiny. Or perhaps it was destiny all along.
*You know what? I think I shall entince my readers to a little competition! It will be fun. I for the life of me cannot come up with a blurb for Your Love Means Everything. Maybe because I am too attached to it. Examples of the kind of blurb I like can be found below and I have already started it off! So here is to you my readers! Write a blurb for YLME and I will answer ANY questions (Up to a maximum of 10) you want to ask me about the story line. Or if you can come up with a prize you would like better and I think its reasonable then we can work with that!
Good Luck! If no one wants to do it then I'll just come up with a crappy blurb!
HEART'S A MESS
This is a fun, light hearted, romantic comedy. Well at least for now. Dr. Gupta is a no nonsense, spirited gutsy female who is passionate about her work. Arnav Singh Raizada is a business magnate who falls for her unique charm after their very first encounter. What ensues is a dash of wit, a dollop of charm, a sprinkling of flirtation, a splash of magnetism and a pinch of mystery. What will the future hold for this couple. All is not what it seems.
SKYFALL & COVERT AFFAIRS
Mohabbat Door Jaane Na De. Nafrat Pass Aane Na De. Never could a tagline have been more appropriate than for this story. The opening scene finds Arnav held at gunpoint on the edge of a cliff. The assailant...none other than Mrs Raizada. The story is a suspense thriller looking at the highly volatile dynamic of this couple who could just as easily die for another as they could kill the other. Secrets have always been a tricky business especially in this marriage.
The prequel, Covert Affairs, explores how Mr and Mrs Raizada found themselves at the cliff to begin with. Their love story...or perhaps something else all together.
Loosely (VERY) based around Covert Affairs the TV Show.
Covert Affairs
MAHI MAHI
A snapshot of Arnav and Khushi living a much simpler life. Set against the backdrop of rural India it sings to the charm of yesteryear.
OUR LITTLE FAMILY
This short story explores the trials and tribulations of Mr and Mrs. Raizada as they struggle to start their own family. A series of short vignettes pay tribute to the journey of the couple through pregnancy, parturition and beyond.
NOTE FOR EVERYONE
I PM everyone on my buddy list. If you want a PM...Buddy me and don't ask on the thread. Also I am not a writer who demands comments and likes before posting an update. I tried that and it didn't sit well with me. Also I find I get overly excited to share the latest update with everyone. But yes I do ask that if you enjoyed reading the update to please remember it almost takes me 30 times as long to write it as it does for you to read it. So please leave a line telling me what you thought. It makes my day and feels like my effort is not in vain. You don't have to comment every update but once in a while is fine.
I'm not sure what the deal with plagiarism is but if I find my work copied I do have a list of my loyal readers and will not hesitate to restrict the blog to them!
CRITICISM
Please know that I welcome constructive criticism with open arms. I also encourage you to share with me if you don't agree with certain character choices I have made or the direction in which the story is proceeding. Please note that however I will not be changing the storyline. I will be remaining true to my vision. I can only try and reply to your concerns by explaining to you my point of view. I respect everyone has a different opinion but please REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A STORY and not real life. I am doing this as a hobby and not a profession. If I make some mistakes don't crucify me but understand that it most likely was NOT intentional but probably because I have a million other things in my mind.
Also if you have a valid point I will to my utmost to try and correct it. But I will not accept any PM's that are insulting or derogatory. I believe that is basic human decency. We can express opinion in a civilised manner. Though I must admit that I am overwhelmed by the fact that people actually care that much.
