PART 19

Sry all fr being so late..I had a minor accident and my eye was injured so was in bed rest..now that am little fine am here..Coulnt proof check and the update is also small..Bare with me this time..Shorieee😲 😲 😲 😲 😲

Dev and maan stood there shocked seeing geet's pulse rate and heartbeats showing signs of improvement hearing pari's voice..

Pari was holding geet's face by now and geet was trying to open her eyelids but failing miserably..

Maan and dev rushed towards the bedside and saw the movements of geet..Dev took pari in his arms and wiped her tears..Maan pressed the emergency button by which the nurses n doctors arrived into the room..

Maan and dev was sent out..Soon the doc came outside and said Geet has started responding to treatment and she would recover soon..

By now everyone understood how much pari mean to geet..Everyone was happy..Maan kissed pari on her cheeks..But pari pushed him away with her small hands and turned her face to the crook of dev;'s neck..

Naintara was shocked by this behavior of pari..She never behaved this way with anyone..She came forward and chided pari for doing so..Maan was little shaken up by the way the little soul turned him down..

Pari stared at naintara and said "Papa ask muma n chachu not to talk with me..Am katti with them..They beat n scold masi"

Maan n naintara was ashamed of themselves for reacing such way in the railway station with geet that too infront of the baby..Now they hung their heads down without able to face the baby's complaints..

After a hour of check up doc called Khurana brothers to his cabin..When they entered he gave them a smile and asked them to take the seat'.

"Am really wondering how does the patient reacted to your words..i have never seen such a drastic change in person's health within minutes..Geet is improving..She needs complete rest..Her leg is broken ..it will take a month to make her walk properly..her blood is lost heavily'We have been doin our best by giving her blood but she also needs food intake which will make her blood secret..So give her proper food.As she as come out of a dangerous situation don't strees her ..Take care of her properly.."

Maan and dev keenly listened to their talks and exited..

A nurse came towards them an handed over a medicine slip ..Dev readily agreed to get the medicines..
As beeji and dadi was tired and have to take care of pari they both saw geet first when she was sleeping and went home..Naintara and maan made sure geet is shifted to her room from ICU properly and enterd the room..Dev was discussing about her medicines with the doctor'

It was when geet eye balls moved and she woke up..Maan who was all the while looking at her rushed towards her side and took her hands in his and said

"Geet am sry geet"

"WHO ARE YOU?" geet asked resting herself well on the pillow behind her..

Naintara jerked up from the process of making juice and looked at geet "Choti he he is maan..dont you know him?"

"Who are you??" she asked looking at naintara..

Both were hell shocked..Tehy never expected geet to react like this..By anymeans has hse lost her memory??

They were looking at eachother bewildered when the doer opened and dev stepped in..

Geet face instantly relaxed and a knowing look came into her face..Dev face shoot up to see her awake and sitting comfortably..

He all the way rushed to her side and sat beside her..

"Chotttii..Did you even know what have u done??How could you be so careless haan???Is this the way a matured girl will react??cant u see or think fr a miunte..Why didn't u think about me for a minute'Do you think I also would have accused u??That's why u messaged me a sry??OMG am happy now that ur back.."

Dev was going on and on when naintara kept her hands on his shoulders and maan said "Bhai she is nt remembering us.."

Dev looked up and looked into geet's eyes which was by now filled with tears'He was about to speak up when her voice stopped him..

"Jiju am sry.." with that she throwed herself on his arms and started crying.

For a minute Maan and nainatar could not understand anything..How come she has forgotten them but not dev'

"Geet.." both uttered and looked at her..

But no answer came from her side to them all she spoke was to dev "am sry jiju I decided everything in a haste.i shuld have confronted on you the first day itself and spoken the truth..But I was scraed to face the reality..What if you would have married to someone else and have fooled my jj..and would have fooled her..I don't want her to break down and go into depression jiju..that's why I planned a revenge..But sach mei jiju I never was able to take that revenge on him..

Though I was trying but I never succeded..After seeing her photos in room only I confirmed that ur still in her thoughts..I went to say her but but'"

Her voice broke after that she wasnot able to dechiper her thought more than that..All she needed now was a warm shoulder to share her pain and a fatherly hug to let her emotions drain in that and she gt that from her jiju'

Naintara and maan was shocked beyond limits..She didn't forget them but never wanted to realize them or react to them,..

I know this has been a crapy one but shorie fr the disappoinment will come back with a good update quickly

I sincerely hope you are feeling better and are healing well. I hope your eyesight is better. We call take the 'simple things' for granted, don't we. Hearing and seeing. But when one of those senses gets threatened, we realize how dependent we are. Something similar is happening with my dad because of his age but thankfully there is a treatment.
